KAHUKA, have you haven't written anything in your last post it would be helpful if you could give us an update on the Brickshelf account.

I'm not sure why this is occurring but when was designing the skin I considered it too insignificant to pull my hair out over so I just left it. But I may be able to solve the problem when I go to revise the skin which I'm doing slowly. Anyway... This thread is about the new smileys, so lets focus on those.

Hasn't that appeared before? Admittedly it doesn't appear for the Administrators but it should for everyone else.

This problem tends to occur in posts that were made when Eurobricks was using version 1.x of the Invasion Powerboard. There seems to be some errors created when they were converted to version 2. Fortunately, I use Firefox so I can see exactly which posts are causing the problem and all I need to do is hit the "Edit" button then "Submit Modified Post" without actually fixing anything and the problem is solved. Well at least on my end.

Admitting you had forgotten about this site isn't a good thing to admit when you're trying to impress the person who administers it and is also the person who is designing your signature and avatar!

That's another way, but its more preferably that he uses Brickshelf because a) It doesn't take up any space on the Eurobricks server b) Its a lot more flexible in the sense he can easily post images directly into the thread whereas attachments only allow for thumbnails.

The credit goes to ApophisV for making them, I've had them for months but have only just got around to uploading them. The seperaters? You mean "separators"? But by "separators" what are you referring to?

Mr Tole, have you returned to us? You seem to have disappeared for quite some time and I must let you know I'm not working on your avatar unless you can promise its going to get good use. I suggest you begin impressing me with by contributing intelligent discussion to the forum. That will motivate me to continue working on your graphics.

Back to this small harbour... I'm not so sure that this harbour can be called "small" as its quite big and has plenty of detail. There are plenty of different aspects of this MOC to fill a Brickshelf folder full of varied images. Piglet has done a wonderful job of photographing it in such a way that it avoids too much repetition, just a shame he hasn't white balanced the camera because the white is over saturated in many of the images.

It appears nobody has any Islander MOCs to share at this stage so perhaps we should leave this thread for the time being until there is.

Yes, we're referring to your MOC. First of all you'll need a Brickshelf account to store your images. Do you have a Brickshelf account? If not go to www.brickshelf.com and sign up for an account then report back here.

Yes, definitely more varied expressions but at the same time its hard to incorporate much expression into an image of that size. It would be possible to make them bigger but then the default text size would have to be made bigger otherwise that interfere with the line height.

How long till you're going to begin work on Port Cochraine? As you mentioned in your initial post you need to acquire many pieces yet lack the funds to do so I'll assume it'll be some time. Also didn't you mention that you had a MOC ship to post?

Ok, now I see what's going on, we posted almost at the same time and I hadn't gone back read that post (until now) so I didn't know which comment you were referring to. But more importantly... You think there should be Imperial Armada representation? There probably should be. However, there is a finite amount of space per smiley unless they're made bigger, so how would we create a decent Imperial Armada smiley that looks different enough to what's already there?

So you don't think anything in the below quote is worth mentioning in this thread? I agree. Maybe they could be modified to incoporate more expression.

Didn't you have a complaint about the Pirate smileys appearing in other forums? I think we should resolve that before commenting on the appearance of the smileys.

Yes, you're right. I didn't event think to click on the picture. However, if there was a link set out like this: View the FRS Marauder Brickshelf Gallery Then I wouldn't have missed it.

All discussion about these smileys can go in the New Pirate Smileys thread. Are you being serious? Obviously it would be rather illogical to delete a thread just because the item might have sold. Also it wouldn't be fair to the users who have spent time posting in this thread and the users who want to keep discussing this topic. It should only apply to the forums using the Pirate skin. So once again we can continue this discussion in the New Pirate Smileys thread.

A while back ApophisV created some Pirate smileys which were never used until now... So provide comments, feedback and technical problems you may be experiencing with them. There has been reports that the pirate smileys have invaded other forums however they should only appear if you're using the Pirate skin.

At least they have some assurances that girls will go to lengths to acquire their products. Since she's under 18 it would more likely be a juvenile detention centre.
