  1. Erik read his name on the questboard, crossed his name off quests 70 and 71, and stepped out into the busy streets of Eubric.
  2. "I was at a... family reunion, I guess would be the best name for it. What about you? I hear you've been talking with dragons?"
  3. "Well, thank you, gentlemen. That discussion on evil was very enlightening." Erik joins Mizuki in getting drinks.
  4. "You have my apologies, Sir. May I retract my previous statement and replace it with: I think all the personalities bouncing around in his head and the demon ghost from the 10th dimension flying around at his back have driven him mad." "So how did you meet Drake, Mr Dak?"
  5. Erik signs up for quests 70 and 71. "Yes, he is certainly... eccentric, but don't be too hard on him. I think all the personalities bouncing around in his head have driven him mad. "Yes, it is. How have you been, Mizuki?"
  6. "You're right, the murder certainly sounds like a worthy quest. It's been a while since I've done that sort of thing, though, and I don't know if I'm still experienced enough to be chosen. I might take my chances with that Lycan person if not." Erik suddenly notices a female in dark clothing appear and hand something to Monk Pretzel. "Mizuki?"
  7. "I think they're happy enough where they are." "I think I'll take a look at that new quest, care to join me?"
  8. "Ah, I guess that was a poor choice of words on my part. My parents are dead. The letter was more of a final statement. Still, it's good to hear you and Mizuki are doing well." "I don't have any gems or scrolls, I'm afraid. Sorry about that." Hearing singing, Erik turns, and salutes the knight precariously balanced on the stairs.
  9. "Ah, Sir Pretzel! I didn't recognise you at first, with those new robes. You're looking a bit tougher, too. And that flail and shield in your cart look new also. As for quests, I did some charity work in the hovels, looking for a friend of some young girl, and wound up fighting some insurgents, spiders and demons. I got this nice axe, and plenty of combat experience. Since then, I've followed up on this letter I got from my parents - that's why I haven't been in the hall for a while."
  10. Erik heard a man call his name across the room, so after he'd written on the quest board he set out looking for anyone he recognised. He passed an old man with a cart talking with three other heroes, but doubled back after a few steps. He stood a few metres away, so as not to interrupt the conversation, and squinted at the face under the hood.
  11. Thanks. Woah, Grand Duke. Congrats.
  12. Erik entered the hall, after a long time away. He wandered around for a short time, and was relieved to find that it did not take too long for him to re-familiarize himself with the buildings layout. Despite the aimless nature of his wandering, he wound up in front of the questboard. He ran his thumb along the edges of his weapons. "Blades have been sharper, but hopefully my wits will make up for it." Erik Tyrvarr signs up for Quest#69: The Hook on the Other Hand.
  13. Glancing up and seeing someone who appeared to be interested in his bomb, Erik wandered over. "I'm trying to sell some stuff to raise money for some of Elpheba's goods." Noticing a few bombs hanging off the rangers belt, he gestures towards them. "It's almost the same as those, only it does light damage." He offers the bomb to Alexander.
  14. Sitting down next to Dreyrugr, Erik began sorting through his stuff. "What a lot of junk." he mumbled. He grabbed something to write on, and wrote down: For sale 1 Holy bomb - 7 gold 4 bones - 7 gold each 1 Spear (WP 9) - 90 gold He then posted this on the announcement board, grabbed a beer, and went to sleep.
  15. Erik walks back into the hall, and hands a potion to Dreyrugr.
  16. "Eh, I've got this nice axe. I didn't come on this quest for loot, anyway."
  17. Erik looked on aghast as Namyrra and William were swallowed by Mephisto, and then as the force of the blows on Sir Christopher's shield knocked it out of the sentinel position. He grabbed one of the Death Progg claws from where it was threaded through his belt, and slashed it across his own face, concentrating on the pain to keep his mind off his fears as he walked forwards and attacked Mephisto from the front row. Sandy, I think I should have done double damage, as the Titanic axe is earth-elemental, and Mephisto is ice. Thanks.
  18. "Nice work, guys." Erik swings at Mephisto from the front row with his Titanic axe.
  19. "Sounds like a plan, Mr Vampire." Accepting Dreyrugr's offer, Erik steps forwards again and swings at the Spectre with his Titanic Axe
  20. Erik takes a step back from the fight. "Alright guys, I'd better take a potion."
  21. "Alright, I'll take the Revenant Nobility from the front with my Titanic Axe, then."
  22. "So what do you guys want me to do? Risk killing Shaun, or use a potion?"
  23. "Scorched Skeleton with my Titanic Axe, from the front row, again".
  24. "I'll try and take out that Scorched Skeleton with my Titanic Axe, from the front row."
  25. "With Mephisto already targeted by Guts, I think we'd do better to have extra people attacking Sycamore Ziegfreid, as that will hopefully give Shawn a chance to flee. Also, if Mephisto falls, that rod will stop absorbing attacks."
