The Star Wars Comic Game-Season One
Skull-Mark_Ladybug replied to JimBee's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Okay so we are now on Coruscant (I was also under the impression that we were on Utapau). Hmm well that changes some of plans as I was thinking that Oky Wan you and I were going to help JimButcher Thok and Annix. Unless they too, are being transported to Coruscant, in which case we can still help them. Also Oky Wan it appears that brickbreaker has been chambered, so you'll have to post the pit fight sadly . Although I realize that if you are indeed swamped with school work, I could probably post the pit fight, its just that I would probably butcher it in terms of photo quality, the overall scene . However if you do really want me to do the pit fight pm me, along with your design for the sharkman that you mentioned to me earlier, and I’ll try my best to do the scene . -

I'm not quite sure what you mean; if you mean introducing Obi-Wan into our story, that could end up drastically changing our story line which may cause a few other problems, so I would probably say no. But before I can properly answer; can you explain a bit more on what you're asking, thanks in advance . -

Oky Wan and MacK were woken up by Xela, when the ray shields were lowered to allow Zues Mendis to leave. "Where are they going?" asked MacK as he watched the two prisoners leave along by a few battle droids. "They're going to work in the mines." Xela replied, "Ever since we were trapped here the guards have forced us to work in these mines not to far off, looking for these mysterious crystals; I don't know what their for, we just mine them and then bring them out for shipping to another part of the planet." Xela said answering MacK's next question before he even asked it. "How come you're not going with them?" asked Oky Wan. "Because I told them that I was going to quickly explain to you what's going to happen in the pit fight, then I'll go to the mines." replied Xela. "But you already have, you told us that we're basically going to be thrown into a pit, and then they will throw in a few sharakans, and possibly other aliens until we're both dead." MacK said confused. "I know I have, but I want to see have you come up with a plan, as to how you're going to get out?" "Oh yes I think I just did" said MacK embarrassed "Xela do you know if any of the mines tunnels go right under the arena?" "Hmm yes I think one or two do; I remember that I often hear the crowd cheering above a few of the tunnels, why" replied Xela. "Because I remember reading somewhere that sharakans are very sensitive to sound and may even go berserk if exposed to extremely loud noises, such as in a giant arena. My plan is to somehow get one to go into the audience hopefully everyone will be so focused on it, that they'll fail to notice Oky Wan and me falling into a hole in the ground. That's where you come in, Xela I want you to go to the tunnel that runs under the arena, and wait until you hear everyone screaming, once that happens break through the surface and wait 'till we jump in then, we'll go back out through the tunnels, and we'll all try to make an escape for good, okay." MacK looked over at Xela who was nodding his head but looking at the entrance to the prison cell. "Roger roger you have visitors" came the mechanical voice of a nearby security droid, as the ray shields were once again lowered. "Well MacK it seems you've gotten yourself into a little bit to much trouble" came the familiar voice of Garr Sarkin. "Wait, you turned us in?" burst out Oky Wan. "Hey a man's gotta make a living somehow" replied Garr "The CIS offered me a few thousand credits if I could turn in a few Republic agents." "You make me sick Garr" MacK said, as he noticed that Garr had an open holster with a blaster pistol on his back belt. "You're a fool" Oky Wan called as a droid escorted Xela out of the cell towards the mines. Garr turned away from MacK for a second to confront Oky Wan "Oh really Oky Wan, that seems strange. Here I am a free man; while you and your friend are stuck in a prison cell waiting to be killed". MacK seizing his opportunity reached over and plucked the blaster pistol from Garrs holster "yoink" MacK whispered as he grabbed the pistol and put it behind his back. "Garr you're a dead man, once I break out of here I'll hunt you down and kill you myself" MacK added before Garr left the cell. ‘I’m sure you would like to kill me, but it seems like you’re out of grenades -

