  1. I do believe YOU told me. I can't help the cards I've been dealt. I am the Town Blocker. It's up to the rest of you to believe me or not.
  2. I have a lot of ground to cover here, so bear with me. First, a little analysis of our situation. There are ten of us left. I think we can safely assume the scum teams have united, after yesterday's revelations and vote. If the scum started with a team of 2 and a team of 3, then here's what we have: 1. The scum have not succeeded in recruiting anyone. It is now 7 Town vs 3 Scum. The Town can afford a mis-lynch and a night kill, and still have a day 7. I seriously doubt the Scum have not been able to recruit, but it is a possibility. Also, electing a Scum as mayor will not hurt the town. Today, at least. 2. The Scum have only recruited one person. That makes it 6 Town and 4 Scum. A mis-lynch today and a night kill would make the numbers even. Electing a Scum Mayor means game over if the Town mis-lynches today, as even with a tied lynch vote, the Scum get the tie-breaker. 3. The Scum have recruited 2 players. That means our numbers are even NOW. In which case, we are in LyLo, and any Mis-lynch is game over. Also, electing a Scum as Mayor means game over, for the reasons given in #2. As we can see, the vote for Mayor has become critical. We cannot allow the Scum to be elected Mayor. My gut feeling is to vote Dave mayor, as I know I can trust him now, but he doesn't want it (for very valid reasons), and he's placed his trust in Li'l Rick. I'm going to hold my vote for now and see how everyone feels about this. Next topic. I seem to generating a lot of interest as a suspect.today. Dave and CMPs suspicion is justified. Apparently the Masons attempted to recruit me and failed. There are two reasons this could happen: A. I am scum, plain and simple. I'll tell you now that I am not. No one would expect less of me. B. I was Recruitment Blocked. Mr. Def told us he was thinking of putting this role into the game, so this is a strong possibility. I have received a message on two different nights (Night 2 and 4, to be exact) that I was blocked. There is no way to confirm one way or the other which scenario is true. As for knowing the Vig and Protector, I didn't know Corny was the protector until after Hinck knew. If anyone spilled that to him, it was Cecilie, not me. As for revealing the Vig to Hinck, yes, I am to blame. Hinck already suspected it, I made the mistake of confirming it, and Cecillie also confirmed it to him as well. So, that leads me to this question. What if I am town? And not only that, the Town Blocker, as I've claimed? What would you be losing? 1. A loyal townie, which can't help the town at this point. 2. A powerful role, one that can actually stop the scum from killing at night, if I can be pointed to the right target. I've spent the entire game trying to get the information I know into the right hands. I've been feeding info to many players, including Cecilie, Hinckley, Dave, Rick and Pandy. Yes, trusting Hinck as much as I did was a mistake. But none of the rest of you believed Hinck was scum, either. Otherwise, he would have been a lynch target long before now. If there are other questions for me, I'll be glad to answer them. I want nothing more than for us Town to win.
  3. My son has a Colombian Red-Tailed Boa. We've had her just over a year, and she's grown from 18" to over 4'. Here's a picture of her from before Christmas. She has been very easy going, loves being handled, and relatively care free, once you get the cage temperature correct. We feed her every two weeks or so. It's actually kind of fun to watch her strike and then swallow a rat whole. Not everyone's cup of tea, but my kids love it.
  4. 7666 - Hoth Rebel Base Hoth Rebel Base.mpd Issues: All stickers are missing. The Snowtroopers have the wrong torso print The string for the harpoon gun is missing.
  5. You've got one fact wrong, Li'l CMP. I have not been converted. Yes, I've been conversing with Hinckley nearly this entire game. But I am not scum. I sent this to someone else I've been conversing with, someone I now think might be on your team. Here's what I sent him this morning. Hinckley found out Cecilie was the Vig on Day 3, she was killed Night 3. Did Cecilie let Hinck know Corny was the protector? I know they were talking together before the three of us started our conversation. Corny was killed on Night 2. I've received a message that I've been blocked on Nights 2 & 4, and Day 2 was when I claimed to Hinck. Then there was this gem. Thanks to the discussion on Day 1, which we can't talk about in thread, BTW, everyone and their brother assumed that Zepher was Vanilla town. So Why would Hinck try and direct me onto him, when even if he was converted, he would LOSE a night action, and never gain one? Zepher is the last person anyone would need to block. Though he could easily be scum. It's certainly not conclusive, but it's a fair sight better than anything else we've had this game. Unfortunately, the Zepher post sort of looks obvious, like he wants me to use it as evidence so that the scum teams can unite and end the game. And I don't know if I've got enough to force the issue without it. Also, as you may well know, I am the Town Blocker. Here is who I have Blocked (or attempted to block) each night. Hinckley is likely on the same team as the Scum Roleblocker, as I was blocked on Nights 2 and 4, which coincides with the day I role-claimed to him. Peanuts would be able to verify he was blocked Night 3, unless he is scum. In which case he will lie through his teeth. Before her untimely death, I was also talking to Li'l Pandy. Here is the entirety of our conversation: I've been wrestling with when and how to attack Hinckley all day. But now that everything is out on the table. Vote: Li'l Hinckley (Hinckley) If the Scum teams unite and win because of this, at least the town can have a moral victory.
