  1. Hmm, it's hard to put something together without having the whole piece at hand... It just was an idea... The seats look great. Very nice truck!
  2. The original parts are quiet expensive, I think he thinks, that the printed ones would come cheapter...
  3. I think he means something like this: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=53178
  4. I'm happy that I cloud help. My version is 4.3, too. I think there's no newer version out. So you have to substitute the missing parts or leave them. Or you try using MLCad, maybe the parts are available there...
  5. I just played a little with LDD... Maybe that's an idea... https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/21147896/Kamaz_grill.lxf Pat
  6. The seat looks great. They also should fit the unimog... What about a headrest?
  7. I think the contrast color will do a lot! Hm, I'll try to find a solution, may take some days... Upcoming projects sounds good ;-) No, I don't think you need rear fenders...
  8. I would make the seats in a contrast color. Something light, like yellow or white. Hmmm, if you take two of those http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=32000 to add at the curved panels you could take standard studed plates... Spare tire sounds good! You know my U400 and U406, they both have curved fenders... That's up to you...
  9. Very very nice! Some small points... I would change the 5x11 panel on the front. And as already mentioned from someone, i would change the color of the seats. Lastly, what about some curved fenders at the front wheels? Hmm, canvas yes or no... If it's made good, then yes. I hope you make a LDD!?!?!
  10. wow, sexy... reminds me of old Triumphs or Jaguars...
  11. There are tables with the RGB codes and Pantone of the Lego colors and there are websites with converters from RGB to RAL...
  12. This loader looks great!!! Thanks for the pictures... And thanks for the hint regarding the paint...
  13. WOW!!! Can't wait to get my covers for the U406. Do you have an overall picture? Pat
  14. wow, that's a number ;-) I'll try to get contact to the tire manufacturer. There are some things I would like to ask him. After that I think we can get into the details...
  15. Yes, I think that would be the best, if the fit the original Lego hubs. OK, therefor I have to do some more research...
  16. And already ordered!!! I'll post pictures when they arrived. Nice little birthday present :-)
  17. effe: that's really cool. Are those covers are avaiable on shapeways?
  18. The cab looks good, but as already said. Because of the color it's hard to see the details...
  19. @efferman, the covers are great. I wouldnn't change anything. @stefan: yes, only more expensive.
  20. So my guess was good... No problem... You got my vote!
  21. The original Xerion has a 710/70R42 tire. In the scale 1/12,5 the tire should have an outer diameter of about 150mm... The Barnhausen wheel no. 8077 should fit best...
  22. OK, thanks in advance... Regarding the rims. They should fit the scale 1/12,5 for example a Claas Xerion. I don't know the size of the original rims... Tires may be come from http://www.barnhausen.de Pat
  23. Hi efferman, I watched this thread very closely. First of all, GREAT work... Do you have an idea for a nice wheelcover for the Unimog? Especially for the U406? And the next challenge. A rim for a large tractor in the scale 1/12,5... Pat
  24. Hi Nim, hey, that's really great. I love Pinzgauer's, OK nearly as much as Unimogs... That design is spot on!!! Very very nice!!!! Which scale does it have, my guess is 1/10. Do you plan to publish instructions or the LDD? Pat