"Sir incoming encrypted transmission from Utapau", the copilot said looking while looking at computer screen. "Alright let it through, /we've got nothing to worry about" the lieutenant said expecting to see a message from their waiting contacts on the ground. In seconds the once clear table beside Oky Wan transformed into the image of a crouching clone trooper. MacK walked over to curious while the copilot took his seat, surprised to see a clone trooper instead of their disguised contacts. "If anyone receives this message please relay it back to Coruscant. A few hours ago my squad along with a few others named Jim Butcher Annix and Thok landed on Utapau in pursuit of a drug dealer. The search lead us to finding out important information that could decide the fate of the Republic. The CIS is planning to build a time machine, that will probably be used for transporting an army back to the past before the clone army was even made. We're not sure if the machine is complete yet, or still in the building phases, or if it is located on Utapau, but in order to find out we'll need reinforcements, as the CIS found our position and we are under heavy fire, we've moved into a forest and are currently able to hold them off, but we can't last forever. We need help from any Republic friendly forces." "What are we waiting for we need to change course and help them" Oky Wan burst out. "We can't the mission depends on it, the fate of the Republic depends on it, the mission will be jeopardized, and we will not be able to find and hopefully destroy the time machine. We need to continue with the mission remember that the CIS don't suspect us of anything well if we go help them out the CIS will, also attack us before we complete our objectives." MacK said sadly. "Though I understand we need to help them, sergeant relay the message back to coruscant, and back to our cruiser, but tell them not to send any reinforcements until we've at least landed, I don't want to be in the air during a battle, I just hope that the CIS hasn't decided to hide the time machine, or move it off planet yet. Otherwise this is going to take a long time, and it may be to late before we can intervene". MacK said before retaking his seat. "I got a bad feeling about this" Garr quietly said as he moved to the back of the ship "Roooar" Draze added. -
NEW Official Pirate Minifigure Pictures?
Skull-Mark_Ladybug replied to SirNadroj's topic in LEGO Pirates
Wow this could finally mean that we will be getting a pirates line which would be great. I just hope that TLG makes these future pirate sets (if they do make them ) in the same fashion as the new castle sets where there are several fractions lots of army building opportunities, and overall good construction of all the sets. Please Lego just don't make anything like Knights Kingdom, or 4 Juniors, and we'll be happy with the /pirate line. I believe that; that torso was found in the 2007 harbor set as shown here, and his face appears to be that of the upcoming jester in the Castle Advent calendar . I hope we’ll find some more evidence soon that may prove or disprove the rumor of the new pirate line *cough* preliminary set pictures *cough*. -
Good luck to the pirate on sneaking up on the guard, as he literally has eyes on the back of his head . There's not much to say as this is a simple vig, but overall great job good minifigs perhaps the guard is wearing just his undershirt (the monkey with the cutlass is a good touch), and the small tree is clever as well.

where do your MF's live?
Skull-Mark_Ladybug replied to hollisbrick's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Any minifig or minifig pieces I have, I store away in a large tray unsorted (shown below) until I need them, then I take the needed parts out leaving the rest until I need them later on. Still a good portion of my minifigs are scattered about all over my bedroom floor, or are in displays/MOCs//sets until I decide to take them apart and put them back into the tray from where they came from. -
Sadly, it doesn't seem like Lego directly sells sets in Mexico, since there is no Mexican shop@home, which likely also means that there is no Lego stores. The only locations in Mexico that would likely have Lego sets would be small toy stores, and large retailers. As for why they don't sell Lego in Mexico; it's probably because lego found there isn't a very large market in Mexico for Lego, so it wouldn't be a good area to make a large profit .

