Ah, I confused the $2000 monorail with the $10000 HP but still...wouldn't he need two accounts to bid against himself to raise the price due to the incremental bidding system? That's what I was asking.

Well I'm assuming he spams these accounts, never linking to anything that could be traced back to him. He might be doing it from a public library, creating a new hotmail account or something each time... Either that or ebay doesn't care enough to investigate into the matter, which is probably more likely *sad* Since the bigging went to the second-highest bidder, I assume the seller wasn't still charged the fee on the it, but rather based on the price of the second-highest? However to get to such a price the second-highest guy had to be close behind, due to bid-increments, right? So there was another person silly enough to bid just under the $2000 or...am I confused about something?

I'm confused...which did it come from? And you had earlier reported a large number, (around 70%) of the 3PO would be in the ILC, which is why I asked.

*sigh* A very good point is brought up in the thread you linked to. How would one know if the set had the chance to contain the golden 3PO, or was old stock that didn't even have the possibility?

Very nice ship! It shows a lot of studs, which some people will haw about, but as you may have seen, I say screw 'em X-D This has a very nice feel to it, especially considering you made it just from a single theme, but like I mentioned in the other threat you may way to expand a bit to get the odd part that will fit what you want nicely, but comes from something else entirely! It's actually fairly reminiscent of an A-wing I like that the cockpit's closed, but I think you need to work on the guns a bit more. Make them a bit more "beefy" if you know what I mean, and integrate better into the body of the ship, we wouldn't want it flying off if it makes a turn too fast :-P Similar statements go for the engines, which are kinda lacking Great little swooshy fighter, I look forward to seeing more from you!

This is really good for a first MOC! Though in the future I'd try to use parts from as many themes as possible, very rarely will a good MOC come from just the parts in a single them...but sometimes it pans out X-D First is the cockpit, it's so irregular that it's almost impossible to actually close up! I'd definitely try to re-do it and make it seal completely. The design itself is nice, blocky in a good way. The wheels however look a little small to move this guy around, maybe try to buff them up a bit. What's the function of the crystals in this MOC? Are they a power source, lights, or a thruster of some kind? Also, I have to wonder how the rover captured the alien it holds in the back without any weapons 8-| :-P Overall, really nice first space MOC! You've got to refine a few aspects, but it's certainly a very good start! MOCs are never done, they're always in a state of refinement.

Right, titles have nothing to do with any forum in particular, rather people may or may not get them over time. There's no point in saying anything other than that :-P Don't ask, and don't worry. They're just for fun anyway

I have to echo the sentiment about the entranceway, I love it *wub* The rest of it seems very well built, and like it would fit in perfectly next to the CC. It seems Lego really started something big with the release of that set!

As for the information, anything he hears would always be appreciated, and I'm sure he'll fit in well. I think this is truly the finest steampunk MOC I've ever seen...it just looks so REAL! All the clutter...and yet it all looks like it belongs there and serves a purpose (unlike so much greebling done these days). This is fantastic, I'm just about speechless :-D

The sad thing is that I bet it isn't :-( I hope that price doesn't keep up... Could you imagine what the 5 gold-plated ones would go for? $3000US :-X

Nice! I actually found awhile ago a nice radio site that you can log into, and it saves your preferences. If you like a song you can select that you like it, and it will play similar songs. If you skip a song and say you don't like it, it will play fewer songs like it. Pandora Edit: Apparently Jipay found out it's US only...so sorry guys!

Well, so you just guessed about the K3PO not being there based on TRU and not at all based on the set your friend had? *wacko* You also had mentioned about knowing other things, were they also based on what your "friend" had?

This is a beautiful set! Maybe it's not really entirely my thing (I'm not a HP fan) but it has some really great parts! Like this for example: Is that gold thing a bottle of perfume? I don't think I've ever seen that part before! You're starting to make me regret passing it up at the TRU I was in last week X-D Thanks for the pics Sandra!
