Well, I've never been skinny, but not fat as well. I bought a treadmill some time ago, so I spend about 30-60 minutes running every day, and I started losing weight (fat) quite fast! ) Plus, I feel much better now. ) I usually turn on some nice music, and march forward! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
