  8. Monster Band feat Frank Rock - Eveyday is Halloween (Ministry cover) Well I live with snakes and lizards and other things that go bump in the night 'Cuz to me everyday is Halloween I have given up hiding and started to fight I have started to fight Well any time, any place, anywhere that I go all the people seem to stop and stare they say 'Why are you dressed like it's Halloween? you look so absurd, you look so obscene' Oh, why can't I live a life for me? why should I take the abuse that's served? why can't they see they're just like me it's the same, it's the same in the whole wide world well I let their teeny minds think that they're dealing with someone who is over the brink and I dress this way just to keep them at bay 'Cuz Halloween is everyday it's everyday Oh, why can't I live a life for me? why should I take the abuse that's served? why can't they see they're just like me it's the same, it's the same in the whole wide world Oh, why can't I live a life for me? why should I take the abuse that's served? why can't they see they're just like me i'm not the one that's so absurd why hide it? why fight it? hurt feelings best to stop feeling hurt from denials, reprisals it's the same it's the same in the whole wide world
  9. Can you hear the sound of silent wings?
  10. The Bogeyman by Jack Prelutsky In the desolate depths of a perilous place the bogeyman lurks, with a snarl on his face. Never dare, never dare to approach his dark lair for he's waiting . . . just waiting . . . to get you. He skulks in the shadows, relentless and wild in his search for a tender, delectable child. With his steely sharp claws and his slavering jaws oh he's waiting . . . just waiting . . . to get you. Many have entered his dreary domain but not even one has been heard from again. They no doubt made a feast for the butchering beast and he's waiting . . . just waiting . . . to get you. In that sulphurous, sunless and sinister place he'll crumple your bones in his bogey embrace. Never never go near if you hold your life dear, for oh! . . . what he'll do . . . when he gets you!
  11. Thank you for this awesome review, Penkid! I don't really like the temple itself, but the minifigures and the vehicles are very good. I think I will bricklinking some of them.

  14. Thanks for the comments! I was inpired by 7041 Troll Battle Wheel. I really love that set but every time my little son started to play it ended in parts because the "handle" is too fragile and suspension of the wheels is weak too. And poor trolls always wanted to fall down from the small board :) It is on approx. 20 bricks above the ground. The next possible height would be 29 and it was too high. Btw I forgot to take a photo about the drawbridge while it is closed :( I've started immediately as Mark launched his competition. I only had enough bricks for one side so I made a first version to check the possible design. First WIP photo was taken 29th July. Put some (5 or 6) BL orders to resupply (60 * brackets, 20 * 1*4 bricks stud on sides, 30 * black hinges, 50 * log bricks, 50 * specked blackwing ended bricks, 100 * 1*6 support pillars) then started to rebuild. I noticed the original height was unproportional so rebuilt it again (third time). Meanhwhile started to built the landscape, but ran out of green bricks too. It was the point when I asked some duplo from my little son :) A great guy from a hungarian LEGO community went to the PAB wall and filled a cup with green plates then sent it to me. On 11st August the base was 60% complete and when the bricks arrived I finished it. The last WIP photo was taken on 23rd August but it was very different, the weeping willow wasn't there, there was only one triceratops and some foliage was on other place too. I've finished it on 26th August then I faced with my largets fear: how to take a photo... After 1,5-2 hours of hopeless trying I got the solution. My awesome wife didn't even have complained when I told her the only one background big enough for this MOC is the back of the carpet in our living room, she helped me to move the couch and turn the carpet at the middle of the night:
  15. Thanks for the comments! Supersizing was the main goal. When I got my first 7041 Troll Battle Wheel I knew I will use those awesome wheels once for something real big and impressive. That's why we keep cave trolls despite of their smell ;)
  16. Thank you for the comments! This baby already have a clan banner, it belongs to the glorious Outlaws of Roawia :) Yes, it is detailed inside too. Every floor is 9 brick height, connected by stairs and ladders. There are weapon racks, crates and barrels inside for siege equipements and supplies. Thanks :) I've got 6 sails for months ago and really wanted to use them. I think troll symbol is one of the bests LEGO ever made. I could kill for official torso and breastplate with it *dreaming*
