  2. Well, first there is an 800x600 limit on the photos. You may want to edit the size on imgur. It's really quite annoying to see huge images. Secondly I do think LEGO could possibly go that path but they could also go with an Avengers version. Classic designs would be great but I think they wouldn't mind making an interior for Stark Tower and slapping in Avengers figs. It really could go either way as profit seems to drive the sets. You can say Batman and TMNT were lighter but Marvel is generally lighter so who really knows. Trust me I'd love seeing a colorful city/Asgardian setting but we may not get that.
  3. Sorry if I am completely missing something! But I think once I am a Knight I can change my username? My days of "nuff said" puns mentioned on a lot of topics/posts are over. If I could be told who I PM I'd be very appreciative.
  4. Who knows! I've seen Captain Nemo/Julius No use it a lot. But I haven't seen him use that face. It matches well with TAS Batman and is quite a clever usage. Now just to find a really pale Batman to use my Scuba Batman head for!
  5. Sounds good. I can't make anymore right now but I am sure to make some more in the future. My MOC will probably be a replica of a LEGO Batman/LEGO Batman 2 level though, so there may be some issues of showing all of these! The basic switch is going to show up though
  6. Would've IM'ed you on Twitter but here it is http://adland.tv/commercials/lego-batman-2006-30-usa Thanks for the nostalgia trip! And now the regrets of buying none of these will soon commence.
  7. I'm keen on helping so I made a regular switch. Not too hard and I'm certain these are all available in these colors, I'll work on some more later. It seems like LEGO likes to cheat with the builds in-game. The grey piece should fit into the black friction hinge piece perfectly. And it seems like the lever handles should be narrower. But it seems 3 long beams was perfect. You could use a 2 long beam but there wouldn't be much space in between the grey piece and the yellow circular pieces. UPDATE: Web/Rope attachment. Kevkipo gave a good photo so I replicated it. The first issue with this is that the colors may not exist. I'll check BL/Brickset to make sure. The second issue is the the jumper plates from the picture make the top 5 studs wide. Without the jumper plates they can be 4 studs wide for an even build. (Tt Games needs to stop with these :P) ANOTHER UPDATE: Mr. Fantastic/Loki grates. Simplistic really. All colors should be available. Technically it can look like this if the SNOT technique for the wall you use works. (It'll be more than fine on a floor. ) If you can't it's really easy to put a 6x6 plate as a base. Another suggestion, in the game it's depth on a wall looks no more than 1-2 studs high. So you should fit it back into a wall if you make these for a MOC. (Which you kindly gave me an idea of what I want to build for Brickcon. ) Sorry for the long wait between update 1 and 2. Looking for more references to the claw switch. Another thing is that the control panel may be a bit tricky. Especially with real bricks. But I'll see what I can conjure up. Next up will be the electricity generator (hopefully). After that I may have to leave for a bit. But I will be thinking about the claw switch/control panel. I was also thinking the Captain America switch would be useful so I may try that too. MOAR UPDATE: Electricity Outlet Thingy Here we are, this was a pain in the megabloks. It couldn't be 100% accurate in the back as something needed to hold up the outside. Now here I am almost certain the tubes aren't available in black. The rest are available. Chrome tubes may be a bit expensive but they'd without a doubt look nice. Anyways I do have a breakdown of the build. Some of the things missing that I should mention are that the dishes should be transparent blue. The back can fit on a 4x6 tile. If you plan on using this at all I recommend using my advice on the Mr. Fantastic grate. Also on the anatomy of this that is missing is that all the dishes connect to the top ball joint 1x1 fine. The 3L pipe is just for stability and keeping the bottom one in place (shown in the next photo) so here's the anatomy of it. As you may see I tried to make the mount as sturdy as possible while accurate. The only inaccuracy I can tell is the jumper plates and the trans-blue 3L pipes. Which I explained is because there was no other way to connect them. Hope you don't mind the bulky-ness!
  8. I believe that's been posted here before(?) (Sorry if it hasn't, I guess I just see it way too often around Flickr! )

  10. There have been a few poor quality ones of the roof open, nothing special. It's about as detailed inside as one would expect a $30 set vehicle would be. I'd pay for a quality figure other than the one we have seen now, the transition from torso to legs is kinda disgusting. What happened to "only the best is good enough"? I'd like to see the changes be made because it's possible. The CMF legs have that. I think LEGO puts in chinese parts into official sets too so I don't see what the problem could be.
