Indeed. Also healing can, obviously, heal an enemy, as Althior did earlier in the current Fields battle. Unlike how scrolls were before, healing seems like a fair and balanced way of preventing free hits. Namyrra broke Quest 18. Remember when scrolls prevented free hits and had a 100% chance success rate? Imagine that with today's enemies.

Yay! Cool to see Emeraldo back... even if it isn't really him. Though if you look closely, he still has a health of 670/678, so the bombs the heroes of Quest 29 dropped on him must have been effective enough to deal damage over several dimensions... or something. Hey, it was a difficult enemy way back when! Damn noobs...

It's actually scary. I was thinking the exact same thing in almost the exact same words last night. No joke. Maybe I slept read your post, but very freaky. But yeah, I totally agree. The power stat is totally superfluous and it has to be changed every time a hero changes weapons. I never pay attention to it myself, and really it only calculates the power of a basic "Hit". There are many other calculations that a QM has to go through for Critical Hits, Aims, Shields, etc. I'm always calculating the power of a hit manually anyways. And like you said, permanent power boosts from consumables and artifacts can be recorded in a power boost stat instead.

A quest using that would be really neat. No brick limitations for some really spectacular settings, and none of those terrible basic LDD renders (no offense, Endgame, I love your MOCs but LDD is painful to look at... not your fault ). I wish. Such a good item (maybe Cinna could've held onto it to upgrade), but that also ruined my killing streak. The only reason it mattered (besides the weapon), though, is for in character reasons. Tarn will be getting the short end of the loot.

Pretzel uses his pickax to loosen up the ground a little. It seems to have worked, since when he tries digging again he finds some Scrap Metal. "Very well then. Up to Khand's Peak we go." The heroes gather their belongings, and start a long journey across the high mountains of Dastan with Denerii and Flavius leading them. It is a while before they reach Khand's Peak. Luckily, they are already halfway up, and only the top of the mountain remains. Still, it is a steep climb, and it is not long before even the toughest heroes are out of breath. Flavius and Denerii wait patiently; they are still at full strength thanks to their wings that allow them to simply fly up. It takes many short bursts of hiking and resting before they reach their destination. At last, the heroes find themselves at the giant mouth of a cave, near the top of the mountain as night falls. "Finally here!" "Shh, you'll wake the dragon." Flavius whispered. "Heroes, this is where we leave you to do your job. This is a big cave, but very spacious. Fortunately, no mazes for you.
