This ship isn't bad at all! Thomas, you have done well to bump this particular thread because this MOC is indeed worthy of discussion, however, don't bump old threads for the sake of bumping them. That tends to annoy people.

Dear Thomas, Please take consideration when "bumping" an old topic by asking yourself if you have something truly valuable to add to the discussion. Some consider it taboo to bump a topic long after the discussion ceased, personally I don't mind it but others have noted that you've been bumping a considerable older topics these past couple of weeks.

First, it would probably be best if your friend voluntarily joined the forum. He might not like it! But if he decides to stick round for the longterm we could perhaps discussed opportunities.

This looks like the beginning of an awesome MOC which I would love to see finished - does anybody know the builder? Perhaps we could contact him and ask if he ever did get it finished.

How about we take the thread in a new direction by retitling it and giving it a slightly different purpose. I've always wondered why they discontinued PirateBricks.com and to date there has been a satisfactory answer. So does anybody know why PirateBricks.com ceased?

I've recently whitness another great bargain - it was an auction for a 6268 Skulls Eye Schooner, 6271 Imperial Flagship and a 6280 Armada Flagship won for $132.50. Normally a Skulls Eye Schooner alone would sell for over $150. So there are many great bargains to be had if you're prepare to look out for them.

Primarily the fact the website is now Wordpress driven. At the moment Classic-Pirates.com is operating as a blog but we're slowly programming new features into it so expect them to appaer unexpectedly. The first round of upgrades were launched today but they're so subtle it's unlikely doubt anyone will notice.

I tend to go with blue backgrounds myself because they work well for skies. My MOCing skills are somewhat lacking, but my strengths in the photo manipulation/digital editing deparement are quite strong so that's probably why I'm the one to pick up on the over saturation.

The staff is clarifying that at the moment, but it's looking to be a no on creating a new thread. If we allowed one entrant to do it, then we'd have to extend that allowance to all entrants and I'm sure you can see how things could get out of hand if too many entrants decided to do the same.