CONTEST: Design your own Indy Movie! The Vote
Skull-Mark_Ladybug replied to Siegfried's topic in LEGO Licensed
Well it was rather tough to vote for since everyone did a great job, but here's where my votes went: Best MOC- Batbrick I just love the temple that he made so I had to vote for it. Best Story- Oky Wan, Kenobi he made a good story that I could picture as a Indy movie, like the sailors being sacrificed by Col. Totenkopf, which seemed to show just how evil he was, and how if you're not pure of heart you're turned into gold were just a few examples of details that made up his excellent storyline. Oddest MOC- SlyOwl I don't think it needs an explanation . -
Help me create a new comic! Part 3
Skull-Mark_Ladybug replied to Hinckley's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Its a hard choice for sure, both of these shelters seem really good . A looks really good and is pretty realistic I really like the use of BURPs the rope bridge looks great, as does the ship. As unrealistic as it is shelter B also looks great, the upside down boat hull adds a lot of character to it, and hurray for a good ol' toilet beside the minibar (to bad theres no toilet paper ). After a long look at both of the scenes, my vote goes to B because it seems to be a more comfortable place to live and I like the little details like the toilet and the good looking grill. Although I like the secenery better in A, but I guess that if you were stranded on an island the shelter would matter more than the scenery so I say that B is the better of the two. -

MacK Oky Wan, Garr, Draze, and a small escort of clone troopers walked towards the ship that would take them to Utapau. As they walked they passed by a small group of clones who were saluting them, MacK looked at the small and old ship that was being prepped for take off. "So you’re sure that this plan will work, and everything is set?" MacK asked the nearby clone who had been part of a team that had arranged, and planned this trip; that would hopefully result in the Republic gaining more knowledge of the CIS's secret weapon. "Yes, don't worry as far as the anyone on Utapau knows, including the CIS, you are a few entrepreneurs looking for resources that you can use to start a business around, we have it all arranged for you right down to a hotel you’ll be staying at." the clone confidently said. After briefly gazing at the ship Oky Wan noticed that it looked exactly like the freighter that had been near the Republic cruiser when he first boarded it. "Hey isn't that the exact same ship that you were just on MacK, just smaller?". "Well... umm... if by that ship. Are you referring to the freighter that I was just on?".”Yeah look it's even got the same-" "- Well if you remember correctly that freighter was blown up in many small pieces,” MacK butted in “Now since this ship is still is in one piece that means that they cannot possibly be the same ship, can it?". Oky Wan paused for a second "But still they still" then noticed that MacK was reaching for a grenade shaped object near his waste. "Now even if they are the same ship I'm sure that there must be a good reason for it: like the designer was running out of bricks, or was just too lazy to build something else, and instead decided waste time playing video games and browse online Lego forums." "Oh... okay" Oky Wan said, deciding that it wasn't worth the effort to continue, and by the tone of his voice it was more than likely that the lieutenant was drunk or something along those lines, meaning things could turn very bad very quickly if he kept up the argument. Stopping in-between them and the small ship MacK and the clone he had been talking to MacK cleared his throat then started speaking. "Alright guys everyone know what we're doing? I and Oky Wan are going to Utapau because of a business trip, Garr since you seem to know a lot about what’s going on here with the CIS and all, your coming with us." "Yes, Draze and I will go try to find a few people I know who probably know some of the details of the CIS's plan. Any info we find we'll bring back to you" he replied. "Good you'll be posing a guard that we hired, Draze you’ll be a wookie slave that we brought along to assist us. Everyone else here is either friends of me and Oky Wan or ship crew, okay. Though be sure you still have a weapon with you such as a pistol, or a knife, okay, just in case.” "Once everyone had nodded or verbally agreed to the plan they loaded up into the ship. MacK and another clone took up the seats in the cockpit, immediately starting the take off preparations as the nearby fuel vehicle moved away from the ship. Oky Wan and Garr Sarkin along with a few of the clones that were accompanying them moved to the middle of the ship, while Draze and any of the other clones moved to the back of the ship near its engine. After a minute the ship started to rise before flying out of the hanger, MacK looked out of the cockpit window at the hundreds of stars that littered the empty space. "Remember the most important thing to the success of this mission is to remain calm, and don’t do anything stupid that will give away our true purpose. The fate of the Republic could rest on our hands. In the event that something does go amiss all of our weapons and armor are aboard the ship, so let’s try not to go to far from it. But if worse comes to worse, then our cruiser will come in and back us up.” With that final note MacK pressed the button that would send the ship into light speed towards Utapau. -
