  1. That is looking fantastic! I'll move this thread to the MOCs forum.
  2. We usually encourage people to only post buying/selling topics in the BSTF forum. Since you have already created one there, I will close this.
  3. Most of the good MOCers use Bricklink a lot. You can get bricks there that are brand new, and look as though they came straight from TLG. Bricklink has a much wider selection than Pick-a-Brick does, and generally better prices as well. There are individual online stores on Bricklink that are spread across the globe (many in Germany), so shipping prices are not outrageous either.
  4. Pirates Forum member Hass Kabal has created a magnificent ship, named "Scorpion's Soul." Discuss the fantastic handmade sails and the rest of the ship in the Pirate MOCs Forum!
  5. That is a beautiful ship! Your sails look absolutely incredible. Thank you so much for showing this to us.
  6. It's looking like a one and done to me.
  7. That's a beautiful ship. It looks perfect on the base of trans-blue 1x1s. Fantastic work!
  8. I like that one, it looks very natural.
  9. Yes! Got my Prize C today. Everything looks fantastic. Thank you so much CopMike. Good luck to all of those who haven't gotten theirs yet.
  10. I haven't gotten my Prize C yet either (live in the US Midwest), so either we're all screwed, or we don't have to worry yet. I'm always paranoid about mail. What prize did you get Huntleyfx?
  11. Thanks guys! I should get mine soon then I expect.
  12. Has anyone gotten their prize C yet, or have they even been sent yet? Just curious how long I will have to wait. Thanks again CopMike, this has been very fun and exciting.
  13. Of course you can post it. I would do it in the Pirate MOCs forum.
  14. Loves hairy carpet! Because who doesn't? Likely from Captain Blackmoor, but not sure yet.
  15. Thanks to CopMike and Sieggy! This was a lot of fun. CopMike, did you get the PM with my address? I think it worked, but I wanted to make sure since it said you haven't read it yet.
  16. YES! Finally, my first EB raffle victory. Thanks so much CopMike! Would anybody be interested in trading my Quinlan Vos or Padme for a Shaak-Ti, Saesee Tiin, Watto, or Captain Panaka? If so, send me a PM.
  17. I'll just move this to the MOCs forum.
  18. Welcome to Eurobricks from another Nebraskan LegoDad! Your group is determind by post count, unless you are a staff member or fellow, etc. Here is a page that explains it. LINK
  19. I believe that SlyOwl was the first person to use that technique (at least as far as I know). I have used it once or twice before too, it is very effective. This is a great MOC Diidy. I love all the little details, and your usage of pieces is excellent. The boat roof is very clever, and actually looks good as well. What piece did you use for the door handle? It looks a bit like the microphone piece from the collectable minifigs. Nice work, thanks for sharing!
  20. I look forward to reading that! It's great that you're putting the time in to learn how to make good reviews. It's much more fun to read a good review than it is to read a bad one, as obvious as that might sound.
  21. Merry Early Christmas to all! Thanks a lot to CopMike for another great raffle.
  22. Calm down, there's no need to get mad. Your post is quite insulting to both the CP Crew and to Basiliscus' MOC. Blogging is not a perfect art. Like the EB frontpage, sometimes things get overlooked, or the FP is busy at the time and when it opens back up the older MOCs might be not right at the top of the bloggers' heads. Of course we want people to still post here, you included. I can assure you that if your MOCs don't get blogged it's nothing personal. Like I said, it isn't always easy to stay on top of every MOC posted and blog all of the good ones, although that is what we strive for. I believe that it is important to stay respectful to the bloggers. We have a great team, and I don't like to see them disrespected in this way. Now the crew will know about your hundred-dollar MOCs and be ready to blog one.
  23. Beautiful ship! Everything flows together seamlessly, and I love the color scheme. Would you mind resizing your pictures (or at least the latest batch) to a maximum of 800 x 600? At the size they are now, they stretch the screen a bit.
  24. I'll move this to General Discussion where it might get more attention since it isn't just about Pirates.
  25. No problem, that's what I'm here for.
