  1. Weren't you saying a while back how witches were much better than assassins because OHKOs were the only thing an assassin could do? :P And that's only against weaker enemies, the big ones are usually immune. Same with the undead, at least according to Sandy. If the witch had the ability to gain gold, then getting a talisman would be no problem. On another note, dealing with scrolls, they have never been affected by the lucky effect, nor should they ever be. The same goes for any rolls with chance, like special guard and assassinations. QMs who hosted mages or clerics during the time that scrolls had a 100% success rate will know my pain.
  2. I agree with option 3 for the witch buff. I think the witch is powerful enough that it doesn't need a Shield skill on the same level as the other ACs. It can poison, special mirror, and heal, whereas raider and assassin are nowhere near as versatile.
  3. "Everyone attack, full force. Daggerfall's angel should protect us." Hybros charged at the Unrestrained from the front row, aiming his twin kunai at both enemies. Jun attacks the Unrestrained and the Stumpy Tiger from the front row. Battle Order: Tarn Tesni Cinna Christopher Hybros Hybros Namyrra
  4. Well if the town blocker is confirmed, or so Scouty says, then I'll place my vote. Vote: Alopex If he proves himself, I'll be happy to switch... that is of course, if you approve, Draggy, darling. If we catch a scum today, want to have celebratory buttsex? No? Okay, whatever you say hunny bunny. Also worth considering is if the scum blocker is the "confirmed" one, and is Alopex the town blocker? But I'll wait for him to share his targets (if he so chooses). I certainly have no idea why you would block Pandora. She said she had an important role for the town, and it seemed like she was collaborating with Scouty and possibly some others. She could be lying, but I guess she was able to verify herself? What do you think Draggy, sweetheart? I would confirm you any day.
  5. Hybros investigates the barrel near the stairs and the various containers on the shelf in the corner. Jun attacks the Unrestrained from the back row. Same BO.
  6. "Hum da dum... hehehe" Hybros sidles off while his allies fight, still wounded from before. Hungry, he searches the cauldron and takes the chicken on the table. Meanwhile, Jun attacks the Unrestrained and the Daylight Rat from the back row. Battle Order: Xut Cinna Hybros Hybros Tarn Tesni Christopher Jun Namyrra
  7. Remember that Spellspin is a spell - therefore it is unaffected by weapon effects.
  8. You forgot the step between 3 and 4: ???.
  9. Hey beautiful. I really like that helmet. I'm not talking about the one on your head. Very interesting news about Alopex. The question is about if he is the killer or not, we'll see what he has to claim, I guess. That is, I'll be watching right next to Draggy. What do you think sweetheart? We'll be okay as long as we're together!
  10. Excellent, we finally got one. And that pesky serial killer, I didn't think it was Zepher but looking back he was definitely acting weird. I couldn't place my finger on it before, because he wasn't acting scummy, necessarily, just weird. Well, he was killing all townies, so... Anyways, where to begin today. We have plenty of names from yesterday that were discussed to go through. But now it's breakfast time!
  11. Welcome back, Khorne! I will be pitching my Rito quest to you very soon. So anyone wanting to become a Winged Warrior, keep your eyes peeled!
  12. Minstrel is a really cool class, unfortunately not one that will fit with Hybros' roleplay. It will be up to whoever ends up with the instruments to sell or trade them, because loot division isn't final. I do hope the ones with effects don't go to Anwyl, though.
  13. OOC: Blah. Yes you are. Okay, then Christopher and Cinna will continue to heal Hybros and Cinna, respectively, until they are successful, and Hybros will enter his keys. Cinna will enter her keys as soon as she heals herself. So, however many rounds that takes... as long as that is agreeable to everyone else, of course.
  14. You know us too well.
  15. "On your feet Jun, yes you are alright..." Hybros averted his gaze from his abandoned ally. Instead, he turned to Christopher. "If you would be so kind as to heal me, Daggerfall... eheh. Cinna, you should heal yourself, too. Then if everyone is ready we will head through." Hybros does nothing this round, but inserts his Iron Keys into the keyholes of the iron gate and moves to the next room the next round. Battle Order: Tarn Cinna Christopher Hybros Hybros Namyrra Xut Tesni Jun
  16. OOC: then rumbleStrike, could you please wait to equip the armor until we reach the iron gate room?
  17. "Do not worry, Tarn. Your attacks have prevented the enemy from attacking us, and you have contributed. Continue to fight hard and we will greatly benefit from your help." Hybros tried to be as reassuring as he could be, but the smallest hint of doubt could be heard in his voice.
  18. OOC: If everyone finds the plan of action above to be agreeable, then I think we can run the next few rounds automatically. Here's what I propose: Round after next (Round 49): Hybros moves down to the Harmony Room Hybros collects throwing weapons Cinna moves down to the Harmony Room Cinna heals herself Tesni takes the maracas Christopher takes the trumpet Tarn takes the bagpipes Namyrra moves down to the Harmony Room Round 50: Hybros takes the flute Namyrra teleports to Stone Garden Tarn teleports Namyrra teleports Christopher teleports Tesni teleports Cinna teleports Hybros teleports to Stone Garden Round 51: Hybros revives Jun The party teleports to the Iron Gate room Does that sound good to everyone?
