Wow, great display down there. I am really envy of the space you have, to display your Town Buildings and Creations. It's really very nicely set up. I even noticed some of the familiar MOCs down there, like the Red Bettle.

I wish I could help you on this, but I don't really know what's the differences, except knowing that a MISB Maersk sets are expensive (Older sets).

Now, from that angle, I can't seem to see your rooftop? Is that one of the reasons why it is not "really" available for sale? That's a very nice apartment construction and I like the colour combinations used. However, I don't really like the main entrance to have the wordings on top. It doesn't really fit, but on the other hand, I really enjoy the porch design.

ACCURATEin, your Fedex truck is nicely constructed. I just find the size of the van is a little bit too large for the rear wheels to support.
