yes, i used to have those problems too with bionicle. however, i never experienced any of that with my HF. well, at least until now. i've been playing with HF since 2011.

hei guys. this is the second mech i made, in spirit of waiting for the 2014 HF. it's entirely made from speeda demon's parts, except for the pilot. front: this mech have a specially designed legs with a very powerful jumping ability, to make up for its inabillity to fly. side: this mech is weaponized with ultra electric blades on both of it's arm. back: that trans red part on the top is its power source. close up on the pilot: cockpit, opened: close-up on cockpit, without pilot: those 2 pins on the front will attach to pilot's feet. size comparison between the pilot and the mech: posing: that's it, C&C appreciated.

"not really into lego"? are you sure? these pics says otherwise, i think. there are many NPU here. those that's already said by laka, blaster as bathtub faucet, space cockpit cover as umbrella, life jacket as chairs, etc. those were great.

if it was me, i just hold all negative thinking until the pictures are out. we still don't really know how it will turn out. and the monsters is the same size as regular sized HF set, so there's still hope that at least the monster still keep the originality of HF. all the monstre (a.k.a villains) in Hf we seen so far is pretty badass too.

the bionicle minifigs were weirdly shaped and not quite compatible with normal minifigs parts. i hope this HF minifig were more normal, like a normal minifig with printed parts, a helmet, and weapons. there is no need for new torso piece to accomodate minifig. we can still work it out with existing parts, without depending on system parts.

well, that's quite new. is the mech used system parts or full HF parts?
