You forgot the puddle on the floor! I don't think having a frog is wrong, but leaving it next to an open window is terrible. Animal cruelty! Great MOC! I still can't get over how great the joker and Harley Quinn hats are! No matter how you look at it that body's disturbing!

Oh dear, it looks like we're already pointing finger amongst eachother. I guess to get rid of witches you need to get rid of witches... and innocent people. It's worth it though. You seem defensive... you definitely admit some of your sins, though ! Good thing this witchcraft hasn't caused a drought or you'd be hanging for sure! . Everyone seems suspicous... either most of you are witches or these tough times have made me get some serious trust issues. P.S. I stand by the inquisitor and believe he'd never commit witchcraft! We must remember that witchcraft is not logical at all. It madness. It is evil . Are you saying Charles, that are worship of the lord in not logical? This makes me doubt your love for god. You also seem defensive and readily point fingers at people.

Aha, but witches might afraid that they are allergic to garlic! Anyone who doesn't buy my garlic bread shall be under suspicion of witchcraft. It's a perfect witch detector and sales plan!

Studios is probably one of my favorite themes. It brings out the creativity of LEGO. I love how they combined the Adventurers, Spiderman, Town and horror movie styled people together! It would be great if it made a return doing a James Bond styled movie with the new Agents theme! This set is no exception, it's got lots of nice little details like the electronics on the back of the tree and the torn blue shirt vs. normal shirt. The red hot rod from custom cars would look greatin place of the car. Not that it's bad . 4/5 P.S. I like your Moonshine Still!

Have some! As far as our witch problem goes, we must stay strong and be levelheaded. Be hopeful, he have already destroyed that vile creature Magiko!

Hello! I am but a simple baker, but I'm sure I can help with these witches! Would anyone like garlic bread?

Witch Hunt Mafia - Confirmation Thread
Pickerel replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
We will kill Kill Will if he will not confirm that he will play! I'm think it stands for out of context but I'm just are old town baker, so don't trust me! I think you basically use it to comment on something you or someone else said in a role playing/mafia games etc. -
Nice (and disturbing ) MOC! It definantly capture's the feel of the PTV contest! Have you read The Cask of Amontillado by Edgar Allen Poe? This is reminds me of it. Click

Witch Hunt Mafia - Confirmation Thread
Pickerel replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
So sorry. Y'seeI've been put'n some garlic in everyone's bread, you know, does wonders ward'n off all them evil spirits! I'm Martinus, the town baker! It's grim buisness with them evil witchfolk around, but with enough garlic anythin's possible. (bites bread) Whewie! That stuff's strong! (OOC: Confirming that I'm confirmed) -
Perhaps they are cramming all the vehicles to show everything in the box. It's odd LEGO would do this, I mean most of their boxes are HUGE . Odd.

The Penguin's Batman Comic Story....
Pickerel replied to The Penguin's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
The shadow across Scarecrow's face and the red eyes are great! I'm not sure if I like the baseplate scenery though on the walls, though (the environment feels repetitive). I not saying get rid of the wall, just maybe some bushes, street lamps or other scenery? This, however is minor with your good lighting and great camera angles. -
I'd like to play!

On this picture of Steve DeCraemer's wonderful MOC, he uses a wonderful building technique for making rounded SNOT walls. Picture from Hinckley's wonderful site Brickzone. I'm just in a wonderful mood today, aren't I? Although it is very shaky you can have a curved wall using something simialar to Copmike's well that uses 1x2 tiles (to represent real life bricks) attached to headlight bricks. Not sure If this is my idea or if someone came up with it before me, or if it's of any use to this thread. I don't have the time now, but I'll try to picture this sometime to show what I'm talking about. The sight called Lego on my mind that you mentioned in the PDF that has a lot more techniques that deserve mentioning like this, and this. Also note worthy is Count Blockula's hip technique . I've never seen the 1x1 diagonal technique before, are there any MOCs that use this? This topic's a great idea! EDIT: Links to Erik Brok's website dont go where I'd like them to. The section where it does go has most of his ideas I was talking about.

