  1. Overall MOC: Story Everything seemed innocent. Or so it seemed! Mr. Brown had been playing with his rubber ducky in the toilet. His teenage son had knocked on the door to see if anyone was in there. Mr. Brown was. You see, the thing about Mr. Brown is, although it may not look it, was that he was very afraid of his appearance. He wanted to be a cool teenager, like his son. He dyed his hair green, got a tattoo and dressed in strange clothes. Anyway, Mr. Brown was afraid of what people thought of him, so he would be ashamed if someone were to find him playing with a duck in the toilet. Quickly he flushed the toilet, duck and all! Whos- The flush was caught short. The rubber ducky was stuck! Poor Mr. Brown (he was very attached to that ducky ) was forced to call a plumber to get his ducky out. Besides caring about his appearance, and playing with rubber ducks, Mr. Brown also happened to have explosive diarrhea. He also forgot that his toilet didn't even need to be flushed, the lumber was working on it. His son decided to dress up and scare his dad. Mr. Brown was scared all right. The shock of being startled, the previous night's incident, and 10 long hours of waiting was too much. *PABLOOM* *Plumber slides down slowly* Somehow I'd doubt she's okay. Poor Ms. Violet, Brickville's only plumber. Be careful and have fun! Happy Halloween! :skull: Pickerel P.S. I don't want to offend anyone who knows someone who has, or themselves has diarrhea. I myself have a very sensitive stomach and have felt the pain of foreign food in the morning more than once!
  2. I'm not really sure what happened! I don't even know who I was to investigate, my guess is that someone attacked me, preventing me from torturing, while I was being protected by one of the soldiers. No one's tortured, hurt, or killed. It's hard whether Cassandra is totally confused, always trying to be on the popular side, a witch, or a heretic. OOC: Where's Sabrina?!?! I haven't seen a single post from them ever since I Scream Clone left.
  3. I don't remember whether impulse sets are in bags, but they are certainly NOT partially built. Have you touched it? If not then you may find someone's finger prints! Someone would've had to open the box to build it, so it's not Mint In Sealed Box; I'd complain. Make sure you really bought an MISB set, you could have accidentally clicked on the wrong item. Hope you get this problem straight! Pickerel
  4. It's the exact same here. Checking the top posters is always a shock! Some people have quite a bit of time. I mainly read, which is why I don't show up on the top posters list. It's hard to tell because I often have two windows with around 5 tabs each, with various things of all sorts. Voted for 3+ hours, rounding up. Pickerel
  5. Would that make him a heretic? It is very suspicous that he's selling all of these evil/dangerous items. Hmm... Can't forget about good ol' Bernard! I liked him as a person, but his trust in the lord was nonexistent, so let him burn in the fiery bowels of hell! <Insert angel emoticon here>
  6. That first set is defiantly on my wish list! All of the figures are awesome! Trixie (is that her name?) is great, her hair and the crown-thing look wonderful! Indy's shirt and the Chinese gangsters' hats are also nice! (Now my minifigs will be afraid of the mafia, though! ) Those cars look nice too! I probably won't get the fight on the flying wing, there's already a truck in "Race for the Stolen Treasure", and I don't really think the plane's pieces would be useful and there's only one new figure. The engineer's torso could be used for a lot of things, so I'll Bricklink him! Thanks for the pics! Pickerel
  7. Tonight's events were... uneventful. I rather liked all the clues we had yesterday! We do know who Adam likes! For now I'll believe you, but I'm keeping my eye out on you and Alexander! Where did you get a gun? You're not a soldier! Martinus
  8. Looks really good! How movable is the head? Can that left leg bend? It looks pretty stuck, but it could just be me. I thought you already made one Two-Face, what are the two others you've planned besides the old one, and this one? I went into my dark ages because of miniatures around 2003. Nothing can separate me and the brick, so I was soon back (late 2007). In my miniatures years I learned a lot about sculpting and making models, though. There's a product called "Green Stuff" or "Kneadite" that although really expensive, and is as easy to work with as bubble gum or, in my opinion, congealed soup, the finished product is great! This could really help you smooth out the cracks in Two-Face. Note that if you searched for "Kneadite" online you could get it in bulk for a lot cheaper (Games Workshop is pretty pricey ). You also could try sanding some of that super glue with a VERY fine grade of sand paper, smoothing it down a bit. Is there any reason why you don't try making a decal and painting one half of the torso? This way it would be smooth and, like Pencoin pointed out, you'd be able to get rid of that half bit of skin! Hope this helps, Pickerel
  9. This is a special set to me, as it was one of the last I got before I entered my dark ages. That doesn't make it look very good! Overall an average set, the figs are great, so is the speeder bike, but the rest is just boring bits that feels like TLC was trying to make it cost more. 3/5 P.S. Good review! Are you trying to get the Reviewer's Academy thing?
  10. Happy B-Day oh highly egotistical one! Don't get sick on too much cake!
  11. WOW! Thanks for the spoiler on who's gonna win! This has got to be the most detailed mini-scale MOC I've ever seen! You have so many creative uses for hands, cornfields, arches, rooftops on fire! How did you connect the flippers to the tower? Also, is that an official piece attached to the well? I can hardly make something this detailed in a normal scale, and you do it in a mini-scale! Impressed Pickerel!
