LEGO Star Wars 2022 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!

That UCS Landspeeder canopy looks fake to me. Something about the bottom stud connection areas feels off. But I guess time will tell. -

I'm pretty sure the N-1 is the size it is to accommodate the dome over Grogu's spot on the ship. They had to build the rest of the ship around that size. -

Are you able to order any new March 1st pieces on the old site? -
Thanks for al the car reviews! The Valkyrie is the star of the show in this set for sure. Love the angles and new windscreen piece.

Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces

Lego said it would change for everyone by March 1st. They also said the US would be in the last wave of countries to see the change. So maybe tomorrow? -

That Kamino doll really seemed fake. What got me was the neck. Minidolls don't have that long of a neck piece. So Lego would be making a new element if they went that route. It's a great idea and I would love it if they did. But it seems to convenient of a leak. Couple that with the Force Ghost piece. Convenient solution that comes out as a perfectly clear leak? Either we have the best new Bothan Spy a SW Lego fan could ask for. Or someone is trolling the internet hard. -
From the initial pictures I thought this car would be my favorite. But after seeing more close-ups I think it falls to the bottom. The way the "window" trans-clear tile isn't flush with the windscreen is really an eye-sore. And the rear intakes just seem too bulky. An amazing looking car still, but perhaps the weakest of this wave.

Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces

Which customer service rep you get makes all the difference. When asking about parts not readily available on the site I've had some tell me "no," some add it no problem, some offer free shipping, and some just give it to me for free. My recommendation is to call back another time and try again. -
Love this review! Your humor had me smiling all the way though. Especially the Michael Bay reference! I thought I might skip this car, but after seeing all the techniques I think I have to pick it up as well.

This set is a thing of beauty. I may end up picking up most of this year's line of Speed Champions. They look amazing and my son will love driving them all over!

Review: 10299 Santiago Bernabéu Stadium
MKJoshA replied to Ecclesiastes's topic in Special LEGO Themes
This stadium is very impressive. I love all the techniques used. Especially the angled clips attached to bar-plates, why didn't I think of that before! I will be looking for those printed grass plates on B&P to create my own smaller and affordable display piece. -

For everyone not reading every comment. Stonewars Promobricks confirmed that an AT-TE is currently in development by TLG. They speculate that it will come out this year. It may not. The Gunship has no founded rumors behind it. It's just wish-listing since it would look nice with an AT-TE. Those are the facts. Let's drop the Gunship discussion for now since it's only leading to unnecessary arguments. -

Let's get back on track everyone. There is no substantiated rumor that we are getting a Nebulon B. So right now it's just wish-listing/speculation. -

Sounds like we need to introduce you to Bricks and Pieces. I'll bet you will be able to get that wedge plate from there after the set is release. -

The Mandalorian Fighter is also $60 and has 132 more pieces. Both it and the N1 are starfighters. Both have similar minifigure counts though the Mandalorian Fighter has all unique figs where as the N1 only has 1 new fig and 1 new droid. If the N1 had "chrome" parts I could see the justification for the price hike. But there seems to be no logical reason they raised the price. -

Here's how it shows up on the US version of Lego.com: Looking at it closer I love the greebled engines! And that's an interesting new slope piece in the rear of the ship. Seems totally unnecessary as a part. Maybe it was made for another set and got pulled by the N1 designer. I would totally by the tbd-IP-LSW6-2022 set , but not for $60. Nothing justifies the price. -
This is fantastic! Love how you expanded the set and made it look closer to what we see in Mando.

I really like the N1 set... but not for that price tag. Feels like the General Grevious Fighter all over again.
