The Penguin's Batman Minifigures. )
The Penguin replied to The Penguin's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Thanks a lot, Hound Knight! ) I'm glad yoiu liked him. Hm, I guess I need to make a photo of the whole collection some day. ) Ha-ha! ) Well, to be strickt I didn't even think of your wonderful inmate technique when I was doing my Scarecrow, but now when you've mentioned it, I guess subconsciously it may have inspired me! ) Well, actually not. I use that head pretty intensively, plus I don't like LEGO's variant of him. ) Orcish cape indeed. ) Thanks a lot! ) Glad you liked them. ) Hm, well a nice idea, I may try it sometime. ) Hm, that 's really interesting opinion, thanks! ) Because I personally find them to be very unusual ones. I could have made them wearing hoods, capes, havind skeletal bodies, but that's been done for a thousand of times and really is vulgar! When I was making those I was going to give them more like a cultists look (note the certain pic). I also tried the same orcish capes on them but, nah, that doesn't work! ) I'll se what I can do about them! ) Thanks! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) -

The Penguin replied to The Penguin's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Ladies and gentlemen! ) I'm proud to present you my new Batman part! ) This time it's mostly generic characters, but I also have some special ones in store for you. ) I hope you'll like them! ) Blackgate prisoners. ) Gotham homeless asking for some money from a businessman. ) Some generic Gotham citizens. ) My new Scarecrow version and his henchmen. ) Scarecrow, master of fear! ) Penguin in his usual evening outfit. ) he doesn't always wear official suits, you know! ) Penguin after the shower. ) I hope you liked that part! ) Any comments, please? ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) -
I'm pleased, but I wouldn't want you to think that I'm something special. ) I'm just like any other member here, on EB. ) There are dozens of talented members around and I'm sure that each and every one of them is talented in some specific LEGO activity, be it MOCing, MODing or vigs-making..... Because people who spend much time with LEGO are a priory is a gifred one. ) I think I'll try and make some similar inmate, and then I may switch to some partucular character. ) BTW, I've just remembered That I've already done soimething similar: But it never occured to me to make a mask for the inmate! ) Thanks for the idea! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
-
Nice work here, Yg! ) I really like the whole idea and the way you've done him. Actually I find the idea of making such a patient a very unusual one. I really like the way you've done the mask. May I borrow it? ) My recommendation will be to work carefully with the lines and take care of the right eye, get rid of those paint drops (or whatever it is.) Overall great idea and nicely done! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )

I'd rather they have ushankas (that is Russian winter hats), but alas! ) Thanks a lotr! ) Yep, though at first he was not very happy. ) Great to hear that i may have nspired you. ) Yep, from time to time. ) I took a standard round (dwarven) shield, removed the holder and painted it. ) Painted, of course! ) I practically do not use decals. Thanks a lot! ) Yep, AK is our proud and joy. ) Yep, I hope you'll like the upcoming minifigures. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) -
The Penguin's Goblin Engineers. )
The Penguin replied to The Penguin's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Thanks! ) No, I don't use magic while customizing. Much. ) They are easy to make, I'm sure you'll be able to do them yourself. ) Thanks, ADHO15! ) Yep, I was wondering what I could do wiyh my 10+ yodas, so here they are. ) Most probable version. ) Well many people tell me that I should try doing that. ) We'll see. ) Thanks! ) Ah, yes the googles were hard but fun to make. ) Well, the rifle is a standart one and a holder is a modified BA one. ) Thanks, BB! ) Thanks a lot, I'm glad you liked those. ) It was a real fun making those. ) Thank you! ) Thank you very much! ) Yes, I also liked the way it turned out. ) Thank you. Not less LEGO like all sculptured minifigures, aren't they? ) You are very welcome! ) And thanks! ) Thanks a lot for your kind words! ) Thanks! ) Thanks a lot, friend! ) I'm glad you liked those! Yes, I'd love to make some MOC s with them, but currently I do not have enugh time to create anything decent. ) I hope thaty I'll manage to do something about it soon enough. ) Thank you very much! ) Stay tuned for upcoming customs! ) Thanks a lot! ) I hope you won't be disappointed. ) You are very welcome my green friend. ) Thanks! ) Easilly! ) Why would one need three (or 10+ in my case) Yodas if you won't do anything with them? ) I hope you'll like them! ) Thanks, dude! ) I'm proud and glad that you liked them. ) I assure you they are easy to make, so there should be no problems. ) Thanks a lot, Pi! ) I hope you'll like the upcoming MOCs. ) Yep, though I'm not a big fan. ) Right you are. ) Sorry to disappoint! ) Thanks a lot! Much appreciated! ) Thank you your kind comments and good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) -
Well, I normally wear a bowler hat which I find extremely comfortable in all seasons, even in winter. ) Bowler hat gives you an appearance of a smart man (however it should be worn with a proper suit, of course) and unlike top hat doesn't give you that a bit freakish look nowadays. However I also wear short top hat from time to time, but mostly for special occasions. I'd definitely recommend a woolen bowler hat. ) If any questions arise, please feel free to ask. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) P.S. However top hat looks better in my opinion. Check my photo. )

