Very hard to tell sometimes they'll say exclusive and then release it sometimes they won't and it will be. Personally I wouldn't take the risk but according to the toys r us website there is a special offer saying all shipping on LEGO is free, not sure if it just US but worth a shot

In regards to the X-Mansion set, I'm not certain whether it would be passed but, there won't be any new xmen films, the DVD will already be released when the set it dropped so it wouldn't look like it was trying to boost sales for another film company. At first I thought it was a pipe dream and it might still be but I think there is still a chance! If they do make one I hope they include colossus so you can do the fastball special move with wolverine!

Tbh I think pyro is included because of the use of the new fire pieces which can be used for both human torch and pyro. Also the hair piece is used for both pyro and 'flame on' version of human torch

1 word: bullsh*t Why do lego do this! Bad enough making characters like martian manhunter only available to people who pay for $75 of stuff but then making figures literally impossible for almost the entire community! It just doesn't make sense! I felt really bad about owning the phoenix figure from one of the china bootleg company but I have no shame in it now as they are making it stupidly hard and expensive to finish collections! If these are "preview figure" I can live with it but the word "exclusive" never means anything good...
