  1. Looks like we have the same idea, I do a bit the GBC and wanted to build a track still as you say it will be ok.
  2. almost unbelievable, massive from me
  3. Looks good for such a small model, I don't have any tractors so may make it onto the list for me and the kids. Thanks for the write up
  4. Mine arrived, it does not hold all that well and its clear not black. Oh well keep looking
  5. Nice write up Mike, makes for some good reading, I really which they had kept the metal on plastic rails
  6. I went for Black, you? if you got blue we could maybe exchange a bit of each?
  7. well I ordered a role so will let you know how it works out.
  8. Looks good and not a bad price, I was looking for 7mm before and never found any, any one got any ideas
  9. Thanks for the clarification guys
  10. Looks amazing, so simple but manages to capture the look and feel perfectly
  11. LEGO Sports balls cost a fir bit on bricklink right now so I would go with some 14mm beads off eBay to get going they are the same size and weight so will behave in the same way as the real thing. Build something small and go form there
  12. do we know why this is, I have been reading all over the forum and get bits of info, like the mould broke and so on but nothing 100% concrete. Very nice to see new versions still popping up
  13. Looks good all connected up, not a bad price either. I have no 12v track so no use to me but can see how this would come in handy
  14. Yep all you really need are a few interface boards, one for sensors and one for motor control, would be very interesting to see
  15. Nice one, agree on the music for the video as well
  16. I love the way LEGO is always described as a child's toy, even though there are so many uses
  17. This is amazing, you are a skilled builder, nothing more to say
  18. Really captured a classic Hot Rod, or what I think of as a hot rod in that, it's also cool that is is a display piece with power functions, rather than the typical drive around car. You get my vote.
  19. The Guys over on the Technic forum have spoken to LEGO and its going to be March, there is always Bricklink/eBay in the mean time. That's assuming you don't want to buy the Technic set they come in?
  20. Really looks the part riding along the beach, love the white and blue mix
  21. I am new here as well so having this all laid out explains it very well and although there was an error made its good to see that is has been resolved and in a way that others like me can learn. It's a great MOC and am pleased it was shown off, i for one will be very careful at my first event as an adult to make sure everything is labelled correctly.
  22. Still love the stud look, and the simple tried and tested colour combos, well done, lookign forward to seeing the whole thing done
  23. Incredible, very well done, you can see how much work has gone into that. I just wish I had the space
  24. Blown away, can only imagine having this set-up, maybe with a few trains running around, very well done
