How many black falcons do you have? In the count are you including those that have plain mail and not the logo? How many do you have that have Original torso's (i'm not suggesting they are decaled... just wondering if they are original?

I like it, and would definately build this... However i like your initial idea as well. I understand the playability problems you detailed, but i would be curious if you couldnt build a false roof that could be taken off to allow acces? The longness of the garden out front really confers a unique idea not normally seen.

I'm looking at them on bricklink and they're selling them for .04-.07 cents for anyone that has a large enough collection and i thought maybe it would be better for me to just go down and buy a box instead.

I got 250 in a small cup... So if i bought 8 cups at 7.99 it would be 63 before tax... you had to have gotten more then 2000 no? How do you know there will be 5 per box?

I was wondering what to do with the unique star wars pieces, and how to use them in the castle style building? I'd love to see some pictures of some items if you have some or even a link to some MOC's.

Are horses hard to get? I have somewhere between 60-70 and never felt that i was needing more of them.

I like this model alot, but i dont think it fits as well as the others. Your look is great and i would build it because it is a nice set but it almost looks like it belongs in a different faction or set.
