I'm so glad that Bobas new legs mean that his kneepads now match Jangos

I think fakes will always be popular especially the superheroes as they create characters that Lego just don't get round to designing (or not wanting to). With rebels and episode VII on the horizon there are some characters we just aren't gonna see and if someone happens to print a really good custom of say Dr Evezan or Beru Lars then I would be tempted to buy them. TLG must know that some people collect minifigures as they would action figures so there's call for any character to be made into lego.

I always find when I buy something that isn't lego, say for example mighty muggs or the vintage kenner figures I find after I've bought them I think of which minifigures I could have bought instead. I can't keep on top of all the awesome merchandise!

Wouldn't the stormtroopers be wearing their helmets if they're on duty? Really nice build otherwise, just my opinion that the armour should never be seen without the helmet on.

The new T-16 is an amazing chance to give us little Womp rats, I see no excuse.

I get why minifigs were yellow from the start but for licensed themes it has to be flesh because yellow just clashes with amount of detail and the colour palettes used from the real world. The thing that gets me is the consistency for example Boba Fett gets toe printing yet the scout trooper is still waiting for helmet markings?

I'm hoping the shadow troopers set is an update of the old battle pack with 1 black trooper and 3 white stormtroopers as long as they are the movie style not Rebels.

I love this set I got it yesterday(an early Father's Day present) I love all the play features it has it reminds me of the episode 1 tattooine micro machine sets. The Dewback is excellent such an improvement on the original the extra studs on the back allow for much better customs. I'm undecided on Greedo I would have rathered his vest was printed a little better the pockets run over the edge of the torso and I think if it looked like Han's it would be spot on. It might look like a little set but you do get 8 minifigures and the Dewback and the parts selection is nice for any Moc'er I might also add that the build is quite longer than you might think. Defiantly worth picking up an extra set on discount to fill out the band and up the imperial presence just need to bricklink the new Chewie, r2 and threepio.

Feel free to move this if it's off topic but I'm gonna be looking to buy this wave when I'm on holiday in Florida will the prices be inflated compared to elsewhere in the US? I know America is cheaper than the UK In general but I'm hoping Florida stores are still cheap.

Does anybody else this the Ithorian should be a bit taller? I think back to kotor and they seemed quite big

Arm printing would be nice, if it has to be different id like at least a colour match between the torso arms and legs, all grey preferably. I can't see this figure being as hard to get or as expensive on bricklink as cloud city boba I'm hoping not I can't shell out for a UCS set.

New slave 1 and new Boba, I hope that doesn't mean a new design for Boba that doesn't match up with all the previous Mandos.

Looking at the Maggie Simpsons minifigure I can't help but feel the new Jawas would have been better off with the new baby torso/feet part

That's the point it's a uniform, they should all look the same, the new figs have much better detail and stand out amongst the old designs. It's like the keyrings for example I'm discouraged to buy any that are out already because I know they represent and old figure and there is a better design in use. Same with all posters, alarm clocks etc most are still quite recent so they're not old enough to be vintage. In my opinion this far into the licence one design should be established and Lego should stick with it.

Exactly, I own the old dewback which as we all know is possible but for what? They look stupid ok their back legs and the tail was far too long. Kids imaginations bring the toys to life this is only lego after all. I really can't praise the new one enough the eye print is spot on and the teeth look just like in the movie, these kind of details that don't elude from the lego style are welcomed. Let's hope these are the final ever designs they are immaculate in my opinion and should be used until the license dies out (never). In a way I hope we never see sandtroopers again that way lego can't add anything unnecessary to them. If I wanted the next level of accuracy I would be collecting Hasbro figures. I thought the imperial officers were ok but nope, seemed they were missing a vital crease in their uniform :/ Regardless, I am still really grateful of all the new characters and that there's not a single thing from the prequel movies I'm looking forward to spending all my wages on these summer sets

Do you mean Dewback? I think it's awesome I don't care that it doesn't move I'm not one to sit and play with the figures, and let's face it you never see a charging Dewback. It's brilliant even just to sit and look pretty. I think the designers have been quite clever putting the Ithorian in the set with Jek they know we will want that piece for out cantinas. I'm wondering if that black pauldron on the sandtrooper matches those in the most recent droid escape?
