Munchkin Booty was my first set, and I attained it's add-on, Jump the Shark, later on. I also own Munchkin Bites which is the horror themed set and it's add on Pants Macabre, Munchkin Cthulhu and two of it's add ons, Munchkin Zombies with it's three add ons, and finally two of the Christmas packs. It's not so much restricted as it is really hard for a QM to balance a quest with both low and higher level heroes. A level one with level 20's and 30's has been done, but it's really taxing on a QM to ensure the level one's don't get knocked out constantly. Is there a reason you'd want to go on 103 so badly? Also, what exactly is a "Munchkin"?

The quest has been pushed back, however, the quest is aimed at higher level heroes. I doubt you'll get on. However, hopefully one of us will have a quest up soon you can get on. I've got another quest coming up after this one that I can try to make more level neutral.

QM Note: I screwed up last time, apparently. A lot. The rules say they don't affect at all, so I'll from now on go with "does not deal damage". If you want to see what elements do what, check the FAQ's first page, it's in the basic rules, in the same area as the classes. It says which elements are strong and weak to other elements. I'll give you the last crit. roll since it was a goof on my part.

QM Note: For basic items, the Treasury is a helpful place to go, although it hasn't been updated in a while. Venom can be used on a weapon to give it the poisoned 1 effect, which causes 1 damage every round. The effect stacks, so placing three venoms on a single weapon makes it poisoned 3.
