  1. I might as well be broke now!

Shouldn't that be a good thing... now you have no where to go but up!

  2. EX... huh... that seems so much more fitting... Although I was really hoping for some chunky suits when I heard about the "PWR Armor" (I like me some buff armored Ninja) Kai's Fire Mech has been released at Lego Stores. I now own it, and how much I love it. When I entered there were about 18. When I left there were 8. When I peered through the window about half an hour later... there two! Ninjago has not lost it's charm, and with word of the series continuing into 2014 (end of the world, don't happen) I'm sure it will continue to do strong!
  3. To make a point, Ninjago didn't really skyrocket until the show was out. Sure the spinners were selling like bread when they first come out, but that was because it was a game. Once the show aired... "We have liftoff!" Kids and adults alike were buying, and buying. We can't really determine if LoC will be more "little kid" interesting, until the show airs. On the fact that Ninjago is continuing: Where, oh where has my money gone!!!
  4. Might not make it. Will post as a freebuild if I don't.
  5. Got a replacement... ITS THE WHOLE BATCH!
  6. That's what I am saying. However I'm not just basing it off my own opinion. Ninjago sets sold several hundred sets to one Hero. I saw several stores discounting their HF just to make room, but they are still there, taking space. Though, it certainly looks like Lego is giving Chima a test run. If these six individual sets sell better in proportion to the entire 2013 wave of HF, then generally, I can assume production would be traded from the latter to the former. It's just their way of making money, much like how beautiful Ninjago was replaced with LoC.
  7. The allow me to summerize the debate, Yes, it does happen during that time period. The sets involved in the story are to advertise whatever was available at the time, thus promoting sales.
  8. Guess what... My new DVD is defective! The sound is off on all the episodes (only the episodes)! Everything is a tad deeper, and now I have to go throught Target to get another one! If anyone has this fault in their DVD, I would love to be informed.
  9. No words... Thank goodness! It looks gorgeous. Now that will be a first day purchase.
  10. This first 2013 wave looks like a 3rd year Exo-Force to me (except I liked Exo-Force). The figures look like they are on their wits end. Besides, four years is too long. Ninjago should have outlived it.
  11. I'm going to collect constraction figures!
  12. Oh, no! I don't have enough money to afford these things yet! Please, please, PLEASE release after Christmas... Aww, what am I saying, GET HERE QUICK!!
  13. Remember! Only LUG members can participate in LUGBulk. Personally, I have no idea why I haven't joined one.
  14. That's right, one if the DVDs had some of the shorts, but still not the best ones.
  15. I'm just your Ninja Spaceman Friend of the Eagle Tribe.

  16. Remember Gold Tooth?
  17. I'm trying to make peace. Tis the season.
  18. Looks so very pleasing. I have lots of hope that these sets will do well. They haven't been released yet, but I have a friend who is returning to Lego because of them! So they better do well
  19. Cover is just a zoomed in Green Ninja face. The back has only card art rather than episode stills, the largest being of Pythor. Apparently retailers have it priced differently that S@H does, because I bought the DVD last night for only $10. All that is on there is Darkness Shall Rise through Stone Army. No bonus features for certain, and no previews. On another subject, does anybody think that the complete series set will include the six shorts after the pilot? It has me curious, because the only DVD to include half of them was the Lego Club TV disc from last year, The half of the episodes that have nothing to do with the story (None of the Wu/Garmadon mini-sodes)
  20. Can't decide how many contest to join.

Thats easy! Join them all! :D (Yeah, it's a lot of building...)

  21. That's what happened, but not exactly what I offered... My offer still stands. As an added perk, if you leave the fruitcakes out in the Mitgardian cold, they will explode in a blast of shrapnel upon landing on hard objects. Again, wonderful catapult ammo.
  22. Hero Factory a seperate universe, yes. However, you can't seperate the Lego Universe from... The Lego Universe. Minifigure planets should stay together; Spherus Magna should go "under other planets," along with the Roborider and Slizer planets; Hero Factory should have its own section as well.
  23. I'm curious how they will be doing the chi crystals in their chests. I hope it's different from the Hero Cores of this past year.
  24. This some great insight. It's got me thinking that this is quite the possible solution to the case. That where we heard it from. Same place we got the set names from. I can't wait to clear up the Croc Story. It seems as if Chima will be very family oriented. I'm gonna call it now, one of the families is going to have a dead parent. Every family has a dead parent (thanks a lot Disney for starting the trend)
  25. I now have positive feedback for saving a boy's Christmas... I simply said the set was complete and included instructions and box, displayed only in a smoke free pet free home. If people are willing to pay that much moolah, then so be it. It's not our place to judge their spending habits and if they truly are willing to pay the price, that's more money in my pocket. It's simply the buyers choice. And it continues to be that way as long as there is a Lego Market.
