After closer inspection and analysis, I've come to a conclusion: Hero Factory 2014 is awesome. -Gata

They don't look nearly bad enough for me to rant or even bother about it. -Gata- 4,591 replies

Not sure how that picture has a problem? -Gata- 4,591 replies

Now that looks better. :) And the artwork is awesome! -Gata

Where did you get that from? -Gata

The Piraka and 2006 Matoran weren't even released before April 2006 in Germany. -Gata

Germany never got the Olympic minifigures, those were UK only. -Gata

The video is private. :( -Gata

They are exactly the same images, sorry. -Gata

Why can't I see anything new on the Ninjago website? EDIT: Nevermind, just had to enable Flash Player. -Gata

I can't remember last time I looked forward to a movie so much. My inner young kid is squealing and crying of joy. Seeing the city and everything built entirely out of LEGO bricks...it's a childhood dream come true for me. -Gata

This makes me wonder if the little spiders will have a feature similar to the mini Visorak, where you could press them down and let go to let them jump? -Gata

I hope not. Honestly I don't see what's amazing about it. It's just concept art. -Gata

Somehow I'm liking them more than I did a few hours ago now. (Happens every time) -Gata

Apart from the fact that you can't really see like anything (as DV pointed out), what you can see looks quite meh to me, mostly. The minifigs are cute and very good, actually, but why are the sets all so small? Maybe it's just the CGI that makes them look so bland, though, it's very preliminary-looking. Nice to see Stormer feet being reused, by the way. I'd prefer all mechs to have them, the standard feet are a horrible choice in my opinion. Evo Walker somehow reminds me of those Good Guy/Bad Guy mini bag set atrocities we got in BIONICLE, but maybe I'm being unfair. I don't really like the way they handled the legs, though, it looks kind of strange. Evo looks like Rocka in the XL Machine set and also, he's like floating or something? This one also looks too small, but I guess that's the picture's fault. Flyer Beast has even more yellow, but some nice azure. The head looks good to me, but what kind of a ridiculous weapon is that? Did he just tear a pillar off a house and now runs around with it or what? Furno Jet Machine totally looks like Breakout Furno...which is okay, I guess, it's a nice nod. The weapons seem like a logical choice. This one has a somewhat bland, but solid design which I'm sure will look much better in the finalized version. Jaw Beast looks tiny, but transparent bones? YES. Also, new feet and those pieces we saw in the Ninjacopter. This one looks okay. I'm not sure what Rocka's Stealth Machine (how is that a stealth machine, though?) right hand weapon is supposed to be, but apart from that, I like this guy, probably because of the bulkier design. Not too exciting, but okay. Splitter Beast looks quite big and apparently he has two heads, which I missed at first sight. Bulky design = good. Stormer Freeze Machine looks solid. Not too happy with the paw, but apart from that, he seems good enough. I guess they'll all need some time to warm up to, but I may skip on them. I'm sure the finalized designs will look much better, though. I'm quite disappointed there seem to be very few new or interesting pieces (apart from the fantastic minifigs), but maybe I'm just not seeing them. Overall, though, not the best Hero Factory year so far. I still look forward to the episode, though. -Gata

I suppose the videos are all fan-made...which makes the Rocka Dragon Battle (and also Sky Battle) videos even more awesome. -Gata

I totally dig this. -Gata

I think those would be too big to qualify as "minifigures". -Gata

What plasma gun are you referring to? -Gata

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH -Gata

What? -Gata

Same here, I've always searched around and haven't found anything (yet). :P -Gata

The pics we got last year were leaked over an online store, I think, as they were already finalized product pictures. I don't know where they came from, though, I just remember seeing them on Brickshelf (which I guess is just where the original finder re-uploaded them to). -Gata

My theory is that whoever is behind all the Nindroids kidnapped Wu and replaced him with a Nindroid version to infiltrate the ninja, who probably don't notice anything until Wu does strange things and they get suspicious. At some point when the Nindroids already start attacking them the Wu Nindroid reveals himself. Either that or the Evil Wu is kind of like the evil Nya who appeared in the last two episodes, so he gets kidnapped at some mid-to-late point in the story and when the Ninja go to his rescue, they encounter an evil Nindroid replica. -Gata

That's my theory as well. I really can't imagine Sensei Wu having been evil all along. -Gata
