Stunning work, Penguin! I love how you made the water (ice?) falling from the snow peak, and all of the ice crystals. This reminds me a little bit of Ice Age 2. The arches are the best part!
-
Nice work again, Cartoondude. I like the chain gun and the alien with all of the rubber bands (to represent wires?) on him. As a brickarms member says: Time to let ol' Painless out of the bag...

Great review, Troudop! I really like how you've written this review! I was waiting for someone to do a review on this set, it really is a great one. I tried to rebuild mine several times, but couldn't find the right pieces. Perhaps someday... As people have said before, some of the pics are a pain to look at, such as the astrodroid pic. But practice makes perfect!

Great work, cartoon dude! I like the kneeling clone, as well as Fox doing a Matrix trick. A Jedi would have been cool, but It's still very cool.

Hinckley: 2 Shadows: 1 Me: 0 I was wondering why you said Belville and not Paradisa. I also have a weird flag piece: it's reversed in the way it curves. Instead of going up, down, up, down, mine goes down, up, down, up. I know other people have had this problem, and I'm wonder if TLG did it on purpose... by the way, I got this flag piece in Motorcycle Chase.

Whoops, my bad! I forgot that Skipper wasn't with us yet... thanks for covering that up, Oky Wan. By the way, there are five of us traveling together: Me, you, MacK, Thok, and Simonjedi. -
If they are real LEGO figs, I'd be happy to buy them all in one go. If they are just ugly, megablok pieces or Galidor- like figs, then that would be a real disappointment...
-
Yes, wookiewarrior, I know . I'm just saying what I think of them now.
-
This often happens to pieces that have been under to much pressure. I have a lot of torsos and arms that have cracks in them (one arm even broke) because I was too rough with them, like trying to get the arms on. My suggestion would be to be gentle with the pieces, particularly the small ones.

Stop correcting me! I knew it was at the back door. Anyways, Sandy, you're probably right. Cleaning would be the simplest solution, but but poison is easier!

The Star Wars Comic Game-Season One

Alright, here we go! Remember to use a different color font when not talking in the story!! Chapter 3 In the ship, the team was discussing how they would get onto the planet. Surely, the planet would be heavily guarded by CIS Ships. "Do you have a cloaking device on this ship?" Butcher asked MacK. "Yes, but they will still see us on radar" said MacK doubtfully. "Luckily, I have a plan," said Butcher as he pulled out some tiny discs, about 2 centimeters in diameter, out of his backpack and started placing them all around the interior of the ship. "Radar blockers" he explained. "They scramble the code on any radar close enough. Unfortunately, they can still see a faint trace of our ship, but since Hoth gets a lot of meteors, they'll just suspect we're one". "Good thinking," said Thok. "Alright", said Jim. "Lets go! Everyone suit up for the cold weather!" *** The landing had gone perfectly. The force must have been on their side today. "I think someone should stay with the ship, just in case," said Oky Wan. "I'll volunteer", said Jones. "I will too," said Skipper. "Okay, good. Now we have to find where that call of help came from, and then we can follow the trail from there. And try not to attract any attention", said Butcher. "C'mon". The banner with all of the characters will be done soon, member ~VBBN~ was very generous in making one! -

I saw the pics of Shanghai Chase and Flying sets. They both look good, although the Wille Scott fig needs some fine-tuning. The Short Round and Gangster figs both look great, and we finnaly get a different Indy outfit. In the Flying wing set, the figs are okay, just another excuse not to get the Ark chamber set just for the ROTLA Marion fig. The muscle-bound Nazi fig needs work. The truck is great, and the Wing is okay.
-
A little expensive, but a great rendition nonetheless. This guy makes a lot of great SW customs, like the Ki- Adi Mundi fig for my avatar.
-
Great work, as usual, CF. I'll have a look at the shop.
-
Actually, just slopes would be great. I'm thinking Hoth, from Star Wars. By the way, whats the worker?
-
Alright, first find a template. You can google them or I think there are some here. Then go to Paint or another drawing program (I use Serif Draw Plus) and paste the templates. Copy and paste the decals you want, and minimize them so they fit in the template. Now you're ready to print. If you're not using decals, use regular printer paper, and stick the decals on your minifig with either crafting clay or blu tack, and there you are.

I'd just kill them whenever they invade, but if you have a huge amount of the, spray the place with poison or bugspray. By the way, SKinny Boy, a mud room is usually a room at the entrance to a dwelling where you take your shoes off. I think.
-
The reason I call them studs is because of the LEGO video games.
-
This is free, right? I would like to have this pic: With a background of snow and yellow block letters on top saying: STAR WARS COMIC GAME please. Oh, I want it to be a banner, please. EDIT: Let me do this properly: Backround: Snow slopes, preferably not snowing. Foreground: Text Size: Banner Text: Star Wars Comic Game Worker: (What is this?) Frame(avatars only): N/A
-
Welcome to the forums, have fun!
-
Nah, I just call the 1x1 plates studs. Specifically the round ones.
-
I'm talking about these: The square 1x1 brick compared to the round 1x1 brick, and the square stud compared to the round stud .

For DS, I'll keep him with Skipper and the ship. If he doesn't post for a while, we can kill him off. I don't have any Hoth torsos, but I'll use a new clone trooper torso instead. Maybe I could give you dark blue arms or something to make your character unique? -

Nobody else wants to join? Anybody? Alright then, I'll start working on the pic, with everyone geared up for Hoth. MacK, you don't have to change your outfit if you don't want to, the clone armor is fine. Oh yeah, and I contacted Skipper 24, and he wants to be temporarily removed, so he'll just stay with the ship. Also, simonjedi, I need an alternate outfit for you in this chapter, otherwise I will assign you one.
