  1. "Okay, we finish this!" Hybros throws his two throwing knives at the Sky Piercer, from the back row. Battle Order: Namyrra Xut Hybros Hybros Cinna Cinna Tarn
  2. OOC: you only have one ether left, so he'll disappear after he attacks.
  3. OOC: I think it'd be best if we all moved back up to the misty room, so that if any more of us are KO'd, the Phoenix Incense that Namyrra will use will have maximum effect. Brushing himself off and getting up from his fall, Hybros quickly runs back up the stairs into the Harmony Room. "We had better get back up those stairs, if more of us go down then at least we can be revived together. Namyrra, I believe your spirit can finish the Striking Hawk." He led the party up to the Misty Room. Battle Order: Xut Cinna Cinna Hybros Hybros Namyrra Tarn
  4. I'll agree with what Zepher said. I don't think were-people have to be associated with any one nation or area in particular. Why would they be? And even if they were, they could move to different areas just as easily as anyone else.
  5. Keep on blowin' ! [ That hot chocolate won't cool itself down. Given by Shadows. ]
  6. Cool. There is so much more that you can do besides vote. Don't be so helpless. Read what's been said, analyze it, and contribute to the discussion. It's not difficult, but the way you're playing now is only helping the scum (if you're not scum yourself).
  7. Well, things are not looking good. It would appear we have a choice between Shadows and Pandora today for the lynch, although there are many others who deserve scrutiny. Badboy, Zepher, Tammo, and Big Cam all have pinged my radar. Badboy and Tammo have both been indecisive and seem to have been jumping bandwagons the past few days. I can understand why you be cautious to lynch someone who you're not sure of, but the votes are just flying. And they seem unjustified. All four of these people have provided very little substance with their posts, and in my eyes have not helped the town one bit. Now, with the number of townies already dead, we can't just vote off the unhelpful, but I think these four deserve a little more scrutiny. Another thing I wish to bring up is how two killers seemed to have targeted PirateDave last night. Could one of them have possibly been the day killer? I suppose we'll see later on today, but what's concerning is that this time the killer was actually shown at night. I sure hope we don't have four killers on our hands... And speaking of which, we have yet to see the results on Dannylonglegs. Unless he has somehow risen from the dead.
  8. "That is the right idea, Tarn. Let us take them now!" Hybros threw his Bladerang at the Striking Hawk, and his Cog at the Wings Brushing Against the Clouds. (If he fails to throw the Bladerang the first time, he will try again). Battle Order: Xut Namyrra Cinna Hybros Hybros Cinna Tarn
  9. Then then same could be said for anyone hopping bandwagons. It doesn't really excuse the behavior, although I get what you're saying, you're didn't mean to say that it would. I just find it interesting that you would say something like that, even if half-joking. It's completely understandable that you haven't had time to go and share every little detail - I get that. I just wish you'd base your votes (or lack thereof) on something with a little more substance. Of course, nothing is for certain in this game and I certainly encourage everyone to share their suspicions, your accusations towards me have been flimsy (at least in my opinion - of course I'm going to disagree with you ). I look forward to your in-depth thoughts tomorrow, then.
  10. OOC: Then he should flee downstairs. If he moves, no free hits will be dealt because there is no one there to deal them to, right?
  11. Okay, so I've finally had time to catch up on what's happened since I went to sleep last night, and I'd like to address a few things that I did not get the chance to during the day. I did miss the badnwagon on Pandora, though more about that later. Firstly, Scouty, although it seems there's no convincing you as far as your suspicions about me, I don't know how you can say I summarized the day yesterday. I presented plenty of my own thoughts and opinions, and there were plenty of other people who said far less than me (both amount and substance-wise). Do they not deserve scrutiny as much as I, if you really think I was so unhelpful yesterday? On another note, the following is a quote from Shadows. Please. "I play a different way when I'm scum, clearly I'm town"? Oh, yeah, you're probably right. All suspicions erased, you must be town. That is all for now. We'll see where we are tomorrow with the revealed allegiances, and all of the suspicions thrown around yesterday.
  12. "Things are not going well up there it seems," Hybros remarks, looking at Cinna who has again fallen down the stairs. "Let us finish off the enemy here, and perhaps we can lure the enemies up there down. When they do, let us return upstairs to revive our allies." While the mages took care of the Heavenly Vision, Hybros tries to take the two guitars in the corner of the room. If the enemy is left standing, however, he would attack it with his Twin Sai. Battle Order: Xut Namyrra Cinna Cinna Hybros Hybros
  13. Okay, so Scouty claims to be a weak doctor? I must have missed this somehow... in any case, I agree with you, it would be at least a temporary confirmation that he was telling the truth. But I wouldn't put too much trust in any "investigations" he has. I'm not sure he is actually a Weak Doctor.
  14. Are you just assuming this? To me it sounds like Scouty is explaining his role, known as Seer, as something that can protect the target from day kills. While this may be less powerful than a regular doctor in some cases, I don't think we can jump to the conclusion that he will die if he targets scum, as per mafiawiki's definition of a weak doctor.
