Well, let's look at the suspects: Soregro Sorrygrowth Serigo: is annoying to most *cough* everyone *cough* and is very defensive when it concerns being in the market when the items were purchased. Also, he blatantly makes disrespectful marks about the church and is a lazy soldier. He is very defensive in general. The Father: jumps to conclusions a bit, is very much devoted to God (duh), points fingers, but doesn't want others to point fingers. Hypocracy, I think so. He is also a babbler. Also, why is everyone regarding the parchment as such a valuable clue? The buyer bought the items- how would Mustafa be in possesion of a witch's parchment?

This is one of the best small entries I've seen so far, and since it's a WIP, I hope that these suggestions will prove helpful: 1. This is a very good scene, but what does it lack? An animal! Don't put in anything too large, just a parrot or rat, nothing like a shark of monkey. 2. It would look better and solve your overhang problems if the soldier coming out of the cannon were to have only his flailing legs showing. 3. A couple more pictures would be welcome. 4. Move the captain's hat so that the center of the skull is alligned with the center of his face and beard. Other than that......... I'm speechless. This really is a great MOC.

Cpt. Zuloo, this is truely a wonderful MOC, but there are some problems that I have noticed: 1. As others have mentioned, take some clearer shots and edit them into your first post- people who read this thread are likely to be more impressed when the images are in your first post. 2. Just as Strawberry has said, you might eant to place black or brown tiles on the table, as it would make the whole thing look much better. 4. I get the sense that the yellow tiles on the floor are supposed to simulate sand, but I think that tan tiles would work better for this. In fact, it might look even nicer if they were light grey, for stone walkways are commonly related with the villages of this era. Well, if you were to ask someone what they'd expect to see in this kind of village, one of the things they'd probably list would be stone flooring. 5. I am aware of the bloody gore that radiates from this scene, but that woud be emphised more by some weaponry and a little blood in the dish of heads. This is only helpful advice, and in no way do I mean to offend you- this really is a worthy creation for this contest.

Hmmm... What about the other ideas suggested? We can't have JUST stables and blacksmith open- there are others waiting to particiapate. Besides, what ever happened to posting an FAQ in the first post? I need to know if overhang is allowed, Whether or not the inner portions can be a different color, if the guards' walkway can go through the roof.... -
That's rather a disrespectful way to refer to the church, soldier. Why should you depend upon the lord to escape curious remarks from your fellow citizens? I think that such an idea is just plain rude!

I don't have to pay for a couple hundred years? Amazing! I'm coming right away!

Wait. What about using MacK's head? He's dead, and the two heads are virtually the same! -

I think that the game will carry into the time inbetween episodes 3 and 4, when the Jedi are eliminated. Also, you can use that Castle head, but for the banner image, if the one making it doesn't have my head, could the Castle hair be colored red? -
Well, it is a great small entry, but there are certainly some problems: 1. Remove the Beliville jug- it really looks out of place, especially being pink. I suggest adding a crate with chicken legs and yellow/orange cheese slopes. 2. Though the helmet cannonball looks nice, a technic ball joint might look better. 3. The flying pirate should be removed- perhaps he could be placed on the wall itself? 4. The gap where the cannonball crashed through could be a little more refined- I'm speaking of the bricks jutting out the side. Perhaps simple 1x1 bricks would look nicer. 5. Perhaps some debris could be placed in front of the hole? There would be some scattered about in real life. 6. I like the way you made the cannon on the second floor, but if it was one plate higher, it may look better. However, you would have to raise the opening as well, and that may prove problematic. Though don't get me wrong- this still is a very good creation!

Yes. There are only three figures, and it would appear that he is the pirate climbing down the rope. That is why I suggested him holding on to the rope.
-
I also have some gripes with this very nice entry: 1. As others have mentioned, the mast would look good tilting. 2. I also think that the shark fin should be larger, and that maybe some of the body should be revealed as well. 3. I think that the mast would look better thinner- 1x1 bricks instead of 2x2 ones. 4. Add a flag and parrot to the top, maybe with the addition of an old spyglass. Other than those points, I think that this is a fairly good entry!

Nice creation, but there are some improvements that I have noticed: 1. The pirate should be facing the innkeeper. That way, it looks like they're speaking do each other. 2. The second pirate (it was mentioned in the story, guys, pay more attention!) should be hanging on to the rope so that it looks like he just came down. 3. The roof could use a little work- I suggest extending the wall (perhaps replacing it with a door) and adding sloped pieces so that the roof isn't out of place. 4. The crate that holds the treasure might look better as a standard chest. Other than that, great work! Now, get back to decal making!

No, I'm afraid I'm just worried. The idea that witches could set this town in turmoil is a scary thought, and ever since I learned of their prescence, I've had images of cackling witches in my head. I could use a snack. What foods are offered the cheapest?

Felucia me: Since I know you don't have the face, you can just put in an all black head- I'm gonna have to go incognito with that lightsaber. You can change the pants to something with a belt if you like, but it has to be brown or black. BTW, this acutally IS a different color than black, but we can use black now, right? Since the chapter is over? And new people can start joining? -
*sigh* Just because I devote myself not only to the lord but to these texts does not mean that I hold every opinion within them. It is pointless to burn my papers as you would a witch- is that an accusation?

Actually, you can ask an admin to change your name, but unless he fits the exact description of The_Death_Star, they are not the same user. To Felucia! -
...And it was by that light that they were able to vanquish all signs of tyranny from their kingdom and impose a free rule over the government... Oh, excuse me there. I was just reading the next chapter of this book and writing a document on the effects of vigilante groups invading a non-democratic government. Carry on with your duties, don't mind me...

Actually, although that is the standard on Eurobricks, the images are allowed to be a maximum of 800x600 for an entry.

Maybe this Sorry-growth would like to speak up and defend himself? I shall not commit myself until my studies have proclaimed that he is indeed a witch, and in that case, he shall hold my vote. However, until then, I must await for futher evidence to arouse.

Excellent work, and very well done! However, I'm afraid it's my duty to inform you of any possible improvements in this wonderful entry. 1. The interior of the first floor is a little strange- I suggest using the rug from 7414 instead of the red tiles. 2. The guards on the top should have some reaction to the pirates, shouldn't they? Other than that, WOW! A winner!

I believe my pitchfork is in need of a little dusting, for it hasn't been used in years. Hello, fellow citizens, I am Phillip the noble. I have no patience with witches and would rather engross myself in my studies than engage in filthy witchcraft.

I'm working on a spooky forest scene.

The Star Wars Comic Game-Season One
Adam replied to JimBee's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
The group leapt out of the crates and began firing their guns while Adam whipped out his lightsaber. In the moments of spare time that the group had, he had been practicing. Adam still wasn't very good, but good enough. In a short amount of time, he had gotten skilled a deflecting bullets and basic swings- advanced moves, however, he could not perform. His moves, however, were enough- with the help of the others, the droids went down quickly. However, another group moved in, and Adam knew that they couldn't take a lot more. However, they were aided when Loken ran in with a red lightsaber... -

Taverns can be located in castles- the soldiers have to eat, don't they? -
I can find no improvements that haven't already been mentioned, but for one: You have WAAAAAY to many pictures.
