Oh don't get me wrong,I want Lego to first cover all the movies and then go back to remakes. Especially since when it comes to movies 5 and 6 there are next to no sets covering them.

Oh god no it happened once already with the Elves theme,I don't want to see it happen again with Pirates. But if that's the case then I'll save more money for the upcoming Harry Potter and Hidden Side sets,so that's something

Unlike star wars where we get remakes almost every year I wouldn't mind getting remakes of older HP sets. For example a remake of 4730 would be great with a proper basilisk,since the one we got last year from the 75954 set was god awful

Well I wouldn't be against a Pirate/Space theme with a Treasure Planet aesthestic.

Yea I'm betting that's also when this new 'leaf' theme will be revealed. And also next year is the 'Year of the Pirate' according to legoland.Hm the plot thickens

Well if the Pirate Bay is going to cost over 200€ then that will be a no for me.Hell I love the PotC theme but I skipped over the Silent Mary because that set was bloody expensive.

What about Toy Fair though?The Nuremberg TF opens at the end of january,I expect we might hear about this theme there.And if not there then definitely during the New York TF during february.

Dang it you're right! I didn't think about it that way. Any way it must be a brand new theme and hopefully it's pirate related.

It's a new theme (probably),a "big bang" kind of theme considering that it has atleast 14 sets as a starter wave. But this is me speculating,there is a chance that it could be a follow up wave for a pre-existing theme. All we can do now is wait and see.If we don't get any more leaks any time soon then we'll more than likely find out about it during Toy Fair.

Eh didn't we already got sky pirates with Ninjago?Hypotheticaly speaking I guess those sets sold enough that it could warrant a standalone theme of sky pirates.

Disney just recently hired new writers for the movie,so I highly doubt those sets will be about PotC.

As I said earlier if it's the "leaf" theme then I doubt it'll be pure Pirates but something akin to Ninjago,which has ninjas as the main attraction but with a mix fantasy and sci-fi elements. Maybe it'll be pirates vs undead pirates or something among thoses lines.

Honestly at this point considering how much I'm starving for more pirates content I'm willing to take anything as long as it has pirates in it. But I do agree that another version of "Pirates vs Soldiers" will be boring and disappointing.

If this "leaf" theme is indeed pirate related I highly doubt it'll be 100% purely pirate centric.Maybe a mix of fantasy with elements like undead pirates,sea monsters etc. And just like Roebuck said,please don't be sci-fi pirates

The second wave may be underwhelming but don't forget that it's a winter wave and generally speaking winter waves are rather weak. And don't forget that we're getting a 3rd wave this summer and I'm expecting this wave to have impressive sets like the school. Sorry for the rambling got a little of topic back there but all I'm trying to say is let's wait for HD to run it's course before we judge it.

Remember? It's one of my favourite themes of all time! I'll never forget about it and still to this day I regret not buying the pyramid set.

So we're actually getting physical ghosts??Huh,color me suprised but I wont get too excited untill I see how they look like. About the sets themeselves the portal and the lighthouse sets sound the most promising.

Yeah I'd rather get sets based on OotP and HBP.
