just realized that surge & rocka combat machine has less piece than evo xl machine (188 pieces to 193 pieces) hopefully they make this up with the set containing more usefull skeleton, or other usefull parts, just like what they did with scorpio.

i think it's tv shows based on the sets, like ninjago and legend of chima. and HF. i think this is mentioned somewhere, but i don't remember the place.

since this MOC of yours can transform properly without any need to disassemble, it already beat the kreo one by many point, since as far as i know the kreo transformers sets can transform properly, unless you modified the set to make it able to do so. and, i noticed that even in your lego moc you still use the kreo head? well, overall, great job, if this were to be released as official lego set, i would be the first one to stand in line to buy it.

good job! you're able to catch the sci-fi feeling with what limited parts you have. i also like the idea of turning the lamp post into a laser shooter (?). the micro manager is pretty good too, except for those tan hinge, but i think you use them because you ran out of hinge in grey and black. overall, it's a good build. and makes me wonder why lego didn't include friends in that movie.

ok, so according to new mini movie, winter set is for fingting on surface, summer set is for fighting underground. the drilling machine is kinda different from my expectation. i was expecting it to be bipedal with drill as a hand. the flyer machine seems pretty cool.