  6. Trust me, If I had any inkling of who was scum, I'd stick my head out a little further. A lot further, in fact. I ain't got a megablocking clue, and I haven't all game long. The defeatist tone is merely my frustrations showing. We've done a poor job of finding scum so far, and with the caliber players that are left, it's going to take better arguments than we have seen on previous days to get convictions. Which is likely to allow the scum teams to unite.
  7. So LBW has obvious points against him, and yet I'd make the better lynch target based on a "gut feeling"? C'mon Peanuts, you have to have something better than that. Or perhaps you are part of the informed minority, and you know LBW and I are safe choices, hmmm?
  8. If things looked bleak yesterday for us townies, they look downright impossible today. Two more good, loyal townies dead, and still no solid information to go on. To make matters worse, even if we do get solid information, if we release it publicly, or even PM the wrong people, then the scum teams are likely to be able to use it to unite, and then we truly will be up shit creek without a paddle.
  9. Except that, for the past few days, Chrome has been promising us this amazing "analysis" he had been compiling. And when when it comes out, it's this list which tells us who has been talking to whom, and offers absolutely no insight into which players are scum. He hasn't even stated that the teams correlate to who he thinks are scum. I'm afraid it's a classic case of scum trying to assemble some "evidence" that says nothing, trying to look like Town. At least it seems that way to me, and to a lot of other folks here as well. Vote: Li'l Chromeknight (ChromeKnight) And God help us if we are wrong. We desperately need a scum conviction.
  10. Chrome, while you are composing your answer for Hinck, I'd like to know what you meant by this? Do you have a lead you'd like to share? I think we'd all like to hear it if you did.
  11. I can just hear it now. "Wally, why'd you have to seem so Townie?" That being said, I'm certain some of those that seem town are actually scum. It happens every game, and they are usually the last scum to be caught, if they are caught at all. I'll be the first to admit that the vote for Dave was blatantly wrong. Chalk that one up to rust. Once I started talking to Dave in private, I realized there's very little chance he's scum, as he's trying to find every little slip up that everyone is making. And being very vocal about it. No scum would be that outspoken, in my opinion. Also, I was wrong, as a lot of people were, about Pally. It's a slip up to encourage people to talk? It's obvious we need to share information, and everyone seems is reluctant to share it openly in thread. Let's face it, this town's track record is less than stellar. It appears that the one scum that has been found was scum-killed. The way this town was working together wasn't doing us any good. We are lynching town, and letting the scum get away with murder. Literally. If the tactics we were using aren't working, then it's probably time to try something a little different, wouldn't you say? That is all I was encouraging people to do. I mentioned that you might end up talking to scum so that I could get the other players to get over the fear of letting the wrong info slip. If you never let any information out, and you are unable to form any conclusions from it yourself, what good is it? I'd much rather die trying to save the town than die waiting quietly while the scum eradicate us. This game setup is brutally difficult for the Town side. Not sharing information for fear of uniting the scum teams reduced townies to finding scum-tells and analyzing voting patterns. And so far that methodology has led us to three Townie lynches. If you think this is scummy, well, that's your opinion. I can hold my head up high knowing that I tried my best to bring the town to victory, even if we do fail. To answer your final question, Yes, I have been on the town's side this entire time. Whether you choose to believe it is up to you.
