I'd like to remove both swords from the walls, one at a time to see if anything happens. Hm, I think I'd also like to stand as far away from Mr. Owen as possible. When I'm done with the swords, I'd like to examine the clip-holder thing at the top of the stairs, and see if there's anything we can put in there.

You know you've gotten way to into this game...of life, when you're making banners to advertise who to sacrifice. Vote: Melaena Stools (CallMePieOrDie) If only to get this day over with and not split the vote anymore.
-
Very nicely done. I'm looking forward to how you do the interior. I also like that you've decorated and added items to the roof. In my opinion, the roof is a commonly skipped spot so it's nice to see that someone uses it.
-
I'll get to work on it right away. Your character is in their somewhere, I think. I know I placed all the characters from Suburbia (even some from Red Scare) into the city.

What have I done that could possibly be seen as scummy? Is it because I don't talk much? It's rather hard to create and explain points when your topic is already a few pages back and doesn't really apply anymore. At any rate, I believe I already did weigh in on saying that I believe we're looking in the wrong direction. There's a chance that both Jennifer and Hugh are townies/campies and are both misguided. There's a chance that all the "active" (I.E.: Jennifer, Mehmet, Patrick) people are all on the same side and don't even realize it. That's only my views, though. In my opinion, I believe that when we find out who the cultists are we'll all be shocked because they're the ones that aren't flailing their arms around screaming. They're likely the ones that post so it looks like they're actively participating. I'm eagerly awaiting tomorrow morning, when Mehmet's list of contacts will have new information or something important to say hopefully. Other than that, I don't know where to vote from here.

Why do we all look different? Have we been here for that long? -
Sorry if I'd rather not get involved in the arguing that's been going on for the past two pages. Honestly, what am I supposed to add? I'm trying to keep up with all the yelling and screaming and name-calling. I'm an old man, you know. If you'd really like to know my opinions, then I'd say splitting the vote isn't exactly a good idea. It's exactly what we did on Day One, and an innocent was sacrificed. Now, I'm not entirely sold on Hugh's analysis on why we should condemn Jennifer, and yes I did read it thank you. It sounds like he just pieced together everything that Jennifer did, bolded it, and then tried to sell it as evidence against her. Also, Mr. Fitzwilliam, I'll have you know that I argued against talking to Mehmet earlier in the day, so why would I now go and talk to him?
-
I do see signs of overreaction, but I'm not sure what to make of it. Either he's vehemently trying to defend himself to survive since he's a connection to the people whose roles he's found, or he's a cultist and he's trying to save himself. I'll wait, though, to see what others have to say about this.
-
I'm not entirely sure, but I think it was either four or five. Thanks for the compliments everyone!

