Not to toot my own horn but I (and probably many of you) could guess that Sabine would NOT have her helmet in the smaller set. They will make you fork over way more than 20-30 dollars for a mandalorian helmet haha

Don't see it happening, they won't even do some movies (cap 2, thor 2) so I'm not so sure on the tv series

Yeah I'm doing the best I can to resist buying hobbit sets. They go on sale more frequently than other themes. Good and a bad thing...

I see them combining the two themes into one book, rather than two separate ones due to lack of sets for LOTR

No TCW cartoon face like the past sets... I wasn't too fond of how different the faces looked when next to regular Star Wars faces. That was my only reason why I did not collect any TCW sets sadly...

Wait for the DK book on the middle earth theme. Although there won't be a new mold for the exclusive, it'll still be another figure in the LOTR / hobbit we are in need of getting...

Believe it or not, most toysrus actually releases sets at retail price. The price usually goes up a month or two after release. If you step into toysrus you would still see the new Star Wars sets are retail

I like your optimism but most large Star Wars d2c sets are from the OT, and I say most because of that one year where they did the clone wars set with the at-ot

It doesn't bother me that people state their opinions and feelings but why is it that on every other post you state how much you're going to spend on sets? We get it, Lego is expensive. No need to beat a dead horse...

So are you or are you not agreeing with my comment? All I am saying is the slave 1 has yet to make an official announcement and yet another rumor on a huge Star Wars set coming out on January that WASN'T the slave 1 just does not add up. 2 Star Wars exclusives a year is usually the trend, one in spring and one in fall. So on a release date stand point it just doesn't add up that TLG would release another large set in January that wasn't a slave 1

Cannot be January since slave 1 is coming very soon. The soonest would be May. It's only September 2014 and now we are just speculating after the Slave 1. Too far out to take that rumor into consideration....or even a grain of salt

We are definitely going in circles with this set... It was stated from Jedi news that the ITT was a rebel set. Although not confirmed, their news source has been reliable for the past couple of years

For Christmas, I'm asking for both the slave 1 and the sandcrawler. Both of the new style boxes look phenomenal and worth displaying alone!
