    Indeed, but it makes little sense that the heads exist and are purchasable, but the corresponding body isn’t. Going forward I would assume the elephant might be revisited with a new head mould for an Asian elephant, which makes the lack of the body (which could easily be reused with a new head) even more odd.

    Yeah that one is weird. Like why have they even made so many heads and no bodies!?

    Yeah there is usually a rush when they are new, but that tends to settle down after maybe a month or so … Longer absences do happen for some of the ‘big’ animal parts like elephants and large shark though.

    You’re right, of course. I wonder if this makes it more likely that they would revisit the tiger (appropriate this year!) since we have moulds for adult and cubs, and could be used with existing snakes, crocodiles etc

    Indeed there is. I think there’s a pony mould from friends that appeared in both solid and trans too … anyways I think the ‘issues’ they previously had between the two have disappeared or improved greatly That’s just getting greedy now. You just want a pig steed, huh?

    And indeed the designs that exist virtually in games and animations, like the badger and the pigeon - they are halfway there!

    At this point, Lego is practically trolling us with that white rabbit the deer mould went from trans to solid colour, so I don’t think that’s an issue any more.

    I’m so bored and enraged that every conversation or thread about diversity, equality and sets dedicated to it, descends into this farcical sort of nonsense. The bad faith arguments are bad enough, the oblique comparisons are inane, the generic and personal insults are wildly inappropriate. Then there’s this sort of thing that makes no coherent sense, is the online equivalent to screaming at people in the street, and often only succeeds in ‘everybody’ being told to be nice and calm down. If you want to be a bigot, please do it somewhere else. Likewise if you want to shout about the need for a UCS Lego Mr Bean.