  15. "Here Namyrra, hold still..." Hybros helped his blinded ally recover from her wounds with a Remedy, then attacked the Flea from the front row again, eager for revenge. Battle Order: Xut Hybros Namyrra Namyrra Hybros
  16. I have thought about th as well, and I get the impression that they are confused rather than lying, because claiming to. Be watcher when they are obviously a tracker or something else is a blatant lie and not something I can see the scum doing. Although, of course, we cannot rule out anything. This watcher claims that they consider themself a noob, so maybe that is a ploy to cover up this "confusion" they have. On a slightly unrelated note, I was flipping through the roles on mafiawiki some time ago, and I remember there brings variants of the watcher and tracker. There's the voyeur, which I think can see what action was performed on their target, but not who targeted them. Then there's the variant of the tracker whose name I don't recall that acts a bit like a rolecop, but it only works if their target peformed an action on the same night they targeted them. Obviously the watcher saw Scouty specifically, but maybe the confusion, if that's even what it is, draws from a role that combines several traits of these four roles. The source of confusion could also be in the role name. Maybe def named them differently, so the "watcher" was not called "watcher" or "tracker", and this person thinks they are a watcher? In any case, this would be one of the only sources for confusion, otherwise, I agree with you, Pandora, that this watcher is worth scrutinizing.
  17. Yes, if you mean literally. I meant that despite my doubts about Hinck's scumminess, the best and only sensible option would be to vote for him since I think Scouty is telling the truth. And I don't think we can choose to not vote without penalty.
  18. Alright, it seems that I have no choice. I still have some doubts about Hinck's scumminess, but really, Scouty's story does add up while Hinck's does not. And it seems like Hinck is grasping at straws here. He keeps changing the reasons why Scouty might be scum. :/ And now that we've seen the decreased possibility in that, I'm willing to place my vote. Vote: Hinckley
  19. Alright, I'm back and I've had more time to go over things more thoroughly. So now I'm imagining the possible causes for this situation. - Scouty is town, and Hinck is scum. Scouty is reaching out to different people to try to bait the scum into revealing themselves, and Hinck sees this when he is contacted. He proceeds to reveal everything that Scouty said, trying to lynch him. It helps Hinck as scum because it removes another townie as well as a confusion factor for the scum. On the other hand, Scouty turning up town may mean a shorter lifespan for Hinck. - Both Scouty and Hinck are town. This seems to be what Scouty thinks is happening, and Hinck just jumps to conclusions too quickly. Hinck thinks he's caught a scum, obviously he is going to reveal that, even if it means the scum have a possibility of uniting. Too bad for them that in this situation Scouty is actually town... - Scouty is scum, Hinck is town. The same as the last, except Hinck is right. The second two are pretty obvious, but I figured it'd be helpful to lay them all out anyway. The first situation is the most interesting to me, because one scum tactic would be to go berserk on anyone that claimed to them, that they thought weren't scum. Another thing I found interesting is how Scouty seems to think Hinck is town, yet in the PMs he appeared to be goading him into admitting he was scum. Things like "you'll shoot yourself in the foot"... This to me says that Scouty thought Hinck was scum, because it sounds like "you'll hurt yourself because the scum teams won't unite". But I thought Scouty thought Hinck was town... That's just my take on it. I'm not really sure on where to go from here. Lynching one will give us hints on the other, but maybe they're both town, like I outlined in the second scenario. I think that Hinck has been acting different this game, but he's read somewhat townie to me. Scouty has expressed his suspicions about me, which of course are wrong, but I commend him for bringing them out in the open. And now that we know there is a day killer, Scouty's roleclaim matches up. Although it could be fabricated, I find it significantly less likely now that there's evidence of it.
  20. So much to read and take in! Unfortunately I have to go to work, but I will be back in a few short hours to share my thoughts. One thing that I wanted to throw out there was that I agree with Zepher - if Scouty was really scum then why would he contact... three people, was it? (Hinck, Watcher, Shadows). If he's scum trying to find other scum, surely he'd be more cautious in his PMs? But of course, I may be missing something. I only had time to read the thread for a little while and I had to skim the last bit. I'll be back soon with more in-depth thoughts.
  21. "Welcome back Cinna, eheh. Better get back up there, Namyrra and I have this under control." Making a mental to not touch any more instruments, Hybros attacked the Eye-poking Ninja from the front row, directing both kunai blades at it. Battle Order: Namyrra Hybros Hybros Cinna Cinna
  22. I pursued who I thought was suspicious, just as you have for yours. I realize that I was wrong but I still think she acted suspicious.
  23. *Spits out Tasty Wheat* Seems that way, yes. I don't have any good candidates since I have no reason to trust anyone at this point, but I suppose we'll have to repeat yesterday and just pick someone, even if it's just for the purposes of following vote patterns or what have you. I find it interesting how Darkdragon did seem suspicious yesterday, not because of my initial points against her, but how she seemed to ignore Rick and continued to lurk. She's confirmed town now, but I wonder if she was trying to avoid suspicions or hiding something.
  24. A piece of ceiling falls on the little imp, almost crushing him. He got up, nodded at Namyrra, and drinks a Grand Potion before playing the drums. Same BO
  25. Well, things aren't looking too good this morning. :/ I admit that I would've gone after dark dragon again today, but turns out I was wrong. Maybe her killer was a vig going off my and Rick's suspicions, or maybe it was a scum killer trying to incriminate one or both of us. Who knows? I am enjoying this show put on by Hinckley, though.
