Thank you Callen - if you don't mind supporting it on the Lego Ideas website, I'd be very grateful. Best wishes

So, some photos attached make this obvious - it's based on the WrightBus New Bus for London. It's currently on the Lego Idea's site at https://ideas.lego.com/projects/154570/ - I'd be grateful of support to get this to the next stages. Comments and thoughts always appreciated, too :) Key features: Opening front and centre doors An open rear platform for minifigs to jump on and off A removable roof to access the top deck to place minifigs inside A removable portion top deck to allow access to the bottom deck Blank destination panels for customisation within the end pack Two staircases for top deck access "Push Bell" and grab poles on the lower deck for minifigs to stop the bus https://flic.kr/s/aHskEj6J68 has some images: NBFL-01-2000px NBFL-02-2000px NBFL-03-2000px[/url NBFL-04-2000px NBFL-05-2000px NBFL-06-2000px NBFL-07-2000px NBFL-08-2000px NBFL-09-2000px NBFL-10-2000px NBFL-12-2000px NBFL-13-2000px NBFL-14-2000px NBFL-15-2000px NBFL-16-2000px

Very nice work :-)

Thanks :-) The buses are mainly to amuse the small people, although the little midi-bus is going to be going on Ideas at some point.

Given that I have small children, I had to think carefully about using the Lego, as they want to play. I'm not going to stop them, as that's futile. So, my purchase several years ago of an Ikea "Lack" table and some base boards, they've played happily with the Lego table in its various guises. We're on what we call Version2 of the table - a car showroom, an office, three flats and a cafe/takeaway live on the table at the moment: All the buildings are built out of my own mind, so are usually boxes with a design inside. We're working on the next stage of the flat on the top of the car dealership, which is going to be considered carefully. Next up... a bus stop. I built an Interdecker coach and a midi bus (based on an Optare Solo). You might remember the midi-bus from this topic last week. The two vehicles have a large contrast in size, so they do have their own applications. Each has seats within for the passengers, although I worry that the roof on the coach is too low. That said, we've not got enough windows for anything bigger right now. The bus stop itself is very simple and is somewhere for people to flag down a bus. I need to put in a bus stop flag and ticket ATM next... There is a young bus spotter taking a photo there... good to see him keeping warm. More to come, comments and suggestions welcomed.

I think this is akin to the Architect range and is brilliant. Nice work.

Eninem did a song called "Slim Shady" - amusingly I went to a 90s night yesterday and they played half of it before the DJ got fed up and put on something else... Hello - thanks for the welcome :-)

Hello I'm not exactly new here but a small break from here more over to give me some focus on other things. Just returning... hi!

To give some background, I created a coach for my children to play with. Fairly basic, I'll give it that - some pictures are on my Flickr. Then I got a bit thoughtful whilst I was working on a project paper... and ended up coming up with this. The Prototype can be found by clicking on here - it gives you an idea of what inspired me. My vehicle is a 6-stud wide bus, with a 4-wide swing out door. Ideas to make it swing and side inside would be welcomed. The bus seats 4 and a wheelchair user (I could look at doing some flip down seats) as well as the driver. Some improvements to be made (given the lacking small bricks) - considering it took about 6 hours start to finish, thoughts appreciated. Doink

I like it - I think it gives a good 'start point' to add to it with other bricks and extend it to become part of your own town. I haven't got the bike shop yet but I think I will... likewise I'd consider this, too.
