Well I'm from Greece and the app is still not available to download.Not that I particularly care about it but I was curious to try it out just once.

People had speculated that there are going to be 2 waves next year,in the leaked list the sets with piece count will probably be the winter wave and those sets without piece count will be the summer wave.I'm expecting that the summer wave will pack the big sets like the rumored plane set.

That's just a Bionicle easter egg.

In the school set there is a play fuction where you reveal a creepy painting and infront of it is also a teddy bear(it's not a new mold but the printing is),you can find the picture on instagram.

With the announcement of a new Blade movie I remembered this old classic:

The ideal lego theme for me is the one that has elements such as dark fantasy,supernatural creatures,magic and creepy atmosphere.The closest themes that include all or some of the above elements that I mentioned are Monster Fighters,the Hidden Side,Harry Potter and Pharaoh's Quest.

The color scheme in this minifig is a mess.The icy blue doesn't mesh at all with the gray,red and black motif of the armor.It would be much better if a vampire was wearing the armor and not this ice zombie or whatever it is.

The AR app and this theme go hand in hand.So the only time the app stops being a thing is when the theme ends(which hopefully wont happen anytime soon). I do agree that the possessed citizens aren't as exciting as the actual ghosts but as I said in the past you can only interact with the ghosts only in the app, unfortunately.So I doubt we'll get them in the sets anytime soon (if ever) but hopefully Lego might introduce possessed animals so in a way this theme will have it's own monsters.

I agree that the lack of actual ghosts in the sets is annoying but considering the nature of HS where you interact with the ghosts only in the app,means there are slim chances of us ever getting those ghosts in minifig form.

They did?I always assumed that Ninjago was the first one.And I'm not saying it's not successful,all I'm saying is that I'm not a fan of said model. Also I'm not saying that those vechicles are not silly looking but they're the minority in HS and compared to what Ninjago/Chima/NK have introduced in the past,the truck and the bus are relatively tame in the scale of silliness.

I wonder if the crocodile is possessed as well,because if that's the case then maybe we could see more possessed wild life in future waves.

Honestly I hope Nexo Knights is the last big bang theme Lego will ever produce.By now it's clear that Ninjago was born under a lucky star and it's success can't be replicated that easily or at all for that matter.Chima and Nexo Knights tried to do so and failed. Maybe I'm just old fashioned in the sense that I prefer old school action themes like Ultra Agents and Monster Fighters for example rather than big bang themes like Ninjago or Chima.But in the end of the day big bang themes could very easily be the future from now on and classic action themes might become a thing of the past. Though looking at the current HS sets I see a combination of a big bang theme and a classic action theme,there is no big cast of colorful protagonists and no wacky and silly looking vehicles but there is also the AR app gimmick for marketing purposes.So I'd say it's hybrid.

I like how all the main characters has their own phone,it's a small detail but it gives each character more personality.

Based on Lego's formula I expect one summer wave with the sets covering movies 5-6.

As much as I would love a winter wave for HP,I have a hard time seeing it happen.Since both of the waves we've got untill now released during summer time.

I wouldn't call it odd since most action themes usually have this kind of release schedule.

Fingers crossed for more location based sets and hopefully there will be a variety to the supernatural enemies.

Well we already have a list for the upcoming HP wave and I doubt those sets will drop during the 1HY. For HD I assume the small and average sets will be the focus of the winter wave and the summer wave will probably be all about the big sets.

More than ten sets in a year?! If that's the case Lego really is confident about this. Btw when do you guys think the app will be available?

By that logic we're likely getting a winter wave of 6 sets and a summer wave of 4 sets.

So there's a possibility that we might get two waves next year?

So based on the set list that leaked on instagram we apparently getting atleast 10 more sets.If true this is really exciting news,not to mention this shows Lego's confidence that HS will sell well.
