  1. Too right, Mary Zepher. I seriously hope that you'll be moved to the "Lady" catergory, or I'd be forced to believe that you each were engaging in some behind the scences behavior. I also favor the "turn sides" notion, and it will be incorporated into the How's THAT for self-promotion? Back on topic, I was wondering something about the latest day- are the green things Dillon's brains or Carter's puke?
  2. Adam

    Horsies...

I just got a horse from a ranch in Milan, and let me tell you- it is the cutest little (or... not so little ) pet I've ever had. Since I can hardly keep it in Venice, I've got him in my country house in Bologna. So.... any other horse owners out there? We can ride together!
  3. The Eurobricks staff... I would have never known.
  4. Oh, quiet up, Fabuland hater. I've already added enough to the poll, and it was, in my mind, obvious that it should be in the Blacktron section (if you want Blacktron III). Besides, too many people have voted in "Other" or "Blacktron", so it'd be pointless. Now get those barfing emoticons out of your post and be considerate towards Fabuland! Take a peek at the FBG, and look at some great creations- CHANGE YOUR MIND! So cut the sarcasim and quit the Fabuland bad Karma- and Insectoids wasn't THAT bad!
  5. Soon after reaching an orbit of Hoth, the Seperatist cruiser was located. "Here," JD said, pointing to the screen. The ship wasn't far from their position, but it would be difficult for the damaged gunship to make the trip- especially since the craft was surrounded by smaller CIS ships. "How are we possibly going to penatrate their defences without getting blown up?" Thok asked, dismayed. "What if we make some distraction," Adam suggested, "and use it to make an opening? It's a thin plan, but it's our only chance." The others nodded, and eventually JD suggested that they form not one but two distractions to have an easier entrance. However, Jim shook his head at the idea. "That would make it obvious that we were trying to make a move. No, we'll have to go with the slim chances of Adam's idea. We should probably take out a small pod so that we wouldn't be as detectable as this large, damaged gunship." Sorry for the pointlessness of that, but I had to throw SOMETHING out there. I'll be posted images when we board the cruiser, but simonjedi- what does Bequin look like?
  6. Another way in which this contest is completely unique! There are already many on the forum that give creations healthy advice, and it's great to see that that constructive commentary will be even more worthwhile.
  7. You snide mechanic! Adam tried to breathe, but Butcher's grip was too powerful. "Wait!" he just managed to gasp. "You- *gah*- don't know everything yet!" The others could tell that Jim was on to something, so MacK and Oky Wan held Jim back while Thok pointed his gun at Adam. A few moments later, Adam was able to speak. "At one point, while searching for information about the mutants, I encountered something very strange on Felucia. It was a statue of a long-forgotten Jedi that tried to take control of me. Let's just say it was... persuasive. The spirit of the Jedi, a man who had turned against the Republic a long time ago, entered my mind and attempted to gain control of my entire body. Ever since then, I've tried to keep him at bay, but now and then he escapes my will and takes control. That happened in the facility, and when I went to the future, we somehow... split up; I can't feel his prescence any more. However, the fact that he's at large is even more dangerous than him being inside me. Now he has the ability to cause galactic wide mayhem."
  8. Hasn't this already been discussed in the 2008/2009 rumor thread? Though I, too, am glad of its low price- and for over 1,600 pieces!
  9. I don't care about the price either, just look at that! [image removed] Beauty at it's finest! The best set of the new line! LOVE the new chicken piece! And the LIVE chickens on the roof! With the new plume! Edit: Tons of pics available at the Brothers Brick blog.
  10. Sorry to attack you even more, but I believe that the post has to involve you in some way.
  11. You are missing something- you might want to edit your post.
  12. me=noob Seriously, why is everyone taking the liberty to make me such a noob? How about a new rule: a person is only allowed to be made a noob of once every chapter? Oky Wan and I have already been noobified, so that leaves the rest of you. So, watch out! Can that be put into action?
  13. I wonder how Day 7 will turn out... I think it's obvious, but... Anyone else notice that Zepher is obssesed with ImperialShadows?
  14. You can't just travel to the future, you need the time machine, which the CIS have.
  15. Back to you, Regis! Thank you, Samantha! It's not Smantha, it's- And now, get ready for the ball to fall down here, in Times Square! Get ready for the countdown...... *10* *9* *8* *7* *6* What comes after "6"? Oh, right! *5* *4* *3* *2* *1* And there it goes! *Giant ball reaches the bottom of the pole* Great 100th episode!
