  1. Think I posted a list in the Nocturnus thread, or maybe others mentioned ideas here, not sure, very tired We need to discuss the secret location of the capital in the Nocturnus guild, lets see if people wish to build parts of it too?
  2. I've seen your Flickr pics, you have no trouble attracting ladies mate Seriously upload your pic to Flickr, rt click on the picture and it will give you size options, then choose 800x640 or smaller. This will open a new page, rt click and copy image location (firefox) or view image info, and copy the link. Paste it over here and done!
  3. Love it all! Say that red picture looks sweet
  4. Great build, great storyline and lovely photography. Love the wooden tower with its odd shaped walls.
  5. Well a few suggestions on picture taking, try taking the pictures further away to allow for more light to enter the camera, then crop the picture down to show the parts you want before resizing to 800x640. This way the picture will be taken quicker on auto exposure lessening the blur from your movement and the longer exposure time. Try some more shots and see how they go. Take pride in the presentation of the MOC as well as the building of it i like the tower by the way
  6. What ever your heart desires..... No probs mate, just looking to see if the interest was out there amongst our small but resilient guild! Now fetch me some watchtowers people!
  7. Yay, nice free build mate! For mine the colour splashes in the tower are too often, feels a bit overpowering, needs more bley and dark bley less tan and brown, but hey its a parts intensive build (No one sees the back after all The foliage looks sweet and the integration of the square entrance into the curved tower is well done. Damn you for having brown flex tube as well!
  8. Quite befitting our guild indeed, you sir, are the master of lava!
  9. Please resize your pictures in accordance with the site guidelines to be eligible for the competition. 800x640 is the maximum allowable for people with slower connections. There is a tutorial on resizing pictures if you are unsure how to do it. Cheers ISC.
  10. Hard to believe no comments yet?! A nice creation complete with the lava flow The watch tower is nice though a little boxy looking. Great job.
  11. Just amazing work!
  12. I think Thrash was working on a map for Nocturnus, though if someone else wants to have a go just PM Thrash so he can either help out or let you take a crack.
  13. The idea of a subforum is not a new one, it is something we are still discussing (Staff) For now just enjoy the massive amount of MOCs and excited History fans in the forum, the traffic is great to see. I for one would much prefer to see a busy forum rather than a graveyard where no one comments on creations etc. Welcome aboard to all the new builders too.
  14. Such a bold colour choice, but looks quite striking, well done.
  15. Great story and build, thoroughly enjoyable.
  16. A man from the east, must be Nocturnian Hard to keep a good assassin down I guess... Your shrine is cool, but I would like to see some more work on the ground, perhaps a few round plates to make the ground look less flat, rocks etc, some shrubs, or even flower beds.
  17. I love how this has evolved into a busy little scene j4ke. Throw in some brown, grey and dark grey round plates to mottle the ground and I call it done!
  18. Great to see you continually challenge yourself to go bigger and better Dan, hope to have a chat at Brickworld next year. A very effective solution
  19. A great addition to the Kaliphlin Guild! Love the white ceramic look of the tower.
  20. I like how this has progressed, the changes and additions made from the first two phase have improved upon this nicely. The spy glass/telescope is a nice addition to a watch tower, the bedding, meals and even the Nocturnians all look well at home. Great job.
  21. Perhaps the mythical LUGBulk monster will facilitate the expanses of Kelra...
  22. Cheers guys, thanks so much for the nice comments and great suggestions too, in fact my Nocturnians are more than welcome to produce vignette size traps to introduce into the Kelra labyrinth, bonus titles and tags on offer.
  23. Great to see the army growing Hersbrucker I forgot to post my Kelra Labyrinth here Keep those builds coming. I like all the ideas of adding traps etc to the labyrinth. Would my Nocturnus allies like to devise some vignette sections to add to this labyrinth? Work a trap into the maze with helpless victims. Lord Ssilyrrlith.
  24. Kelra Labyrinth Forming the border of Nocturnus, the Kelra Labyrinth serves as a deterrent on any soul foolish enough to enter. Guarded by the minotaurs and reptrians, fresh meat is always welcome in the maddening mazes within Kelra. Doomed souls will often head towards the watch tower at the center in the hopes of spying an exit, yet they aren't the only species looking to exploit the tower. You may spy Lord Ssilyrrlith amongst all the other evil looking dudes! Special thanks to my fellow guild leaders who have all inspired part of this build for me, Sirens-of-Titan, SI-Mocs and Derfel Cadarn, cheers guys See the full set on Flickr as well
