Hi all
Just got back into playing with Lego, especially now the draught has gone from the lounge floor, and I've a nice wood-burner to sit in front of while playing!
I own a few Technic sets: 8455, Backhoe Loader; 8281, Mini Tractor; 8270, Rough Terrain Crane; 8880, Super Car; 8462, Tow Truck; 6514, Trail Ranger; 8271, Wheel Loader along with some spares and extra bricks and plates. I've just bought some Power Function bits, and now wondering what to do with them.
I haven't (yet?) got round to creating my own models, just love putting lego together, taking it apart and then counting the pieces to make sure I'm not going to step on one tomorrow!
I'm fascinated by the models everyone else creates, it's really inspiring to see what you come up with.

Hiya I'm having trouble with the cable car from Technic Ideas Book 8891. Can't get the "reversing" feature to work properly. Has anyone else made this model work? It uses a "floating" sub assembly which when pushed forwards or backwards, engages a different pair of gears to drive the cable car along the string. No matter how much I've fiddled, adjusted, tweaked, I just can't get it to mesh cleanly both ways. Thanks Ann