Layout When I'm not hosting and playing games in the Mafia and Wargames Forum, I also build things. Some of you who played in Suburbia Mystery might notice that the layout is different, because I just revamped the city and changed it. I've recently started to take a shine to the new Alien Conquest theme, so I added a small ADU Base. However, you'll see it in the upcoming story.... --- Behind the grocery store, in downtown Lexington... "Captain's log, stardate Unknown. Myself, Mr. Spock, Doctor McCoy, Mr. Scott, and Ensign Rogers have beamed down to old Earth after being caught in a time warp. While our engines are being worked on, we've decided to investigate and gather data on this time period." "We'll split into two teams. Mr. Spock and Mr. Scott, find data in the town library...Myself, Doctor McCoy, and Ensign Rogers will look around the city." "I've fashioned up a machine that will locate this library." Mr. Scott said. "Excellent. Signal when you've finished." Kirk said. "Don't you think carrying around that phaser is a bit...revealing Mr. Spock?" "Not particularly, Mr. Scott. This time period was particularly violent. It will ensure our safety." "What's going on over there, Mr. Spock?" "Excuse me, sir. Might I enquirer as to what's occurring?" "There's a prisoner transport. It's a serious deal, so I suggest you stand back for your own safety." "Fascinating." Spock said. "Look at this old port." Kirk said. "Amazing that people lived like this. It's amazing that these people ever got civilized." McCoy said. "I tell you, Jim. This is a dangerous spot." "Look out!" someone called. DEAD REDSHIRTS - ONE "Ensign Rogers!" Kirk said calmly. "I knew his father." "He's dead, Jim." McCoy said. "Take his phaser. We wouldn't want it to get into the wrong hands." "Kirk to Enterprise." "Enterprise, Lieutenant Uhura here." the response came. "Uhura, inform security that we have one casualty. Have them send down another security officer." "Understood, Captain." "He should be beaming down here." Kirk said. "Ensign Ryan, reporting as ordered sir." "Damnit Jim, I'm a doctor not a soldier." "Give him the phaser then Bones." "Let's keep going." "Mr Spock, moving to the other side of the blockade isn't going to help." "Quite true, Mr. Scott, but we might be able to ask them to let us through." "Excuse me, sir and ma'am. Might we enter this building?" "I'm sorry." Deputy Chief Scott said. "We can't let you through yet." "Mr Spock. this is telling me that what we're looking for is in there." "We must get through." "Excuse me sir, what is this facility?" "Don't you know? This is the Alien Defense Unit Headquarters." "We're training just in case of an incident. You're free to look around." "Excuse me, sir. There is a giant bug behind you." "What?!" Mr. Spock used his Vulcan neck-pinch. "We should be good for the next few minutes, let's go." "Excellent maneuver, Mr. Spock." "Look at this old truck." McCoy said. "Indeed, it's very interesting." Kirk said. "What on Earth is that?" McCoy asked. "Phasers!" Kirk said. Both the alien and Ensign Ryan disappeared! DEAD REDSHIRTS - TWO "Ensign Ryan...I knew his uncle, a dear friend of mine." "Kirk to Enterprise." "Enterprise, Lieutenant Uhura here." "Ensign Ryan has been killed in the line of duty. I recommend him for commendations." "I'll get Security to send someone else down." "Put Mr. Chekov on the line, please." "Chekov here, sir." "Mr. Chekov, what's the situation with the engines?" DEAD REDSHIRTS - THREE "We're almost finished sir. Everything is clearing up and the vwessel is almost ready for movement." "Put Lieutenant Uhura back on." "Uhura here, sir." "Where is that security officer?" "I don't understand, Security informed me he should be here." "Strange, please send down another." "Lieutenant Rowe, reporting sir." "Aren't you a bit too pretty to be working in Security?" The Lieutenant giggled. "He's a very sound sleeper, Mr. Spock." "That is not logical. He isn't making noise, Mr. Scott." "It was an expression...never mind, Mr. Spock." "We must find the Captain." "Look at this beautiful farm, Lieutenant. I'd love to settle down here." "It's very pretty, Captain." "Hey you! Get off my land!" The farmer raised his ax menacingly. Kirk shot his phaser into the air to scare the farmer. "Jim, no!" McCoy yelled. The horse whined loudly. "Aieeee!" The Lieutenant screamed. She was trampled by the horse. DEAD REDSHIRTS - FOUR "She's dead, Jim." "No....no..." Kirk said slowly. "Let's go, Jim. Mr. Spock just gave the signal." "We have to get back to the beamdown point." Kirk said. "What's his problem?" McCoy asked. "We've got to get him to the hospital. His kidney is failing." "Here." McCoy said, fishing into his pouch. "Take this." He shoved a pill into his mouth. "Come on, bones." Kirk said. "Who was that?" "You know..." the patient said. "I'm feeling much better!" "Enterprise, beam up immediately." Spock said. --- I made the Spock ears out of the Series 3 elf ears. If you'd like to see any other pictures of the city, let me know. I think I covered most everything. Comments? Questions? Criticisms? Tomatoes?

Red Moon 2 Confirmation & Discussion

Here and ready to go! -
Quite shocking, if you're telling the truth. I had said earlier that people shouldn't reveal their roles, especially not on day one. I'm not even sure why people would go to one person.
-
I'm quite confused as to why people are coming to you and revealing their information. If you ask me, one thing I've learned in my travels is to not trust anyone. I don't think we should not vote. If the cultists can kill at night, (which they can, I assume, because a vigilante wouldn't sacrifice someone), then they'd just pick us off over the course of a very long time. I'm not saying that we should vote for the first immediate exposure, I'm saying that we should carefully review whatever we've learned or seen and then make a decision off of that. Hastiness and indecisiveness causes innocent deaths, and we can't afford that. Also, that play is a bit revealing I suppose. I'll wait for some more information about this Superman.

The Curse of IMHOTEP - Sign Up Thread
Bob replied to Pandora's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I'd like to play, if you'll have me. 1) A brief summary of your previous mafia experiences on EB -I've been in most games starting with Baritones I back in 2008. 2) Indicate your availability for frequent posting for the next 6 weeks -I can post frequently now that the holidays are over. 3) Please tell us what you consider to be the best or worst EB Mafia moment. This does not necessarily have to be about you – it may be something from a game in which you have not participated but that you still found memorable. -I was lynched in Witch Hunt Mafia for suggesting that I liked to cook fish tacos. -
I'd like to play. I was a reservist on the original Red Moon.
-
It's alright, you started out strong in the beginning and then slowly faded out. It happens sometimes in these games.

