We have indeed seen pictures of 6253 Shipwreck Hideout. It's hardly anything new now. Well it is new, but we've already discussed it in this forum.

What are these updates?

You got pictures?

The auction listing states: But you can always ask the seller where they acquired the sets from and if they can't or won't answer then do not bid.
-
Many seem to be complaining how the sets are over priced, well how about this: 6243 Brick Beard's Bounty 0.99p and NO BIDS!!! CLICK HERE to place a bid!

This is quite interesting! A real life LEGO bottle of rum, well how about that? It looks to scale as well. Did you manage to find some grog in the end Captain Zuloo?
-
Excellent work Lego12 - you interested in writing set reviews for them?

This is like a big MOC on top of a big MOC! Exactly how tall is it?

Mostly auctions, Pillage the Village announcemetns and frontpage news on Classic-Pirates.com. I've been so many training new recruits lately I haven't had much time left over. You regular users get it soooooo easy! I'd love to focus solely on the LEGO discussion more often.

Captain Zuloo you are crazy! Which sets would you like for Christmas? -
He can be really happy now because his MOC has just made the frontpage!
-
Huh! There's more? It's phenomenal as it is Mr Cantu, you cetaintly are a talented builder.
-
TIP Always ask the seller who their supplier is. In fact, don't be affraid to give the 20 questions - if they cannot or don't want to answer them, then you probably shouldn't bid.

*Finished* - The Pillaging of Neptune's Noggin Lagoon
Mister Phes replied to SirNadroj's topic in Pirate MOCs
SirNadroj, does this MOC have a name yet? I'm in the process of applying a naming convention to all the Pillage the Village entry threads but its rather hard without a name - unless I just substitute "untitled" for the time being. -
6286 Skulls Eye Schooner MISB Oh yes... This glorious ship could be yours! CLICK HERE to place a bid!

CONTEST: Pillage the Village - Terms & Conditions
Mister Phes replied to Mister Phes's topic in Pirate MOCs
The titles and descriptions of the entry threads were a complete menagerie and it was looking very disorderly. I've retitled and descriptioned all the entry threads on the first page using the same convention. I will do so for entry threads on other pages as they get bumped. Consequentially I've made amendments to how the entry threads should be titled: The thread title should be the title of the MOC, you may include "WIP" or "FINAL" but nothing else. The thread description (the one beneath the title) should contain "Pillage the Village Contest - " then either "Large" , "Medium" or "Small" depending on the division. -

At the bottom right of every post are 4 small buttons. Click the Reply button for instant quote, or to quote multiple posts click the Quote button which will light up and when you're done selecting click the big Add Reply button as you would normally. What SlyOwl meant was the ship's upright state must have a purpose beyond the sake of building an upright ship, otherwise entrants could just build upright ships to escape the size restriction. But in your case, if you're depicting a ship which is sinking then that should be fine. -
Awesome tutorial Paul! Those aiming to make smaller vessels will really benefit from it. Check out our How to make sails Tutorial because there are heaps of ideas there!