  11. Uh, what? Set photos have Cap looking pretty tired. I don't mean Cap vs Iron Man. I just mean I want some battle damaged figures.
  12. I wonder if Cap's suit will have any changes from the AoU suit. I mean, it looks different but that's only on the legs. It would be nice to see some battle damaged figs again. Seems like we never get those kind of variants anymore.
  13. I must admit. The Batmobile is growing on me now. The cockpit aligned with the slopes however are kinda ugly but I see the purpose to the set now. I may modify it but I genuinely like it now. It took some time I admit but it actually isn't too bad. A few modifications are in order but other than that. I can dig it. 7781 is still my favorite though. I hope LEGO can fix Batman's legs too. The torso looks terrible with the moulded boots with plain pants. I'd pay some serious cash if we got one with printing and moulding. But that may be too much to ask.
  14. I try not to be a bad guy here but I usually leave all the things that need help to the moderators. There is no point to this, there was a reason the licenses were separated. I see no point in changing it and cluttering the licensed sections even more by making more threads. But it's really not my place to be the judge...
  15. Well, I guess it's certain now. The last few pages have been useless. I understand the position, I've succumbed speculation too but jeez. Some of you are reading way too much into things. It's obvious that they'd use CMF pieces later. Especially the useful ones. I'm going to sit this out until we get preliminary pictures. This is the definition of ridiculous. And frankly childish... I'd be smart to stop now so I will. See you all when we have some solid news to discuss.
  16. Woah, my thread got bumped. Awesome to hear all about these sets that could've been better. I believe the Gorilla Grodd goes Bananas set was fairly wasted by over-Batmanning it. I'd like to imagine we'd see WW and Flash teaming up to take on Cold and Grodd with perhaps a decent sized playset build. The banana truck and the Bat-mech took up way too many parts. And Grodd was very underwhelming. I'd like to imagine a park with a huge device in the middle for Grodd that shoot spring missiles into the air. That'd be cool. It would also give Flash a purpose to be there as the set was set up to be more of Batman saves the day. Which shouldn't be the basis of every set.
  17. So at the time the leaks usually show up?
  18. My best bets for the racers are: New 52 Superman (doesn't require printed legs.) Killer Croc (doesn't require new legs, if he's in olive use the CMF S13 Goblin legs.) Blue Beetle (a longshot, also probably just requires black legs or some blue legs.) if not Blue Beetle I'm thinking... BTAS Batman, with proper muscle printing. (definitely doesn't require new legs.) I really hope at least BTAS Batman is true. I have a ton of old cowls to use for him.
  19. If we get Wayne Manor, I hope Aunt Harriet is in there.
  20. Why discuss something we don't even know is licensed? For all we know it could be a Space throwback D2C. I'd much rather discuss what information that we were given instead of pulling out straws and saying it's the right one. I personally would wait for more info.
  21. Some purist villains (except Ivy! ) I'll gladly supply inventories if anyone wants them.
  22. We have officially gone crazy. I think we're reading way too much into things.
  23. Wow. Alright, so this wave will hopefully be fulfilling. Just a shame we're seeing ourselves go into a Batman rebound. The movie sets were inevitable, but I think the racers sets really constricted our JL sets that were getting this ball rolling. I really did hope to see a lot but I guess this wave is fine considering we'll be getting JL sets NEXT year for sure. (Lets hope for a Watchtower no matter how gritty it may show up as! I really like the DCEU though so I could probably shut my mouth about that.) I'm fine with DC not getting another D2C this year either. Seems like it'd have been a dumb move for LEGO. Although I'd love some more nostalgic Batman sets... The '66 Batcave as a D2C seems a bit small unless they're adding what I think they are. (Bat-copter and Batbike w/ sidecar.) It'd make sense with all this racing they're pushing with racers, a motorcycle themed set, and perhaps this with all three vehicles! Four would be pushing it and I think/hope LEGO doesn't include a whirly bat! As for the figures as I had stated before, since this is an $120 set now (according to rumors that might've been confirmed. This forum is messy enough as is.) I think a suitable amount of 8 figures as people have mentioned would most likely entitle Batman, Robin, Batgirl, Alfred, Catwoman, Joker, and two others that are likely either Penguin, Freeze, Riddler, or Egghead if they know what villain the kids really want.
