Really sorry to bump this thread, but has there been any progress made in this year? I found a recent facination for the Victory so I started searching, and I refound this thread, so I wondered,any progress?

It's pretty good. But may I suggest to use some diferent camera angles or perhaps even some wideshots in the coversation. (first clip) It gets a bit repetitive after a while cause of the frequently reused camera angles. Good job though, and I'd like to see the result!

Indeed, it's stupid to buy more than one, but that isn't the point of this so called 'battlepack'. I think, if Lego releases this officialy, it won't even get the name battlepack.

I don't see what's so bad about it. I think if this is real, a lot of kids will buy this. For example: my nephew is really into Lego right now, but mostly for the minifigs. He got the slave 1 and the temple of doom, and those sets were never even build. He just took the figs and played with them. What I'm trying to show with this is that now the kids can buy the figs and have fun with them without the parents having to spend a lot of money on a set which the kids will never play wit And for that purpose, this pack is pretty good, it has three opposing factors which you can invent different story lines with.

Although I like this set, once you have the UCS falcon, it just seems, meih. I don't think I'll be impressed by a Falcon anytime soon, except for the one they placed in Legoland.

Can't believe I missed this thread! Music is my first love, maybe even bigger than my love for Lego so that says alot. I started playing trombone but only did that for about a year, I loved the instrument (still do) and I was pretty good at it but it just didn't feel right. About the same time I picked up my dad's classical guitar and started learning myself some tunes. After a year I bought my first electric guitar, an Epiphone SG and started to follow lessons for it. Now I'm in my second year, I play on a Fender Jaguar, a Fender accoustic and the old classical guitar which it all started with. Also I'm learning myself piano, harmonica, keyboard, and I'm going to play Bass guitar and the ukelele. I sing but only out of necessity, I'm not that good of a singer. I love composing music myself and covering other people's work. Some of my tunes: Falling Leaves Riding Give Me TIme And some covers with a twist: Pokerface God Save The Queen Hope you enjoy!

Tried to draw Jack Sparrow, but I looked a bit to diagonal on my piece of paper so his face is a bit streched.
