  1. Great job! I love those trees and what I can see of the bottom floor (especially the door) looks fantastic! Nice detail with the fish as well!
  2. No fire. . . but I was playing tag. . . (you'd think I'd have grown out of it, maybe :toungue: ). . . anyway, here are a few shots of the progress I've made on Challenge V: Right: Left: Top: Back: The roof/walls of the the temple will be hard, I don't have much red/dark red left. . . I'm thinking about a trapdoor to cover the entrance to the chamber, we'll see! (And after taking the pictures I saw that my ninja is still there - can you spot him?) (Oh, and please, ignore the "rubble" )
  3. Nice work! Like that tree!
  4. Great sports car, love the slickness of it! Great driver too!
  5. If all you want is the pieces and not the minifigs, you can most of the time get the sets w/o minifigs much cheaper on Bricklink. Eg. I got the Urik-Hai army for about $9 without minifigures. Either that or, if you have your own store, you could sell the minifigs. (That's what I hope to do, although I'm more interested in an Unexpected Gathering, the Barrel Escape, and the Goblin King Battle that the wargs. . .)
  6. Discontinued sets do usually (as far as I can tell) end up cheaper that way, but it's a lot of bricklinking and you'll probably need at least 10 stores or so. A friend of mine wanted to see how much the Imperial Flagship would cost that way - not including shipping, it was around 180-200 USD, which is not bad, but it took him probably at least three days of work to figure that out!
  7. Nice job, those knights look great, love the way you used little red ridding hood (or grandma visitor)'s cape on top of the other one!
  8. Wow, great job with this one! Really love the eye especially and the ice work looks fantastic!
  9. Great job, love the purple and I see you used my design. . . but mine still looks better with four arms. . . (Oh, and thanks for giving me credit! ) Nice incorporation of the various levels!
  10. Very creative idea and nice job on executing it! Love the way you hid Jay behind the barrels!
  11. Great job! Love the simplicity of the vig. Although personnaly I think a chief's hat looks better without a ninja hat underneath, that was very creative! Nice vig!
  12. The window? Completly ruined - I shot pieces of glass probably about 5 feet away or more! I was going pretty fast and with a good running start. In fact, I went completely through and ended up sitting down on the other side (wondering if hoping I was dreaming. . .) In fact, I'm still thinking it might just have been a dream (just wait until I have to do something with my left hand. . .). And at least (although we're renting) it is "our house". . . (still, I'd rather go through a screen door than a glass one any day!).
  13. Apparently I'm destined not to be left out either. . . I ran right through a sliding-glass window today . . . so, my guess is I won't be getting too much more building done today (don't quite feel up for it), but I should have a WIP of the progress so far up soon. Sorry to hear that, hope you get it taken care of soon, are you going to be able to build a Challenge V build?
  14. Nice job! And I'm guessing the ninja will win, even if they are outnumbered! (And then, on the other hand, the pirates do have rifles. . . )
  15. Now that you mention it, you're right. They don't look fierce enough to be eagles (although they clearly are - Eris, Equila, Eglor. . .). (What a shame!)
  16. Great MOC, I really love the clock and the floor tiling looks very nice!
  17. Yeah, I guess I could be wrong. Actually neither of the two white eagles are looking that great to me at this point (though I'd like to see Eglor). In fact, until we get nice photos of the lions, I think they might look better than the eagles. . .
  18. Nice job! I like that Samurai helment. . . Great tree as well!
  19. I'm sorry, but I'm afraid you may already be past the deadline. (I had been counting on the 31st for my ninja bomb as well. . . )
  20. Actually, having seen the second photo, I think both of the white eagles (Equila and Eris) are female, while Eglor is male. After all, having one white eagle female and the other male doesn't make too much sense, when you could have one dark blue female and two white males, or vice-versa.
  21. Great work, your extention looks fantastic, really love the caves especially! Fantastic job!
  22. Great idea! I've always wondered what a LEGO rendition of the Monastery from the show would look like, you really captured the feel for it! Great job on the door especially, love the way the training wheels, etc. actually pop up!
  23. I like Eris' costume better but Eglor's face looks much nicer. But those ravens sure are looking great!
  24. Hmm. . . I actually did get one, but it was from a pretty bad angle, so I'll try to get another one late today or tomorrow. @SK, Thanks for the wish, but I do have to come in second if I want a prize. . . (this time though, I'll withhold my vote until I know where I'm standing. Julius beat me by 2, which was the amout I voted for him! ). And thanks guys for the positive comments! Glad you guys like it! Edit: Here is a picture of just the stone warrior!