I'm very interested in the mid- late Victorian era and the three figures with dresses all would work splendidly! I love those fish too! My wallet already feels painful in trying to catch up with brick and sets from a years ago (as I recently came out of my "dark ages"), and 2008 and 2009 are hurting my limited budget (I'm in high school and need to save up for things later in life ). It hurt not being able to buying every LEGO set that ever existed.

Nice MOC. I really like the amount of detail you put into the engine. If this car were a set I'd buy it! Did you edit the 30 into the pic? I noticed you've got 30 on the car's door, but in the next you've got a different sticker. At first I read that and saw "Go Mini Mango"!

The Penguin's Batman Comic Story....
Pickerel replied to The Penguin's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
It is strange that Speed Racer stickers would have yellow figures . For me this is actually good, since most of my creations are non-licensed. By "No, it's not," you mean that that isn't a knight right? I really like these pictures! You blurred the second photo pretty well. I like the way the henchmen looks as if he is flying! The third photo is (in my opinion) even better than the second! The way you made Two-Face crawling away from The Joker's tommy gun is cool. The damaged side of Two-Face's face makes him look afraid which is pretty neat. Nice comic. -
The Penguin's Batman Comic Story....
Pickerel replied to The Penguin's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
Thanks! I need to get my hands on that set! I love those paintings! Do you know if they are in flesh colors of if they are yellow? Is that a castle knight? Your comic's great! I'm very impressed at which the speed you are posting them. Someday I'd like to make a comic, but my life is busy right now and I don't have as much time as I'd like building MOCs, let alone a comic! -
The Penguin's Batman Comic Story....
Pickerel replied to The Penguin's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
Interesting! The plot (so far) reminds me of the plot of the upcoming LEGO Batman game, the way three major villains lead minor criminals. I have two questions on your backgrounds: 1. Are the scenes actual MOCs (are the buildings complete or are they 2d scenes) ? and 2. Which sets are those decals of paintings from? Can't wait for more. -
The Penguin's Batman Comic Story....
Pickerel replied to The Penguin's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
Yay, I love seeing member's comics! I love the way you made it look like nighttime, like ~VBBN~ said the lighting is perfect. This is the first Batman comic I've seen (besides the ad's made by TLC) and I really like it!. You revealed just enough info, not too much making it boring, but not too little making it confusing. I can't wait for the next part! -

Lego Factory PAB online has been updated!
Pickerel replied to Eilif's topic in General LEGO Discussion
This is great! My main part's resource (besides actual sets) is PAB. I would use bricklink but LEGO gives you nice, shiny parts as opposed to used ones. Nice starter models too! -
Definantly not! I love Fabuland for what it is, and TLC would almost definantly change that. On a side note I would buy it. My love for Fabuland and high prices of the original line are too much to bare!
-
Very well said! I certainly agree with that statement. I think Fabuland is beautiful. It is so simple and innocent. I think it is very rude to insult it and call it "stupid" or "retarded", it has been a source of inspiration for so many beautiful MOC's. It provided so much happiness to children (so much that they never outgrew it as seen in many of EB's members ). I find it humorous that my relatives owned Fabuland, a toy designed for children, and as a child I absolutely hated it. Now that I'm much older I absolutely love it!
-
Hello welcome to Eurobricks! I'm both a cat lover and a fabuland fan, so we should get along pretty well. Have fun! P.S. I love your MOC, it's beautiful. P.S.S. (That's what a second P.S is called right?) You don't dislike frogs right, because I am one.

How About a Bounty Hunter Star wars Subtheme?
Pickerel replied to boogiewoogiekid's topic in LEGO Star Wars
If they were they were made-up bounty hunters wouldn't they just be normal sci-fi bounty hunters? If you made up something it would be just that, made up (i.e. your own creation, not George Lucas's). Why wouldn't TLC just make bounty-hunters sets rather then making an entire theme. Is there any point to making a whole new theme? Even considering that, I'd doubt that TLC will be making many bounty hunters sets seeing as most of the unmade SW bounty hunters appeared for less than a 1 minute time frame, haven't been featured in any recent productions, and all the EU things they've been put into the average 8 year old has never heard of. On a positive note, if they do make some more bounty hunters, they'd make awseome figures.