  19. Perhaps it would make even more sense if you actually realized what I am accusing you of. No, it's not because you're inexperienced, but I have stated multiple times why I think you're scum.
  20. I agree exactly with what CallMePie said. It's one thing if you agree with Hinck, but it's another if you're taking his words as Jesus' God's. Saying "I know who I'm voting for today" hardly justifies your reasoning for wanting to vote for Pandora. And then you trying to justify it by saying you simply agree with Hinckley? He's been wrong once already, who's to say he won't be again? You're just tailing on his words, and you're also being hypocritical. You say you want "facts" before I vote for you, but regardless of the fact that there are no "facts" to speak of, you can't even present your own suspicions. What are you even talking about anymore? I can't believe that you still insist on the possibility of all of us being town. In past games there have been scum, and all townies have died. It's called a Perfect Win (or Loss depending on what side you're on...), and they're not all that uncommon. That's why we must try now more than ever to catch these scumbags. I'm willing to believe that that was a typo, but you're still not making any sense. If that's what you really think, then you have much to learn, my friend.
  21. "Well I thought we could all head back to the Iron Gate after we revive Jun, so all of us would need to teleport. Unless you wish to walk, hehehe."
  22. You don't have to be talking to people in private! I haven't talked to anyone except for Hinckley, and even without that I am able to at least contribute to the discussion. It's been excuse after excuse with you, and it's unacceptable. The scum are lurking, I think you're one of them.
  23. "I think now is a good time to trade items. Namyrra, here is the aquamarine I promised. You should also take this Grand Tonic. Cinna, it would much appreciated if you could use your healing staff on Namyrra and I." Hybros also take a moment to pick up his Throwing Knife he threw. "Tarn, I think you are strong enough now to wear three artifacts. I think that Paper Parasol would suit you the best for now. And not to worry, we will return to revive Jun after we stop in the Harmony Room for the rest of those instruments." Battle Order: Hybros - give Aquamarine and Grand Tonic to Namyrra Hybros - retrieve Throwing Knife Cinna - hit Namyrra with healing staff Cinna - hit Hybros with healing staff Namyrra - receive Aquamarine and Grand Tonic Tarn - move down to Harmony Room Christopher - move down to Harmony Room Tesni - move down to Harmony Room
  24. The reason I've been rather quiet since earlier today is that I've been pondering on what to do. I am at a loss of what to do, because I know we are treading a very thin line. With nine dead townies, the scum have to be close to overcoming us. We have to make the right decision today. I think it was Shadows who said that those in the front are likely to be town, and the scum are sitting back and watching from the sidelines. While I'm not going to cross out the possibility that there are scum playing out in front, I feel that there are definitely some lurking. Big Cam strikes me as one of these people. He's not necessarily quiet like a select few of us (looking at you, Alopex, Nightshroud and Adam), but when he speaks up I feel that he adds little to the conversation. Earlier today he popped in to say "well, people dead, I know who I'm voting for". Care to elaborate on that, Cam? Day 1 he used his curse as a crutch to not participate, that much I had agreed with Darkdragon on. Some of us thought that the curse prevented him from contributing at all, but I'd like to state that this is not true. Hinckley told me in PM that he was still able to contribute as long as he stayed in character, and that was apparent in his posts yesterday. That was something that Big Cam refused to do when he was cursed, and since then his posts, however frequent, have held little substance. Posting often without really saying anything is trademark scum behavior. In addition to this, his responses to Pandora's inquires earlier today made little sense, and even took them out of context. As an example, he brought up the suspicion that we were all townies, even though def specifically told us how the game would be set up prior to playing. Still, when Pandora asked him about this, he replied with a very strange response: No, that's not what she was saying at all, you could easily be scum just saying that. Really, I'm having a hard time making sense of that post at all, so much so that I can hardly justify a response. Nonsensical and taking the original question out of context. For me, these factors make Big Cam my prime suspect today. Vote: Big Cam And whatever happens today, I highly encourage everyone to go over the last three days to read and analyze everything that's been said, again. I'm sure some of you have, but I think it bears reminding for those who haven't: we are very likely on the brink of losing today or tomorrow. Most people have estimated two to three people per scum team. If we factor in conversions (which def said would be higher than normal), they may number 8 or more. That means we only outnumber them by a very small margin (one or two people), so I urge all of you to think carefully before making a decision. It would also help if more people were sharing their thoughts...
  25. "Grr... Zoot's Reaper, it is your time now!" Hybros charged at the Giant from the front row. (And since DD gave me control of Cinna this round), Cinna casts two darkness spells on the Giant from the back row (not upgrading Mauryl). Battle Order: Xut Hybros Hybros Namyrra Cinna Cinna