Ladies and gentlemen! ) I'm proud to present you my latest minifig customs, inspired by the game Red Alert 3. ) Stricktly speaking I do not have the idea of following the game absolutely, it's more like a thread with all stereotypes that some people have about Soviet and modern Russia. ) Here's a link to the game's main theme: Armored War Bear. ) You can even ride him! ) In Europe you hug a bear..... .... in Soviet Union the bear hugs YOU! ))))) I hope you liked them! ) Any comments, please? ) Good day, comrades! )

LEGO Collectable Minifigures General Discussion
The Penguin replied to Nabii's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Oh, my! ) Those are just awesome! If those are to be released in this or that way in any of the sets, then there might be new themes coming, obviously! I'm speechless! ) -
Ladies and gentlemen! ) I'm proud to present you my latest LEGO creation, which I'm, really proud of - Goblin Engineers. ) I hope you'll like them! ) Chief Engineer Cranx. The most talented of the bunch, and the strongest (that's why he's a Chief engineer!). Known for his wacky mechanisms that actually work against all physical laws. ))))) His apprintice engineer Splincer. Is very sceptical about all new master's and even his own ideas (you can see that by looking at the expression on his face). But still he's a very talented goblin and a faithful friend. ) Engineer Borx. Has a very unstable mood and a master-bomber, which makes him an outcast in the goblin society because most of them simply fear him. However, somehow he mamages to work with Cranx and Splincer successfully. ) Cranx: Borx, what are you doing with this powder? Why is it all over the place?! Splincer: ....... Borx: Must-burn. Must-....... I hope you liked them, ladies and gentlemen! ) Any comments, please? )

The Penguin replied to The Penguin's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Thanks a lot! ) Well it was really hard to make those, but I hope it looks ok. ) Thanks a lot! ) Yep, have a look at the link on his name. ) Oh, you will. ) Thanks a lot! ) Thanks a lot, friend! ) Thank you! ) And here's a new part. Not based on any particular movie or comic, but mostly my vision of the characters! ) I hope you'll like them! ) Batman with a new belt and game-like batarang! ) Joker's mime goons. ) Bane with a new backpack. Note the green liquid! ) Robin on his new bike. Vrooom! ) Catwoman with a whip. Sh-h-h-h-h-meow! ) I hope you liked the part! ) Any comments, please? ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) -
The Penguin's Castle Minifigures..... )
The Penguin replied to The Penguin's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Thank you very much, Pi! ) Oh, you're too kind. ) I hope you'll like the new part. ) And here it is! ) This part will not be stricktly based on the game, but somewhat near it. ) Elven scouts/sharpshooters. With the modified elven warrior from one of the previous posts. Erathian worker. Never shown in the game, however somehow he manages to building an entire, say, fort in one day! ) A skeleton. Well, that's an interesting one. It's not strickyly based on his game image, but I've always thoufgt that they should've looked like that, since their dwelling has been some ruined Roman temple-like building. I've always imagined them to be some long forgotten warriors of the past. Since HMM takes place in "Middle Ages", they could easilly be roman-like warriors. ) I hope you liked the part! ) Any comments, please? ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) -
Hm, by the way, gentlemen, does anybody here happen to know a good diet or a course of exercises to remove some belly and chin fat? Running and push-ups do help, but perhaps there's something else I should do? ) Beware, Batman, here comes a new Penguin! ) Good day, gentlemen! )

The Penguin's Castle Minifigures..... )
The Penguin replied to The Penguin's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Oh, thank you, you're too kind! ) Yep, it is, but I couldn't stand and not to experiment with making one. ) Thanks a lot, friend! ) And here's another part! ) This time I've decided to step away from making heroes and decided to make a unit. Dwarf this time. ) I've always liked dwarves (some of you may even remember my dwarf MOCs ), so I really like those little fellows from the game. They are slow, but extraordinary helpfull when you're under seige. ) I hope you'll like him. ) HMMIII dwarf. My LEGO dwarf. Defeated dwarf. For obvious reason's I haven't made one notable thing, which HMMIII may remember. ) I hope you liked that part! ) Any comments, please? ) Good day, gentlemen! )