If you want? Players (14) Mr. Jack Montgomery, husband of Julia, father of Jeremy Owner of Local Pet Store Played By: --- Mrlegoninja You were rather fair in your own analysis. You were strong in the start, but you slowly started to stop playing which was rather annoying because you had a good character. All in all, I'd say you did a good job. Mrs. Julia Montgomery, wife of Jack, mother of Jeremy Owner of Local Pet Store Played By: --- Dannylonglegs I had to kill you off for a reason, and it's mostly because you didn't participate. Like, at all. You were one of my favorites in Prohibition, which was why I was excited to see you sign up, but you didn't really participate. Jeremy Montgomery, son of Jack and Julia Student Played By: --- ADHO15 I like how you used the miscellaneous actions to do your own investigations at night indirectly. You played your character very well, even during Gotham City Mafia. You did a very good job, I'd say. Mr. Alex Jordan, husband of Sarah Accountant Played By: --- Cralegoboy I know you had other life issues to deal with, but I was forced to kill you off because you stopped posting almost entirely as the chapters went on. As your action for the night you died, you selected to get "very drunk", so I had you step into the live fire. You did really good in Red Scare, but you didn't perform that well here. Mrs. Sarah Jordan, wife of Alex Owner of Department Store Played By: --- Brickdoctor Nice work overall. I liked your ability to fit into your character and you analyzed and explored the various settings very well. Nice work, you get an A+ for effort. Mr. Winston Robertson, father of Amber Retired Banker, Artifact Collector Played By: --- Rumble Strike You won, so there's obviously that. As I told you throughout the game you did a good job fitting into your character excellently. Amber Robertson Unemployed Played By: --- Peanuts You won as well, so nice work. You did exceptionally well flying under the radar the entire game. Officer Steven Jackson, fiance of Ashley Police Officer Played By: --- Professor Flitwick Nice work. Even though you got shot you still kept participating even after the hiatus and you sent in a guess. (I think) Ashley Baker, fiance of Steven, sister of Marcus Owner of Grocery Store Played By: --- K-nut These analyses are getting rather repetitive, honestly, but nice work. Marcus Baker, brother of Ashley Meteorologist Played By: --- CallMePieOrDie Good job! Nice effort! Well done! Okay, anyway, I liked how you referenced Star Trek like your character was supposed too. Officer Ryan Hutch, married to his career Police Officer Played By: --- badboytje88 You had told me that this game wasn't your cup of tea, but I still would have liked you to participate. After three chapters of you not posting, I had to kill you off. Mr. James Swanson, father of Robbie Personal Trainer Played By: --- CorneliusMurdock You almost won, if it wasn't for Rumble Strike. I was very close to closing the answer submissions when he submitted his. Good work other than that. Robbie Swanson, son of James Unemployed Played By: --- Jedi master Brick You didn't really participate that much, and when you did it was usually just a sentence or two and then you left the topic. I had given you a rather good character, so I had hoped you would have explored and used it more. Deputy Chief Jackie Scott, married to job Deputy Chief of the Lexington Police Department Played By: --- Fugazi You thought it was drugs, which was a good guess considering all of the events transpiring. Overall, you did a good job and participated every chapter. Police Chief Arnold McGovern Chief of Police Played By: --- def You didn't play long enough...okay, nevermind. Def's character was like mine in Bloodbrick's Asylum II and in Witchbreed Mafia School. We used each other to start off the game, something that we decided on via PM before the game. By the way, Scorpiox, I noticed that you voted in the polls, but didn't post here. I hope everyone knows that this is open to the general public, as in everyone.
-
For that I'm deeply sorry. I let outside pressures into the game, and I shouldn't have. What angered me mostly was the lack of participation. People signed on and committed to playing the game, but then they posted maybe four times a chapter. A mystery game is different than a mafia game. It's not as black and white as rooting out scum. You have to communicate and speak with other players to try and make them screw up or miss a detail. You need to be vigilant. If all you're doing the entire game is investigating without talking at all, then you won't win It was supposed to be a lot shorter, but as I said nobody participated so we were stuck at locations for days when we could have been there and out a lot sooner. Deputy Chief Scott was unkillable at night, which is how she survived the fire and the exploding van. By kidnapping Marcus, you were able to lure Jackson out of the house, because he had barricaded himself in. You were unable to kill Flitwick and K-nut because he had protected himself and I said there was a chance that your kill would be unsuccessful. And yes, Alex Jordan was a modkill. Also, the brown-haired person at the fire station was a red-herring. You could have showcased the firefighters uncertainty by seeing how she changed her mind several times, thinking it was a man, then a woman, etc. The hand was Chief McGovern, who waved to the fire-woman outside before finding you at the fountain. I only killed people who were silent mostly because I was getting angry and I wanted something exciting to happen, other than the boring "nothing happens at night" scenarios. However, there is something that has been bothering me, so I'd like to congratulate a second winner: Amber Robertson, played by Peanuts! Theoretically you were not identified in any of the answers, and as a result you didn't lose. Thus, you are our second winner of the game. Things I'd Like to Change: -NO MORE TOWN SETTINGS.EVER: There's to many places to go, it's hard to photograph, it's just an overall pain in the butt. -10 Characters: Because it'll make it better. -The Miscellaneous Actions: I tried to make things a bit exciting at night since I removed the conventional mafia actions, but overall they were confusing and as a result if I host again then I won't include them. Personal Notes: I liked the way everyone settled into their characters, but like I said, I wished that there was more conversation between the characters. I just realized that I italicized some of my responses, which is bad and a habit I'll have to end quickly when responding to quotes.

