  1. Happy Birthaday! Happy Birthaday!
  2. I know you do, you have all of them. Touch my Body- Mariah Carey I hate that song...
  3. I like a good balance between yellow and flesh minifigures. I think TLG made a good choice in deciding to have all licenses' figs be flesh, because that's what their skin color really is, like in movies, etc., and to keep the non-license themes with yellow minifigs for the hardcore fans and a classic look. Maybe you should suggest a contest for this in the contest thread in Website & Forums.
  4. We already have Batman, Indy, and Han figs, are you sure this was translated right? I thought the same thing as Skinny Boy.
  5. Good point, I just wish that they would have an equal balance of square and round pieces. I tried to get some on BL and Peeron, but I couldn't find any. I'll get some pics of my bricks soon. Hmm, good point. But I am still seeing less and less of them all the time.
  6. Hello everyone, I started this topic to ask if anyone knows what happened to the square studs and 1x1 bricks. While the round studs and 1x1s are nice and save money for TLG, the square ones are nice for making a nice, flat surface. Same thing with the brown/ frown pieces that are wavy instead of flat, look at the SpongeBob hospital for an example. I am seeing less and less of these square items, and frankly, I want them back. So, what are your opinions on this matter? Is it a good thing or a bad thing that TLG hardly makes any of these anymore? I'll add a poll if necessary.
  7. Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory Album. Man, the LP Flu seems to be going around! Also She Will Be Loved by Maroon 5
  8. For the bikini torsos, I suggest using Shadow's decals.
  9. I really like this set that I found in my grandparent's basement (along with about 20 other Classic Town sets), and great review! Out of all the original vehicles, this is by far the best in my opinion.
  10. It's hard to tell, since my local Target and TRU are good about restocking often, but I think the Agents sets pretty well, along with SW and IJ, because those have the biggest displays.
  11. Oh no, no offense was taken, I actually laughed instead. On another note, the bricklink page said "Horse Pony". Isn't that a little Oxy-Moronic? That is a pretty cool piece though.
  12. I think that's actually a Belville horse, but I might be wrong...
  13. Great article, Brickster. although I can't relate to the subject (never had a LEGO train set or was interested in them), your ideas were stated in a well-conceived manner. Although this article lacked a conclusion, it was great other than that. It was a pleasure reading, and I gave it an "Above Average Grade" because of the lacking ending.
  14. Welcome, Cristophe. Good intro, and have a good time while your here.
  15. Great work, as usual BatBrick. My personal picks would be Jungle Bruce and the Penguin's assistant.
  16. I said Holiday Villa, simply because the house itself has lots of great windows/ doors that I would use in my house MOC if I had the chance to get that set. I also like the covered garage. The points that I liked most on the Holiday Home were the umbrella, the archways/ flower boxes in the garage area, the roof's window, the tall tree and the fold-down shelter at the entrance.
  17. Wow! Simply amazing! Everything is so detailed, from the blood in the river, to the tents, to the diverse army. I like all of the troops that you've included in this, and the encampment is great! I like the guy hiding in the stump, as well as the squad hiding behind the building. The CSA general with the light brown beard is posed in a way that says "Chhaaaaarrrrggge" very well. Excellent work, Brickraider General!
  18. Awesome! I've viewed all of your MOCs on there, and the design is very good! Everything is well organized and a please to look at. I keep coming back and look at your MOCs over and over again, especially Indiana Jones. I hope you do more Indy in the future!
  19. That would defeat the purpose of us going down there in the first place. Remember- there is no time to alert the army, wouwie's troops are about to die, and the machine could be complete at any time soon. Besides, there probably wouldn't be a RSD way out there.
  20. That's basically what rubble is- a pile of crumbled bricks.
  21. No, that's what I meant, sorta. Rex and his troops (not many) are there already. By the way, I'm not putting too much emphasis on where we got our outfits. We can make up anything for that, like having a personal wardrobe on board.
  22. Thanks for the review, ~VBBN~. I have to say, EF has never really caught my attention, but this set seems alright. To be honest, when I saw the topic title, I was expecting a tiger- looking mech. The mech itself is cool, except for the huge leg pieces. I think the minifigs are great in EF sets, with the dark colored outfits, like dark red or dark green.
  23. Yeah, did you notice in the first one's credits, it mention's Mister oo7 (one of EB's members) as inspiration for the Japanese part? I like both the second and first. I like the second one because it shows all of the evergreen themes- Town/ City, Castle, Pirates, and Space.
  24. I thought of both SirNadroj's JTTCOTE series and rock raiders. This new them will surely bring me back to those days... And now the Star Wars and Indy sets are completely confirmed.
  25. Cool, thanks a lot, Oky Wan! I agree, simonjedi, this is what it is: wouwie and his small army are on Hoth to search for suspected enemy activity, and they find some: The CIS and their extra base for the time machine. The CIS can't afford to lose this base and have the Repurmy come storming in, so they attack, and wouwie only has a few squads left, and he has called for emergency back-up, which MacKs ship picked up. The time machine and the rest of the army for this project (as we discovered), is moving to Hoth. Their Techno Union ship is heavily damaged, but not completely destroyed. There's no time to call for backup, so we (the whole group), have to help wouwie and his remaining troops to destroy the base and the core ship.
