I kind of like this light blue (much better than the normal blue) it kind of looks like a custom blue from the 50's ;) I wish you luck on your "get rid of blue parts" quest. Unlike the OT Ties, the wookie attack set has some rare pieces, so I wonder how that will look. Changing the blue parts on the spider droid is OK but you have to change the blue parts of the droid tank as well

I would definitly go for the walker: I have 3 of those and they are great :) . I saw the GGC set saturday and I really don't think its of any interest: the green beast is just ugly, GG'vehicle looks like crap. Paying 25

bigfatslob, I am far from being a Bionicle fan ( >-| ) but I have to admit that your creations are truely amazing, it leads Bionicle to a whole new level ;) I really like the idea of spraying your underwater Lord with water to make it more realistic. Show us more ;)

True but one great / main advantage of smaller forum like our beloved Eurobricks is that you tend to know people after a while. I didn't build all my sets yet because I still have to wait next saturday for the others ;) I want to take my time and enjoying building them at a slow pace ;) Oh I forgot, great news for the blue bricks haters, there are not that many (apart for the trifighter and droids). I don't have to change all of them like I always do (Ties...)

I do agree but look at the bright side: kids love Bionicle, TlC make a lot of money out of those, its financial situation is getting better (I hope, still no 2004 report) so its all good for us on the long run :)

Definitly, I don't regret it a second. For the fragality of those, I don't care because I'm not playing with them, so........ I still think Bloody Jay, that they will look excellent in your great diorama :)

Sorry guys, I don't have a digital camera :$ :'( . Its sunday and I don't have a "normal" 35mm film. To tell you the truth, even if I did I wouldn't have the time to develop the film anyway (i leave to early in the morning and come back too late at night). I really love the wookie attack ship. the back blaster is multi directional - sweeeet :) The minifigs are great (anyway, I always liked those fur balls). I kind of like the spider droid, its bigger than I originally thought though. If you didn't like the picture, I'm not sure you will like the "live" version. Its head and blaster are also multi directional. I don't really like the tank: I think its too fragile due to the fact that the side blasters are attached to those round pieces that move to go in the pilot seat. Also the tracks really look good, but the whole thing does not move that well. side note on the trifighter: I like this ship but once again its kind of fragile because of the attachment system of the double half cockpit (not that well attached :'( ).

I've just finished my 2 sets of wookie attack ;) Now I'm pretty sure of how the Sancrawler's tracks will be: exactly like the one from that droid tank's tracks (the droid tank have 69 pieces so imagine the piece count on the Sandcrawler ;) ). Pretty cool system compared to the classic soft plastic one ;)

True but you forgot one thing: need Obi's fighter in dark red ;) (like the previous JSF)