To not get caught. You almost got away with it, too, literally because I was close to shutting down the entries until Rumble Strike sent his in.

Anyone can post here, by the way.

CHAPTER TEN - CONCLUSION ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "I've solved it!" Winston said triumphantly. "I know everything!" "Make sure you get a good shot of this!" Truman Bigbucks yelled into the cameraman's ear. "Ow." the cameraman said. "It's obvious that the person who killed Chief McGovern is none other than..." "You! James Swanson!" "Me? But I'm such a nice guy. I give aerobics lessons to underprivileged kids." "You killed the Chief because you were still angry at him for having an affair with your wife." "Oh yeah? And who's my accomplice then, Mr. Detective-pants?" "Your son, Robbie!" "Actually, dad, it was me." "My own daughter?!" "Yes, now then, I've got this gun, reach for the sky!" James yelled. "Drama is good! Cry, cry!" Truman said. "Drop your weapon!" Agent Stone said as the FBI arrived suddenly. "Nuts." "Hands up, everyone! Especially you guys over there!" "Eep!" A few moments later... "It was an accident, I swear!" Amber yelled. "Give it up, Amber. I would have confessed sooner if the loss of my son didn't drive me over the edge." "Your son is not dead." Mayor Bob said from behind. "Oh my god! You're all alive!" someone yelled. "That's the magic of special effects." Mayor Bob said. "Where's Officer Hutch?" Jackie asked. "Errr....That wasn't exactly a special effect..." "How could you do this, dad?" "I'm sorry son, I love you so much. I only wanted the best for you, and when that Chief was bothering Amber and I, I remembered all of the things I saw your mother and the Chief do, and it drove me mad." "I love you, dad!" "Break it up, you're still going to jail." "Are you going to call a lawyer for me?" Amber asked her father. "No. You got yourself into this mess, now get yourself out." "But daddy!" Amber cried as she was led away. "I thought I lost you forever!" Sarah said. "I'm sorry about the whole affair thing, Sarah dear. It was a mistake." "Oh, it's okay Alex. I love you!" "All of you megablocks are under arrest, too." "Job well done, I'd say." Newly Promoted Chief Scott said. "Yeah, except I had to do most of the work. You guys are terrible cops." "You knew who did it two days ago, and you finally came to arrest them after a seventy year old man condemned his daughter and his friend in front of the entire town. Yeah, and we're terrible cops." Jackie Scott said. "I'm going to have to arrest you too, Mayor Bob." "I'm afraid that's not possible." "What do you mean?" "I control everything, I can turn that gun into flowers if I wanted to." "Oh yeah?" Agent Stone asked. "Yes. I can." Bob said. "Well, I guess I can't arrest you." "Let's get married soon, Steven!" "I love you, Ashley!" "Where's that hot nurse?! I loved her!" "The hot nurse was just an actor." "An actor? Don't you mean an actress?" Marcus asked. "Errr..." Truman Bigbucks said. "Noooooooo! I'll never find love ever!" "Keep moving you slimebag." The FBI Agent said. "It'll be alright, Marcus. Don't you worry." "You think so?" "Yes. Why don't you show me your Captain Kirk action figures later today." Jackie said. "Really?" "Yes, really." "And so, the Town of Lexington lived happily ever after." Mayor Bob said. "I hope you all enjoyed the game!" ~~~ Winner: Winston Robinson, played by Rumble Strike Rumble Strike answered everything correctly, except for the accomplice. Congratulations to Rumble Strike for winning the game!
