OoC: I will have to go forward with this, would had wanted to build someLego portals and I have a moc in mind of when Keliim came to Eubricka through a moongate. But I don´t find the time to build that right now, so I will just try to tell that story with words . But I have builded a small setup for an other story. Keliim is engaged in studying the books that are in front of him so he nearly doesn´t notice anyone entering the library. When the big man looks up from his books, he sees this man with blonde hair and black clothes, circling nervously around and pretending to read a book. Keliim thinks if he should say something but then remembers to mind his own business, so he continues reading the books about the history and houses of Eubric Freeport. After awhile when the strange blonde man has left, Byblos returns back to Keliim and says: Keliim looks at the Metasimian and sees that he is clearly a bit annoyed, maybe the blonde man had something to do with it. So he answers him: "I apologize master scholar if I did annoy you in any way or did ask the wrong question, that was not my intention!" "And one could say that I was being rude, coming here and just asking questions and not bringing any info of myself." "Roawia is the land I originate from and where I lived until I came here two years ago. And it was magic or more to say black magic that brought me here." Keliim start telling a story about how he had escaped the slave pits of Karain, using somekind of Karain´s magic that opened a magic portal that he and another gladiatorslave had walked through. (OoC:When I find the time I will build this moc, that tells this better.) "I turned up here, coming through the portal that closed behind me. I have no idea where the other slave went because he didn´t come here and I have no idea how to go back because I have no idea about this kind of magic?" "Thou said something about some kind portals to a demonic realm, sounds intresting. Roawia is not in a demonic realm but "Karain the shadow" is a demonic character, so he has access to this kind of witchcraft." "Who or whom could thou think of Master scholar, who could tell me more about this and help me get back home?" "I don´t know, what would help you get home but like I said, You should consult an experienced mage and powerful, maybe someone who is also more experienced in black magic. Or then you could consult some of the houses dealing with magic." "But beware, they won`t tell you anything or let you come close to them before you have made yourself a name around here!"

What kind of mods are you planning? My mods what I am gonna make are being a bit smaller, if you are going for a whole new ship mod. I am gonna mod the crane to work as it should, put a small upperdeck, so it will look a bit better, 4 cannons on wheels, remove the "Backcannon", remove the balcony from the captains quater and put a wall there and a stair from the deck so the Captain will actually have access to quarterdeck without using extream acrobatics. Maybe some "cosmiticchanges" to the inside and interior of the captains quarter.

Okay (not ok-ey) that is maybe true but the torn and dirty zombie clothes wouldn´t be the same if you do that. And then he would be missing the eye-patch. I would like to see and dirtybeard on the zombie captain. I don´t know if i care so much for the rest of the figs (have to wait until some official are released) but I am looking forwards to the zombie figs, hopefuly all those leaked figs will be part of the set.

The halloween CMF that is coming next fall, based from the leaked images, it is rumored to have some nice zombie figs and A zombie pirate . I am also with the idea that if there is a certain area for the more fantasy/magic then it should be bigger then just an island. Really looking forward to this and nice to see so many intrested in this

I have also ordered a set of sail from the Imperial flagship. I bought them from a Bricklink store in Poland. I also have ordered the Brick bounty from S@h, kids and I are waiting with eager for the order to arrive, so we can start building and mod it.

Yes, some crazy and fantasy is Okay (not ok-ey) but maybe start small and look how things advances. But this is up to the "leaders" and what they have come up with so far, lets wait and see. Agreed, very true what you say. This is not gonna be Tournament of Retribution IV (hopefuly we will see that also but not part of this ) and before this is up and going some of us will need to accept that to make this work, and from there make it something of our "own" and make this special and awesome as GoH and SoNE.

Agreed I am Okay (not ok-ey) with that but voodoo and spiritism was and is still a big thing for some people in the caribbean and other places. So if there is going to be some natives and islander included in this, IMO somekind of voodoo would be Okay (not ok-ey).

I think fantasy themed like "Potc" should maybe be allowed but without "Dave Jones and his seamonster freak" like characters. But I would also be happy with a straightforwards, more realistic piracy vs soliders "epic story" line.

I don´t use LDD much any more but I agree that they who would want to use it for this shouldn´t be restricted or denied. There are so may awesome LDD builders, so I say use the same practice that in GoH. More questions: So who are the leaders for the blue faction

So is the world of Brethren of the Brick Seas (great name btw) going to be in a like "fantasy" colonized caribbean islands with every faction having own story motherlands. Or is the place the factions have the "main land/place"?

That is strange. we also have the shark that is in the official images. Maybe TLG was about to upgrade the shark with printed eyes but it was delayed and now they include those in later of the same set.

Thanks Walter for a great game, you did a great job for your first game. And even more thumbs up, when you took on a game with this much players and strange and complex roles, I was confused many times .