  16. {Outside CIS Facility, Present} "Oof!" Adam and the scout were thrown back into the Clone Wars- without Loken. Luckily, they crashed right next to a suprised Oky Wan, a shocked MacK, a flustered Thok, and a completely freaked out Wouwie. "What the heck happened?" Oky Wan asked. "And where is Jim? I've been trying to contact you guys for ages!" [Adam tells the others how he was seperated from Jim, what happened when he got to the future, the scout trooper's help, and Garviel being left behind.] "Bequin said something about Loken being the 'Seperatist's hero', but I was teleported back to soon." With a start, Adam realized, among other things, that he didn't know the scout trooper's name. He was about to ask when the biker piped up, "Jammiedodger714, or JD for short." It was then that MacK spotted the lightsaber on Adam's belt. "What the-" Adam cut him off. "I have NO idea." Jammiedodger714, try not to buddie up with me so much. I'm an independent, and a very independent independent at that. I'll colorize this later, I have work to do.
  17. A great new feature which I'm sure will develop into something that LEGO Pirate fans will be checking every day! I'll post something better later, I have work to do.
  18. Yes, it seems to be moving at the right pace, not slowly. When you have instant voting, the players aren't really thinking about who to kill, more just jumping on the bandwagon. Overall, I think you've run this very well, Hinckley. DJ Force, I think that the "Fooler" idea is a very good one.
  19. Colorize. They had been defeated- there were far too many Imperials, and, if you counted those able to fight, only two for the Republic. Adam wasn't even sure what the biker was- a man in the middle, he guessed. Either way, they were all dead- wait... Adam looked to his belt and noticed the lightsaber that was attached to it. He had no idea how to use one, but it was his last chance... Cliffhanger!
  20. Oh, yeah- I guess I'm to low level to introduce some Brit-clone into the plot that'll be present for only a few posts. Yeah. Sorry, but I was bored. Basically, the REAL Adam is in the future while the other half is in the present. You aren't SUPPOSED to understand right now. So it's okay.
  21. What the heck is up with this Imp? Adam asked himself. He's heading straight towards the base and... protecting us? However, there were more pressing concerns than the rogue trooper- the other Imps were about to attack them; they had been comprimised. "The whole point of this was for recon, not getting our butts kicked!" Garviel cried, diving behind a snowbank. The biker scout swerved aside and Adam rolled behind a large rock as blaster fire sped towards them. "Quick!" Adam yelled, raising his gun. "Look for a weak point!" Garviel and Adam returned fire while the biker jumped around for a second attack. Adam looked for Loken's speeder, and noticed it lying not far away, burning. Soon enough, one AT-ST was down, but there were quite a few more in this wave of troops. They couldn't take them, but both had the pride not to call for backup. It was Garviel that noticed the AT-ST with guns geared towards the biker who had helped them, and called out from instinct. "Look out!" But it was too late- the large walker fired, raining sparks on the scout who landed, with an unpleasent thunk, into a snow bank.
  22. Well, if I'm not good enough, have someone else do it! Just jokin', JimButcher can introduce him.
  23. [Present; CIS Base] The Adam imposter shot Butcher, knocking him out. He knew that the CIS would love to have him, but they were of no concern to this man. He decided that it would be logical to dump the man before him on the ice outside, and let the CIS deal with him in any which way he liked. No, he had greater obstacles before him than this puny creature. His destination was the nearest starfighter. Ohh, the new guy!
  24. As soon as the last Rebel entered the room, Butcher began briefing them. "An Imperial biker scout has been sighted," he nodded in Adam's direction, "as well as a task force of AT-ST's. We have evidence to believe that there is more than that." He adressed Garviel and Adam. "We had intially intended to send you guys back, but-" Loken cut in. "Of course we'll help you in any way we can!" Adam nodded in agreement. "Alright then." Butcher said. "I'll be arrange to units- one, which I shall lead, to infiltrate their ranks, and the other to stay behind and work on defences. Garviel, Adam, I'd like you to take some bikes, capture this scout and do some recon of your own. From what Larkin tells me, they are relitavely far away, so we'll have some time." Adam was flustered. "What?" Garviel asked. "You're just going to throw us on some small vehicles and send us to do some scouting?!" Adam asked, furious. Jim held up a hand. "Look, you honestly have no experience with these men or their machinery, save for some of what you may have fought during the Clone Wars. It would be far to dangerous to send you out with us, and frankly, you'd only be a hindrence." Adam knew that this was logical, but it didn't stop him from fuming. "Fine," he agreed bitterly, "I'll take a speeder." Not long afterward, it was decided that Butcher's group would arm themselves and assist with the defences while Adam and Loken did their mission. They were taken to the main hanger, where they were "briefed" on how to drive a bike. At least, the poor soldier tried to brief them, but both Clone War veterans snapped that they both knew how to use one. Then, they were out on the ice. I hope all of this is okay; I'm making 3 speeders (two for simonjedi and I, the other for Jammiedodger714), and they'll be ready for pictures as soon as they are completed.
  25. Great little vignette/thing! I love the details you instaled into the vault, which I believe is made out of simple hinge pieces and SNOT bricks?
