  1. I was traveling in Asia for the past week and didn't see any S14 but did pick up 5 packs of S6! Now that I'm back home I'm glad to see these are showing up at the Lego stores. I have no patience for pre-release hunting.
  2. So many Palace Pets fans here, who knew?
  3. The funky witch, trick or treater (The absence of lower leg printing is still weird but that pail!), and the Fly are my top 3. I'll be passing on all the zombies. Scientist torso might be useful if I can remove the pink splotches from the lab coat.
  4. Yes, I'm kind of annoyed that the Raptor Escape set is already sold out, including Walmart. It's strange that they may not produce more units of this set as the demand is still high. My local Lego store is wiped out of sets and won't be replenishing stock for another 2 weeks.
  5. I didn't count but there were roughly twenty sets sitting in a cardboard box. My TRU displays the poly bags in the blind bags section next to customer service. I was tempted to buy the whole box for an army but didn't want to be greedy, so I settled for 4 bags.
  6. Yeah, I'm located in US. It was flagged as not to sell until 6/21, but the manager overrode the transaction and let me buy them anyway. Sadly, afterwards he gathered up the remaining bags to be returned to the stockroom.
  7. Picked up some Gallimimus Traps at TRU today. Great for the JW printed tile piece!
  8. I just came back from seeing the film and have to disagree with you about the sets. I think Lego did a nice job with 4/6 sets, although not movie accurate, still convey what happens in the movie.
  9. I just came back from the Lego store and the JW section was wiped clean save for the Dilophosaurus set. I was able to pick up the last T Rex set they had (they did not have anymore JW in the stockroom until the next shipment). The employee confirmed that the sets have been well received. Also, a few weeks ago, my other local Lego store had signs limiting one of each set per customer purchase.
  10. Sideshow Bob is the primary antagonist in the Simpsons Ride at Universal Studios. They'd be bonkers not to include him in a S3 lineup.
  11. Between the 2 raptor sets I prefer the escape set; I like the printing of the included raptors and the pen. The vehicle in the latter set does nothing for me.
  12. Electro polybag is gift with $30 purchase at TRU this week, through 5/16. http://weeklyad.toysrus.com/ToysRUs/ListingDetail/Index/?StoreID=2561324&ListingID=-2034661014&ItemDetailClickSource=grid
  13. For comic book guy I'd recommend feeling for the straw tip from the squishie; Edna has the mug piece. Yes, I imagine it will be tough to feel the difference between Homer and Hibbert. My thumbs are already crying for what's to come Friday morning.
  14. Right after watching just2good's video I could almost imagine Nelson pointing and taunting, "HA-ha!" Shame about the distribution of your packs.
  15. hmm, just curious why Lego has yet to utilize the long Woody/Jessie legs in any of the CMF series. They keep on introducing new molds but seem to ignore the long legs. Were they really unpopular?
  16. WTF. My TRU displays the CMF cases at the customer service desk to prevent the five finger discounters.
  17. Love series 2 but why is Marge still barefoot (and it seems Patty and Selma are also lacking shoes)? You'd think after a year Lego would rectify this. How hard is it to put some printing on the feet like the CMF Spartan?
  18. I used some store credit and picked up Disney Princess Jasmine's Exotic Palace.
  19. Finally picked up a Frozen set this morning at my local Target. They had a full assortment of 2015 items. I was hoping to score double vip points today but the Lego store on the opposite side of the mall was adamant to the Jan 1st release date. Seems absurd, but their loss.
  20. These are amazing. I want them all!
  21. So much to like here. There's Sebastian and I think his claws can hold accessories, looks like he is wielding a goblet. The slide in Ariel's palace I don't get...they are underwater. Elsa's castle is okay, I wish the stairs and balcony rails were pale blue not lavender. Olaf looks awful, I wonder why they didn't go with a 1brick mold similar to Merida's brothers. I probably will just pick up the A&E minifigs off bricklink and save my $$$ for the FANTASTIC looking Elves line.
  22. Happy dance for the new sets!
