We've discussed this and decided that each player can be allowed to change sides once in their lifetime. This allows people like you, Lego Fett to change after you've had a chance to test the waters, but also prevents people from switching back and forth whenever they feel like it. Anyone who wants to switch sides will be forfeiting all of their current XP and most build a MOC showing their defection to the other side. This MOC will not be eligible for XP for their new player. So Lego Fett you can change before the episode ends and still build for the Rebels, you just have to build the defection MOC first. I hope that's clear enough. Let me know if you have questions. I don't think we have a set uniform. Pretty much any Rebel Alliance torso or variation there of should be fine. It's the rebellion anyway, who says we have to have uniforms? You can look at some of my past MOCs to see the variety I used for my character.

I can confirm that the team's capitol ships count for up to 5xp, other ship based builds will be scored based off of which planet they are closest to (if no planet then they can earn up to 4xp), and all neutral places can earn up to 4xp.