  12. I was using google translate a lot today, so I checked and it says п
  13. Perhaps that is the exact reason I'm torturer, I forget who I tortured? In a situation like this the less people who know, the better. OOC: Or perhaps TinyPiesR'Us just doesn't like me! Martinus
  14. Great review, especially since it's your first! The picture could be a little bit clearer and the angles could've explained what you're talking about a little bit better, though! I'll never get this set, I didn't get it when I had the chance and it costs too much too be worth it. I always haven't liked the new clone trooper helmet for showing the skin underneath. Since, once I've got the time, I want to get into minifig customization it would be a great way to improve the figure by adding a (custom) flesh Jango face underneath, allowing it to not have the small ring of skin aroung the neck! What piece is that engine? It looks great and I've never seen it before. Is it the top of a Pirates treasure chest? That storage container looks great, too! The view in the picture is a too vertical for my taste though, it's a little bit hard to see! Personally I like hard builds, I think it's fun to be challenged! I think the figures are great too. Unfortunetly other people agree with me. The prices on eBay and bricklink are wayyyy up there! I'm not going to spend 50 dollars on a Jango when I can buy an entire army of knights! P.S. Are the two curved pieces in the cockpit printed or stickered?
  15. I like yellow on the blue people* and blue on the red guys*. I don't like gold that much no matter what color it is. Gold looks way too plasticey to me, it also ruins the feel of LEGO. It makes them feel like action figures, not the brand we love! I'm okay with gold being on rare minifigs (like C-3PO) and accessories like swords, helmets and coins but don't like it on minifigs that much. Pickerel *sorry for my highly technical terms. I'm not sure which one's which!
  16. was forced to make a decision! "You have been selected for a random poll," said a sandwich advertiser in a suitcase full of bananas, "Where is your...
  17. Sorry, mate, but we honestly should vote someone off today. I forget who I tortured and the outcome, so you coud be a witch. Before someone changes their mind I'll have to do this: Unvote: Cassandra/Bob the Construction Man Vote: Bernard/ Trexxen This is for my own good. I just hope the Inquisitor is right! If not, and the witches don't get me (which I'm sure they will), I'll be voted off. Currently, I'd say I've got a 25% chance of survival til tomorrow night! Martinus
  18. I believe that the most copies of a book ever made are the Bible, but more Harry Potter books are currently being currently produced. It really depends on your interpretation of "popular". (I read this in a newspaper article and am not sure if it is currently accurate!) Pickerel P.S. I don't think anybody knew that a children's fantasy book series would be the most printed book in the world.
  19. One more thing; season! Is it going to be snowy, have autumn leaves on the ground, be hot and dry, or full of greens? I think it should be spring or winter. Pickerel
  20. This is chaos! OOC: and I like it! I've already said the truth and have nothing else to say except boring words that I've already said. This is a mafia game, not politics! Some of you need to seriously listen to this! I Unvote: Charles/ Hinckley. Instead, I'm voting for : Vote: Cassandra/ Bob the Construction Man. You've voted and unvoted way to many times. Make your mind up already! ~Crazed Martinus! :skull:
  21. VERY IMPORTANT! What color are the roofs of our buildings going to be? I don't really think this to be important on the outer buildings, but it's very important on the keep! Part of my (unconfirmed) secondary gatehouse plans will have a roof, but what color should it be? Personally I think it should be black, as black looks good, fits a variety of themes, is common, and has a large selection of bricks to choose from. I think it would look terrible if one part of the keep was sand green, one part black, and one part straw! Pickerel
  22. Some pumpkins, ghosts, monster, trick-or-treaters, spider webs and egged houses can really add a lot to the Halloween touch! If you have enough time then I'd recommend building a spooky graveyard, church or other spooky building! Decorative Pickerel P.S. The new castle lines things probably add a lot of Halloweeniness, also those Batman villains are pretty scary along with their joker and fear bombs!
  23. 'It's not really that stormy out. Maybe to continue this I should go to another stormy area?" Phes walks around and goes around a big, ugly,
  24. They threatened me! One more vote and I was out. That vote could have come any moment! This game's got some selfish moments! Can the soldiers guard people? That would help us very much! If only we knew which ones to trust, and who to guard! This is probably the most game deciding moment there will be! With five voters against me and three against Chuck, some people are going to have to come to one side to get anything done! I feel like a bystander, I'm just watching, no secrets like the rest of you and waiting! It's fun (and hard) predicting possible outcomes of Azufre's fate! Where is the inquisitor and Sabrina? Martinus; My-Last-Day P.S. I can die any moment in a game as unstable as this one. I want to get my words in. Chuck I voted for you last round and I wish I could right now. The thing is I can't; the reason being I don't trust Alexander. Sorry both of you. I need to choose one and my vote will be Vote: Charles/Hinckley! Sorry man, no one tortures the torturer and gets away with it! There's more votes towards you and you obvoiusly aren't essential to this town. P.P.S. Cassandra the thing I'm doing that's not baking bread is torturing people!
  25. Sorry, I honestly am. See, I thought you were lieing about me not being the torturer . This could be a way to last longer for you, though! I actually don't know your role, see, I forget everything I do in the night! Pieces of the puzzle are clicking together. I move Bernard to my medium suspicions list!
