  3. Thanks friends for the great comments. I struggle to find the right sphere to make all the details on the sterns sundeck with pool in this crazy small scale, but i think i got it.

  5. Every day she growing and today also made one of the swimming pools with hidden lights in the sidewalls.
  6. Nope, you can better make first all the working functions, than the hull and at last the wheelhouse. The wheelhouse on the two technic ships are build from liftarms and only use bricks for making the details.
  7. I know that you choose to build not specific aircraft carrier ship and that is a good choice, because you have now more options for the looks of it . With ship building is it the same as cars ore trucks that you must find the right proportions and scale. What you have already show us, the proportion of the superstructure with wheelhouse is way of the deck with catapult. You can make great shapes with liftarms for ships. Here some example how i have build my ships with liftarms.
  8. Your Wife can call me anytime Jorge, but than see must first fighting there self out how she split me with my wife. . In the time they fighting we will drinking beer together.
  9. That's the problem when you have handy hands. My wife misuse it also for every job inside our house.
  10. For a 13 year old TFOL looks it very promising. I hope that you build first what you wanted build for yourself and learn from the advice you get from experience builders.
  11. Thanks Gabi_BC, I think the most computers will crash with more of 10 K+ parts and than you will make a render of it with so many glass it will be crash a lot earlier. All my buildings are strong enough to lift in one peace, but for this one i will make a special wooden box.
  12. Because Lego model building is part of my profession and must make first a digital model and than a real one it cost me twice the time and ours. Also i don't like digital building and with this crazy big one of a kind builds i do, your computer hates you to. My great friend JunckstyleGio have all the credits for digitalis my designs for making instructions and renders.
  13. Do you mean the superstructure with wheelhouse?!
  14. Thanks Bart and with this method i like to torture myself. I never build digital first, also not for the complete kits i deliver and works for me the best and fastest way(maybe not the cheapest)
  15. I think it was a modern version of it.
  16. Love your small models and great use of all parts.
  17. Sorry guys, there is no digital building first. I am building at the old fashion way and only use real drawings, renders and photo's and than calculate it to Lego.
  18. Thanks buddy, I make it not easy for myself this time to choose a difficult small scale and the tenders are 5,5 studs long and 2 wide and the lifeboats are 4,5 studs long. There is (maybe) a chance to rebuild it in minifig scale
  19. Thanks Brickis38542f I have the same problem with that. So the first 10 k of bricks are now in the ship and i am not even half way. Today's progress
  20. Thanks buddy, i will forgive you for it this time I am still waiting for your next project.
