Bob of Quatrian's log - Entry for Janurali 6th 3817 Shortly after my departure, Iris sent me a message informing me that the GCF Kathmandu wasn't on Greater Drigo anymore, and was now orbiting Ertauq. So I changed my destination and headed there. The Kathmandu is an impressive ship. As a reformed carrier, its hangar hosts several dozens of landing areas and docking bays. I can only imagine what it would be to face such a ship in battle. Iris told me to go to the docking bay 41. I almost got lost, but I was finally able to locate the right place. It seems like some people also wanted to see what was prepared in that docking bay.

Yesterday I used Blueprint to start the building instructions for my new project, and everything went well. I used an old version (19), so I may need to get a newer. Things I missed are: Being able to change the background color of submodels (I'll do it in photoshop...), Adding text and common symbols, like "x2" or rotation arrows, A cup of tea.

We haven't seen each other since our days at the Space Pilot Academy, where she was not the best pilot, but the most stubborn they ever saw! After our graduation, she enrolled in the galactic forces, while I went for the private corps and Octan Corporation. We still exchange some messages from time to time, so I wasn't surprised when this one arrived. What surprised me was its origin: Andromeda's Galaxy... Greater Drigo to be precise. She says she's in Andromeda as part of a scientific mission from the Galactic Command, and she wants me to come and see the new spaceship her group constructed. And by her "group" I mean the Amazons, an officially recognized faction inside the Galactic Command, only comprised of female scientists, engineers, pilots, and other very skilled woman. Their home is aboard the GCF Kathmandu, an old and giant carrier that got reconverted as a scientific vessel. So I took this opportunity to see her and jumped in the fastest shuttle I could find (an old OS-17) and headed to Greater Drigo.

Seems like I didn't give you the spaceship tag... Sorry, I'll get those 3 credits to you!

There won't be a 4th corporation in AG2. It would be too hard to implement. But the Aliens will get new play options, like a tech tree or control over planets. Since planets will lose some DP each week if, it seems logical that isolated planets lose DP faster! And that's something that could be implemented easily (I just have to enter all planets links in the software...). Jobs will stay in the game, as well as tags. Jobs will have more impact on the game, and so we need tags to know what you've built! but tags use will be revised so players don't feel obliged to have a spaceship, a land vehicle, a building and a sh*t-eating-toilet-monster in each of their builds! Well you could if you want, but you won't get bonuses for each of them.
