Shredder's Dragon Pursuit will be $20. It has 198 pieces. Wolverine's Chopper Showdown (another licensed set) had 201 pieces and sold for $20.

I think this is a wonderful set. The only thing it is missing, really, is Han Solo, who actually knocked Boba Fett into the Sarlacc Pit.

I actually think that's pretty awesome. I think as a practical matter, we don't know if the ones on eBay are real or fake. If they are fake, we don't know whether the parts or materials they use are good-quality parts and materials. Personally, I won't take the risk, especially since it is less expensive to buy the real thing than to buy a possible fake right now ($20 for a Michelangelo figure anyone?).

I am totally looking forward to these sets. The more I look at them, the more I like them.

Just curious: What do you think the chances are that LEGO will release additional sets beyond this initial release (5 confirmed sets + maybe Baxter Stockman)? It seems to me that the 5 sets already cover all of the main characters for TMNT, minus perhaps April O'Neill, and that any additional sets would not add much to the theme. What are your thoughts?

Best: TMNT (very unique, very interesting, looks like the ones in the show) Worst: The villain figs in the Captain America set. There are too many markings on the faces.

I think LEGO wants to keep the number of DC and Marvel sets roughly equal. DC will get Superman sets later, while Marvel will get Iron Man sets.

Especially Leonardo, who only comes in the big sets.

I am very excited about the Turtles line. The minifigures look awesome and the vehicles (except for the van - Shellraiser?) are starting to grow on me.

Stealth Shell will be $19.99 (or L19.99 if you go by pounds. They just seem to change the currency symbol and not the amount.) if Shredder Dragon Bike is $19.99. Both have two vehicles - a big one and a smaller one. Both have three minifigs: A turtle, a villain, and a evil ninja man.

Funny how all the turtles in the pics lack front printing... I think the Shredder set looks awesome. The Krang set...not so much. (it's kinda bare aside from the minifigs).

Wait, so Don does come with Shredder? Cuz Don is my favorite turtle and Shredder looks the coolest of all the villains.

What on earth are the minifigures supposed to be? Hedgehog-people and a lizard-guy?

Yeah, Mikey is my least favorite Turtle too. The figure looks silly. It doesn't give me the epic feeling that I should be getting from a TMNT figure.