  12. Your math is off a bit. If we assume that the Killer team started with two and 3 recruitments have occurred, then the Killer team has a 5 in 12 chance of contacting a fellow scum, and the Recruiters have a 2 in 9 chance. If the Killers started with 3, then they have a 4 in 11 chance, and their brethren have 3 in 10. The numbers get better if less recruiting has gone on, obviously. Of course, contacting them and actually believing them are two different things. I'm done with the math lesson now. Let's focus on actually finding the scum. The town has anywhere from a 1 in 7 chance to a 1 in 2 chance.
  13. You forget, Li'l padawan. The scum teams need to unite first. Unless you know they already have, hmmm.
  14. Goodbye, Li'l Cecilie. We hardly even knew ye. As for Li'l Pally, why'd you have to come across so damn scummy? On the subject of mayor, I suggest we not even vote, and let it come down to random choice. I'd be OK with that. In more bad news, IF the scum have managed to recruit successfully every night, there are now 7 scum and 7 town. Ugh.
  15. I collect both. I have five UCS sets currently, plus the MIDI sized Malevolence (the one where the instructions came from the Rescue R2 game) and a crapload of system sets. System sets give you more bang for the buck, so to speak. My UCS sets are display only, and are the only sets in my collection which never get taken apart. But UCS sets look simply
  16. Both Li'l Peanuts and Li'l Palathadric seem scummy to me. This sums up my sentiments very well. Vote: Li'l Palathadric (Palathadric)
  17. Wait, what? Why would there be a Miller in this game. The Town has no Cop (or at least we were told there wouldn't be one), and without a Cop a Miller would never give the false Scum investigation result that their role is meant to provide. Without a Cop, the Miller becomes a Vanilla townie for all intents and purposes. So no, the Miller, if there is one, should not come forward. Come to think of it, I don't remember Mr. def ever mentioning a Miller would be in the mix. Do you remember where you saw it, Li'l Zepher?
  18. I've been corresponding with Li'l Pirate Dave and others, and I'm as convinced as I can be that he's town. Or the scum have REALLY pulled a fast one over on me.
  19. As I said before, I just wanted PirateDave to talk a bit more. He's starting to open up, so I will: Unvote: Li'l Pirate Dave (PirateDave84)
  20. Yes, I've had my suspicions about Dave since day 1, nothing concrete, though. I just wanted to give him a poke to get him talking, and address some of the concerns that have been raised against him. Oh, and I am definitely town.
  21. If that's what you think, then put your money where your mouth is. You've summed up the allegations nicely, so let's give Dave a Li'l push. Vote: Li'l Pirate Dave
  22. It's funny, if you asked me who seemed scummiest, your name would be on that list, along with PirateDave and Nightshroud. PirateDave is the least scummy to me right now.
  23. Nope, I haven't forgotten that. But we need someone to step up. Trying to locate the scum solely through scum-tells in thread are not doing so well (0-2), and voting patterns aren't going to get us anywhere, as both votes were done on very little information, and both were runaway bandwagons. What I meant is ths town needs to discuss more, behind the scenes. We need to somehow pool the knowledge of all the individuals, and I doubt we have the time to wait for the masons to get the complete picture. I think it's time for townies to make assumptions on whom they think are town for certain, and start working with those players. It might fail. Some town might be contacting scum. But at least we'd be trying to get ourselves organized. It's better than waiting for the scum to unite and pick us off one by one, while we lynch our own. On a completely unrelated note, does anyone want to be mayor? I haven't seen anyone step forward and volunteer.
  24. Gahhh! What a terrible night. Not wanting to put words in the dead mayor's mouth, but his taunts on day one were likely to get a possible Watcher to, well, watch him on Night 1, essentially goading the scum into the kill. Either the Doctor protected him Night 1, or the scum didn't bother until Night 2, when Corny was less likely to be protected and/or watched. Note that I AM assuming Corny's killer was the scum team. It makes sense, as many or you posted above. I have no idea what Li'l Foog was attempting, but it obviously didn't work. It only managed to attract the town Vig, not a good situation. Scouty's flip is only a little surprising. I was prepared for him to flip either way. Regrettable, yes, but it was a Day 2 Lynch, with no PR evidence to support it. Now we need some solid leads to go with. Someone must know something, and be able to figure out a way to reveal it without getting him/her/itself killed in the process. Anyone?
  25. It might be true that Scouty is Town, but I doubt screaming out "I am scum!" is going to work. Trumpet tried it already, so the scum are going to be extremely wary about accepting an invitation like that. And a scummy Scouty would know the scum wouldn't bite even if he did try it. Do you try anyway? It couldn't hurt.
